Online status show delivered but not received yet

The status as 27/20/20 16:06 pm. The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But the consignment not received my self or any other my family ..on my adreess please solve my problem...

Speed Post not received yet and no update yet

Hello,
My brother had booked one parcel with speed post on[protected] from Ahmedabad for Kolkata. Till today there is no update yet. I am waiting for that parcel its very important for me. Dont know what to do I went to post office to inquire they are saying again and again go thee and there or check online. Frustrated with this kind of service of spped post....
