Based on the customer care suggestion from icici, i have upgraded from a salary account to the one salary account on nov-2019 but then was told that i will be getting benefits and got all the benefits after reaching customer care except "free brokerage upto rs 22, 500 on equity stock trading", considering this statement i did some transactions through icici direct even if the charges are more when i compared with other banks.
Before i do the transaction, i called multiple times to customer care they say that the offer will be there but after doing the transactions charges are applied, but when i check with the icici team says that charges will be applied and offer is only for new customers.
If it is a new customer how come they can ask customer upgrade. I was keep trying to bring it to their top management on it, every time they keep says we considered your feedback and improving the service but not ready to revert the charges. If it is bank mistake with misleading information why a customer should pay for it. I totally feel that the icici is cheating with the name o[censored]pgrade, so guys please be careful if they ask you to upgrade or any offer. I wasted my 1 month time to explain my issue every time i get a word we apologize but not at all reverting the charges.

Updated by Kishorbabuk In the update the contact shows [protected]@icicibank.com, not sure whom to send an email . I have sent email to almost all departments which is available in the net ..It's more than 2 months that i am struggling to get back my charges...Worst bank in the World and worst service.
