    My account was debited for rs.999 which i have not done payment to anybody.
    I didnt receive any otp.
    The code next to the transaction is VSI*MULTISCREE. This does not mean anything as no message has come to me from anywhere. Moreover this deduction happened suddenly ..without any transaction.

    I expected this banks reputation and security protocols to be top notch but this incident is making me revisit that notion.
    Kindly look into this at the earliest.

      Dear sir

      Application No:[protected]

      For mentioned above Amazon Pay Credit Card Application, Application approved on 07/08/2020 but still did not get any further updates for the same.

      Hence I called at[protected] on 14/08/2020 & 19/08/2020 regarding Amazon Pay Credit Card Number Generation provided the same answer " Your Card Number would be generated within 2 working days " but still did not get Amazon Pay Credit Card Number or Physical Card.

      Please be needful for the same!

          I opened demat account a year or so ago, and was told by the representative that the account is free and no charges will be deducted monthly or yearly. However, have been charged latest of inr 701/- for the same mentioning dp charges till may 20 and similar earlier.

              My account number is[protected].
              Rs.1899 debited from my icici bank account on 3/Sept/2020 through debit card. The balance in my account is to pay for my further studies.

              I googled to whom the amount has been transacted (si oneast) have found that lots o[censored]sers have the same issue.
              Icici bank has debited my money for the 'one assist' service (Insurance of debit card) without any prior written approval by me.

              Without considering whether I want to use the balance for any other urgent work in this lockdown, it deducted the balance. I feel deceived.

                    Hi there,
                    Bank is charging me in the name of panal and NMMAB without my knowledge and without informing about the rules.
                    Now a days, Banks are making a people's fools. Our money is no more safe in bank .
                    I have just withdrow 1000 rs and ICIC Bank is charging me more than 1300 .
                    they are charging me on every transaction.
                    My question is that if there are some charges, why there are not informing us so we can understand

                      I had a credit card which I was using and making the payments regularly until lockdown started. Due to COVID 19 I lost my job and till now I'm jobless. But ICICI has been adding it's interest and keep on harassing me by calling everyday. I was having a limit of 18000/- in which I used 17200/- just before lockdown. But now bank is sending statements which shows 34000/- outstanding payment pending.
                      Even though I get job soon I'll be struggling for my survival for may be another 6 months but bank doesn't care about current situation and conditions of customers. I would like to hear from concerned authority and would like a painless settlement for me.

                        Kindly explain why THIS MUCH charge has been applied to a return on SIP from the bank account? TWICE! I had the same amount deducted twice from my account! Kindly resolve the issue or consider one less customer to your bank!

                          Hi team,

                          I (Prajwal bhat) have a demat account with you and recently noticed a transaction on 25th aug amounting to inr 826.00 for dp chgs. No text message was also received for this transaction. When i created the account i was not informed of any such charges and instead it was informed that there are no additional charges. Below is the transaction details :
                          Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-20 amouting to 826.00 inr.

                          Account : (*40422) at icic0000986

                          This is completely unacceptable and refund my amount. Please get this sorted soon else will need to look out for other banks for my financial /wealth planning.

                            Based on the customer care suggestion from icici, i have upgraded from a salary account to the one salary account on nov-2019 but then was told that i will be getting benefits and got all the benefits after reaching customer care except "free brokerage upto rs 22, 500 on equity stock trading", considering this statement i did some transactions through icici direct even if the charges are more when i compared with other banks.

                            Before i do the transaction, i called multiple times to customer care they say that the offer will be there but after doing the transactions charges are applied, but when i check with the icici team says that charges will be applied and offer is only for new customers.
                            If it is a new customer how come they can ask customer upgrade. I was keep trying to bring it to their top management on it, every time they keep says we considered your feedback and improving the service but not ready to revert the charges. If it is bank mistake with misleading information why a customer should pay for it. I totally feel that the icici is cheating with the name o[censored]pgrade, so guys please be careful if they ask you to upgrade or any offer. I wasted my 1 month time to explain my issue every time i get a word we apologize but not at all reverting the charges.

                              I am baswaraj patel frm rajahmundry iam self employed i have icici saving account at danavaipet branch.. I had personal loan, vechile loan, consumer loan.. All these three loan ecs clearance to my icici account.. Frm last 5 month due to lockdown. No money.. No trancation was made in account.. Due to moratorium i had relaxed there will be no emi in moratorium period. I had shocked when i deposits 30000 cash in my accounts on 1sep 2020.. For upcoming emi for personal loan on2sep... Checked the balance... Account was wiped.. Zero balance.. I am shocked and checked detail statement.. Icici bank has charged mee rs20000 for 42 ecs return charger.. This is not good to mee.. From last 5 month we had hard peroid i bowered that amount for intrest to pay emi... I tried to call customer care at that time but no one helps... How can icici bank collected ecs charges in moratorium period... Plz help

                                    savings account charged with lien when account was credited

                                    There was no transaction from last 3 months jun - aug 2020 from my saving bank account. On 1st september 2020 i have deposited funds from another account to this account and immediately ₹15000 is levied where the available balance is showing different from the actual balance.

                                    I have raised complaint at icici yet no response....

                                    During lockdown period I opted Moratorium for my Bajaj Finserve consumer durable loans. But now ICICI bank has deducted almost 9000 rupees towards ECS charges. I even enquired with Bajaj Finserve but they denied deductions saying that they don't deduct 590 rupees towards each ecs charge. Now I want to go to Consumer Court for further reimbursement of my falsely deducted amount. If anyone here has faced same issue kindly help.
