The parcel reached indore on 16/07/2020. And i see the status of the product as "item

The parcel was booked on 09.07.20 and it's reached kolkata ap nsh on 13.07.20 and thereafter no updates nothing information shared with me... It's still showing item bagged and no update till today... Trying to call their customer care they re also unable to solve this... I need this parcel very urgently... Plz look into this and fix this...

It is a very important letter from german embassy which i have to submit in india reference no-- RT[protected]DE
