washing machine - model AW 6563 - error message and stops working

During Nov, 2013 the machine was not working and when complaint was lodged, service engineer came and informed that control panel was defective and changed the same during warranty period . Bad product sold and no action till1 year

Poor customer experience (IFB Bangalore)

I tried my best to reach out to IFB service engineer (bangalore): [protected], around 100 times i might have tried. but it's waste of time.
