we purchased IFB clothes dryer Maxidry 550 on[protected] with customer ID 10579005. 0n 25th November some fumes came out from time setting knob .On the same day we gave complaint with complaint no14337781.It has been 5 days since we have registered our complaint but the servicing has not been done.Though we have kept calling the customer care everyday and also spoke to the manager, no one turned up till date.The servicing which actually had to be done within 24hrs of complaint has not been done even after 120hrs.very poor customer care.

    I bought microwave from your dealer in chandigarh m/s gupta electric co. On 13/11/2010, however this micro is troubling lot since purchase (Model no 25sc3.) I have already got it repaired twice as per your service engineer its megnetron are not working so he got it replaced with another since it was under warranty. So thy have charged only service amount was rs.250/- he advised to buy voltage stabilizer which is also bought from him only ifb product. We put this and run the mircro wave with this voltaze stablizer, however it work only 1 wk. Now again this stop working. The defect which we notices is that it is not generating heat that's why any thing put on it not being cooked. My request is either take it back what ever amount u want to pay me i wan't bother, instead of keeping this ideal It is better to give it to back to company.       sir 6kg digital under amc has been expercng regular probs for the past 6 months. everytime it is set right it goes off within 2-4 washings. now the tech informs that it will take more than 3 wks to set it right as the spares are not avlble and in addn it will cost another rs 2000 (almost the cost of amc) 1.of what use is the machine if i have to wait for 3 wks. what is the use of having amc. who will wash the clothes pl arrge for a suitable replacement or take corrective steps to set it right immdtly.         I called YASHRAJ ENTERPRISE(IFB Authorised Service centre, Zadeshwar Rd, Bharuch, (Gujarat State) for my IFB Elena deluxe 5.5 kg WM, as stopped frequently after started.Technician came & changed my water pipe, gave some powder to run etc.on dated 19/10/2014.Its Bill amounting Rs.1350/- only.(excluding the pipe cost).But not result, I called him again next day.He came, checked some functions & said he will come to take higher technician to repair the machine.But then he didn't come as the Diwali Festival & till today.Then we were not at the home for the period.
        Today I had call from the Service centre @ the machine & sent me a another technician for the past fault.Now the technician said my motor is not working.If within Warranty Period it will be free.Then I show him the card, But it was expired on 24 Nov.2014, i.e. just four days before, and I have to pay for the motor part.
        Sir, hear me heartly, that the Service centre has not responded me within days & enguaging unskilled technician that is also mis-credit for the company and I have to suffer only for just four days after the Warranty Period.Is it my fault?Judge it necessary & its my honour request to give me the reply if any at my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com please.Thanking You.

              Dear sir/ Madam I am L. Anantha Rama krishnan, residing in Anna nagar, Chennai. Day before yesterday, (26/11/2014) we have received a call from IFB asking our permission to send the service engineer for the AMC service. We agreed and the person came for the service. He de assembled all the parts and checked for any blocks and scaling. Finally he did chemical washing. During deassembling he did n't put the spring in the rubber sleeve properly. Now the machine is not working and the door is not closing properly we have requested him to check and correct it. After a number of calls throughout the day, the service engineer is not attended the problem and not responded. We are unhappy with the service rendered.                 I have bought 10 packets of dishwasher - but due to unavailability only 5 were delivered on 17/11 & Mr. Manikandan (who delivered the packets) informed it will be delivered the next day. It is 10 days now I am yet to get the product. Repeated calls just say that will have it delivered immediately in vein.

                  Dear team ifb, My nightmare started when i purchased a washing machine for inr 35, 100 (8kgs senator aqua sx) on the 23rd of November, 2014 from sargam electronics, sector - 29, gurgaon. I enquired from the dealer, if i can buy a stand from his shop. I was told by the dealer that i can Purchase the stand from the market and on the same machine can be installed. I bought the same for inr 900. An installation person (Mudit from ifb service center) came today with a stand and asked for inr 1400 For a stand, which was actually not required. The person insisted on the stand giving an understanding That machine will fall down, if the stand that he brought is not utilised. Question: If ifb's machine require a specific stand, then why wasn't it available with sargam electronic, when i Enquired for the same. I feel betrayed and don't want this machine now. Take it back.                     I have a IFB front loaded washing machine purchased 3years back. After about 2years of working, approximately one year back, machine has started with abnormal vibrations and stoppage. IFB persons are visiting every time and replacing some of parts and no use. They have taken the machine to their repair center two times and no result. Still we are not able to use the machine from the last one month because the machine is frequently vibrating and stopping without finish. There is no solution from the customer care from the last one month.

After that no one had visited to my home to solve my complaint and everyday customer care department giving me wrong commitment. Today when I tried to call third level higher official, he attended and told he is on another call. After that he never picked my call.. This is frustating me and please don't fool people anymore...                         Dear Sir/Madam, I am using IFB washing machine since last 7 years. I am having AMC contract for service support with the IFB company. My customer ID as per company records is 1371233. My washing machine is not working due to some problem. I registered a service request through the companies customer support. My service request complaint number is 11880727.I registered complaint on October 30th 2014. I did not get any service support call from the company authorised service centre even after escalating the issue to the company over mail and multiple calls to customer support. The customer support person provided us a Area manager number and asked us to contact him. When we contacted him, they sent a service person with a motor. The service person came here with out knowing the issue and started removing the motor. Then he realized that the drum is also fault, he said he need to bring the drum or so (not sure on the spare parts name). He said he will fix it next day. But yet to turn up. We made multiple calls to the Area manager, but still there is no response and the Area manager is not picking the call at all. We depend on the washing machine for our daily washing requirements. Since I did not get support from the company, it caused me a severe mental stress and health issues. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Regards, Siva.

                              This is the message we get auto generated and past one Month 5 service franchise came to see the machine and no one attends the issue and they by pass to other franchise. do they think we are all fools to to take AMC and wait for such long days more than a Month to be fooled by saying silly reasons no spare available and service Engineer available... we are very much fed up with IFB service...very poor and worst service.

                                my dish washer is under amc and i have logged a complaint one or two months before. Utensils are not cleaning.engineer has came 2 or 3 times but not able to solve the problem. There always a light on of rinse aid sign and it is not going even after rinse full.even the engineer who came not able to solve the problem and he told us he will come with his senior but till today no body came. I must tell you it is the worst experience. Please do something.

                                  My washing machine IFB Executive Plus needs repair' Location is Bangalore. It is on AMC. The IFB technician arrived four days after registering the first complaint, assessed the work and said that he would return with the required parts to rectify the problem. It is 10 days after that, but he has not resurfaced. Repeated phone calls are either not responded or every time a false promise is made by him that he'll reach the next day. Two complaints to the customer care number 1860xxx has had no effect. They have effectively palmed off the problem to their franchisee (I guess) Deepa Enterprises. My horrible experience with IFB servicing is not the first time. But then I did not know this when I purchased the washing machine. I have faced similar apathy from the company for my dishwasher too. My advice to those reading this would be - NEVER EVER buy an IFB product. But now, since I have already paid for the AMC, I need them to fix the problem. I am ready to take them to Consumer Court, if I need to.

                                      I, Mrs. Aarti Kulkarni had launched a compalint towards our machine machine were the dryer is not not working..i launched the complaint on 10th Nove and today is 20th Nov..even after 10 days there is no response from IFB side.. I am really frustrated that we dont get any response from IFB, they just tell us our technical department will call u, but no response.Yesterday customer care dept. provided us the no of Branch Co-ordinator Ms. Priti[protected]..I being a customer spoke with her rudely as we i didnt receive any positive reponse from them..then i followed up with Priti, she is telling my EA that ask Ms. Arti to say sorry to me than only we will look into this matter and she disconnected the phone twice..So again i call in customer care stating i will say sorry to priti but even she has to confirm me that my machice will get repair the same day i.e 19th Nov. But today is 20th Nov and still no reply from IFB.. I would suggest the user if you are going to buy IFB products, please ensure that they dont take care of servicing part atall even though the product is under warranty.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vijay Kumar M C I am residing in Virupakshapura Bangalore 560097 I had a problem with IFB - SENATOR washing machine in the date of[protected] and i went to your IFB point in Kodigehalli Bangalore to launch a complaint against it. The owner of the shop Mr.Satish told us that technician is going to come on next day. The technician came and attended the problem saying Bracket has broken. But the IFB point person gave a bill of Rs.4710.00 we asked about the warranty he said their is no warranty. Herewith we enclose the bill he produced. But after 2 months again the same problem repeated. but as we went to ask regarding this he himself (Mr.Satish) visited and checked the washing machine and again asking for about Rs.7500.00 for the same materials what he has replaced already. Because of this we enquired from your call center that this is happened they said you should get a warranty on the parts what we mentioned. But Keeping IFB Point Name this agency is sending the local Technicians and billing to his wish without giving warranty. From the call centers end an technician came and checked the washing machine saying Bracket, Bearing, Tub got damaged and should be replaced. So, please give us a detailed reason why this happened in writing. So, Please make sure your Servicing is not helping to your customers by this type of agents. Please cancel his IFB Dealership.                                         Never buy a product from IFB Point, Shop No- 217 2Nd Floor Gip Mall Sec-18 Noida, 201301. They are use to provide refurbish or repaired product. If you will demand for replacement, the owner of the IFB Point will take hell of time and if you will insists for immediate replacement he will abuse you.

                                        On Saturday 20th May - 18, I purchased IFB Senator Smart Touch 8Kg 1400RPM washing machine from IFB point, Shop No- 217 2Nd Floor Gip Mall Sec-18 Noida, 201301, by paying Rs. 39000/- with exchange, and on 21st May - 18 at 14:00 Hrs it was delivered. When technician visited for installation, after unpacking he found machine is already open from back, drum is opened and lying down. Back panel is rusted at one point.

                                        Seems It was my wrong decision to be loyal with IFB and purchased IFB machine again. I swear, I will not make same mistake in future and not let others in my friends and relatives. By the way till today I was self appointed brand ambassador of IFB.

                                        I would not ask my money back, please get this machine back to you immediately, as I am going to purchase some other brand machine by today itself.

                                        My personal request to team, please forward my mail to highest authority of IFB. Since I loose Rs. 39000/- of my hard earn money, in return there should be a small capital punishment to IFB point owner also.
