I ordered a cake order no.- 1722627
And it was canceled by delivery boy he declined to deliver the cake.he told that address is too far i can't deliver it ...while i paid extra rs250 for delivery but he refuses to deliver it and after it there was no refund as cash and indiacakes gave me coupon for next order but i don't want coupon ...if you refuses to deliver and you canceled it then you should return the money so please check it and send my money back

I ordered a cake late in the night around 1am. I received a mail after 10hrs, around 11am, saying that I have to pay 200 as delivery charges!!! Who has ever heard of such a process??? You order swiggy or through Amazon or any other online company, they charge you delivery along with the total bill...they never send a bill of delivery separate after you have paid for the product!!! I got baffled with such rude and lame responses from the customer support on chat and on phone. The worse is that the agent on call disconnects on the face if they are not able to answer instead of solving your query...thrice. And the chat/email agent is giving me a solution that I should select before 2pm or after 2pm then there will be no delivery cost!!! You know why??? Because these time slots already have an upfront cost. The tagline of your brand says FREE DELIVERY ACROSS INDIA...what's the meaning of such a tagline??? It is to fool customers?? Since there is no option for refund, I have been informed that they will give me a coupon to be used again. When I asked which address in India is such where there is no delivery, I will order there. Or better still, u give me the address of the shop or workshop and I will pick it up. But they denied. What horrible way of duping people you have found out!!!

Hi,

I experienced worse customer care support from you. At least you did try for the next-day delivery, then it could be appreciated. Instead trying for the next-day delivery, you canceled my order after you received the online payment. If you deliver the same cake with a new year wish on it and send it to my parents it will be thankful.

So, what will be the next step? will you deliver cake to the address which I ordered previously or you refund my money back? Confirm me back as soon as popossible

I order my cake and flowers for my client on 21st dec for Christmas .Order id is 1722031 And paid 808.20 rs . Before this I asked for service avaibility and they yes service available . And we paid the amount after some time we received mail for rs 250 as extra service delivery charge ok we paid the same . After that at evening the india cake person said sorry for inconvenience but we can't deliver your cake and cancelled the order while asking on their [protected] care no. They not respond properly and disconnected the call . I called for 50 times just to sake if I confirm about service and also paid for extra service then suddenly how can you said can't deliver then for what purpose you asked me for rs 250/- with very much confident manner and guaranteed or delivery . Shame on you guys

After this received only 808.20 rs . One time usable coupon card . As a refund . But we wish for cash refund in account. But they said we give you 1 year validity what we do for your validity as my client not get delivered the cake to him .

After that for my nephew's birthday I order the cake with coupon code. Order id is 1722463
And order for black forest with mentioning the for message on cake but at the time of delivery not mentioned the message on cake and also very poor quality cake delivered. On second order they also asked for 200 rs for service delivery charge but after arguments they are agree and refused but I lost money

Simply saying this guys making foolish to peoples and looting the money from them by inventing the new techniques .

Why they confirm.for.free delivery service while.asking with pin code and after payment done they were ask for more charges. .They are having lots of hidden information and after doing all the payments they not delivered cake or cancelled the order

This company is big cheater and kindly banned this company or sui the file in court against them . As they playing with the feelings emotions and relations of the peoples after getting payment for their services.

I had order cake online and made payment from Paytm and then call customer care number and there representative say that it will be deliver before 7.0 pm on 25.12.2021. But till 9.20 pm it is not delivered.

Online Order No. 1720579 dated 01-12-21 placed for one Cake for delivery of said item at bihar {Lalganj} on 01-12-21 for marriage anniversary, on India Cakes portal (www.indiacakes.com ) and I have also made payment of Rs.490/- towards purchase of cake through Credit Card on 01-12-21.

India Cakes failed to deliver Cake to the destination place.

It may not be out of place to mention that as per terms and conditions of India Cakes Pvt. Ltd., they are to refund full amount of order value in case they fail to deliver the ordered item.

Note :- If my issue is not reslove by india cakes, I take leggal action against india cakes pvt ltd.

I placed and order and it got confirmed on the same day. Next day I received a link asking to go for extra payment as there is a delivery charge required to the area I requested for delivery. I paid that amount too.
Today when I checked the status (24th Dec 2021) I got informed that the delivery is not possible DUE to Christmas and the staff which I was on call just disconnected the call.

I placed my cake order with India cake on 5.12.2021 which cost me 499rs.next day while I was waiting for delivery of cake at my doorstep got an email and msg that it would required additional payment of 150rs which was never ever mentioned.i called thier rep but there is no response and they threat me that order will cancel without refund.then I wrote email and they said that I'll be getting coupon code in 7 to 10 days to reorder my cake now when I recieved that coupon code they have asked me to pay again delivery charge of 100rs that I paid thru gpay just after paying paying i got an email from India cakes that I have to pay again an additional delivery charges of 250rs.today when I tried their customer service number [protected] their rep is not willing to listen and countniously disconnecting my call saying their is no other option else my order will get cancel.now i got to smell that it's a fraud organisation and doing cheating with customer.i want my money back as well as penalty from them.

I've running around to get the refund of my order paid 599+100 extra for distance. Now you want to give me coupon for only 599, then what about 100 paid extra.
Your tele callers are very bad and rude when checking on refund. Please refund the money back. If not I'll have to take it to cosumer court. It is your mistake you could not deliver the cake even after paying for the distance.

It is very much frustrated with the company as they didn't delivered cake as well as not returned money also. They have charged rs250 extra for delivery also. But not delivered. We have ordered for kids birthday and it was a diaster and worst day for us to console a 6 years kid about the cake. This company is playing with people's emotions and money. I want some authority to take some action on them to stop further such activities from the company. My money rs.1450 is with them. No proper reply from them. They are not delivering cake also not refunding money also. We have ordere cake on 26 th nov 2021 to be delivered on 1st December 2021. Still not delivered and no response also. This is the second time happening. On September 8th 2021 we have ordered and same happened and got a voucher. But now again same happening. We don't want any vouchers we want our money back and apologies from company for the frustrations and unpleasant experience given. Someone has to stop them doing further and playing with people's money and on special occasions spoiling the day.

My daughter being in hostel far from us during her birthday had order 2 kgs cake from IndiaCakes website post customer service ensuring best service and delivery experience. But unfortunately due to covid and keeping children safety in mind school authorities denied delivery through outsider/third party. And hence had to cancel the order. While cancelling the order over phone they requested to drop an email for refund to source and I followed the procedure and dropped them an email for cancellation and refund. Post which the order never got delivered but when asked for refund they started disconnecting the calls and misbehaving and finally refused to refund to source acc. Request your help to get my refund at the earliest to my source acc.

I ordered a cake on 27th November for same day delivery but they didn't deliver it. But I have no issue with that as I requested on 28th for delivery now they are asking for extra amount of 250, as I already paid 740 total amount i.e 500 order value + 250 deliver charge, and then no one communicate properly they disconnected call while talking. I have all recordings

I had been ordered cake with order no -1720038 for 25 nov 2021 but india cake didn't deliver cake on day . I was taking continously follow up through chat and call .They are providing coupons instead of money . I experienced poor services and unresposible behaviors of customer care. I hope that your company refund money and regret for inconvenience.

This is a fraud website. I had ordered - Order # 1719597- a cake and flowers in Kerala on 18th Nov 2021. Initially, I paid RS/950. On their website, it was shown as free delivery anywhere in India and I made the payment and placed the order. After some time I message and email saying I have to pay additional delivery charges of rs 150 and when I asked the reason they said coz the area is in the outskirts. I obliged and paid the extra delivery charges as well. Till now the cake is not delivered and the status on their tracking site shows it as canceled. I haven't canceled the order and don't know why it is canceled. The customer service is pathetic.

Please help me to get the money back, as they have cheated me on many grounds;
1) Did not deliver the offered service
2) They charged me extra money for delivering the items but they canceled it
3) they did not notify or inform me when it was canceled but they were very particular when I had to make extra charges, I got an SMS and Email to pay extra. This shows their intention
4) they do have any sort of refund policy, after 5 days when I checked they say they would give a coupon to use again which is of no use.
5) This coupon also has a condition that I have to use it once time, that is the entire amount of coupon code should be used only once. Which itself really challenging and I had booked another order 1719519 which was worth RS 960 which they canceled without any reason or communication, of which I could use only 950 as there were no other options. Using the exact amount is not possible as most of the time they would not have the item with the same cost. So It is very clear they are playing with me knowing that I can not trace them.
5) This has already caused a lot of damages to me as I could not gift the items to the person I sent, adding to that I made him wait for 3 to 4 hours thinking these guys would deliver it...

Please take required action for Refund to Card as this is not my mistake and they were not just unprofessional but a cheating company

I had booked a cake with order no. 1719340 for delivery on 15.11.2021 by paying Rs494/- online. After one day of booking, I was asked to pay Rs, . 250/- extra towards delivery charges which I didn't agree and requested for cancellation and refund.

I have not received the amount yet. Inspite of repeated follow ups, the company is not refunding the amount. It is a fraud as they are displaying as free delivery and after order is confirmed and payment is made, asking for extra charges for delivery. In case of not agreeing to pay extra charges they are not refunding the mount.
Please take necessary action.

Such a pathetic experience today I ordered birthday cake from India cakes.com I thought it is trustful site but then I came across it it's a scammed site
1.I made the order the order was received but the I didn't get any mail regarding the order.
2.when I tracked the order it showed Payment Pending
3.After hours I got the mail of repayment of Rs. 250
4.I opted for cancellation of order then they insisted that we can't cancel the order but will provide with the coupon which was not provided
5.I got the call from the company when I started recording the call instantly they cuted my call
6.I was receiving forwarded message in my e-mail Shop No S-12, 2'nd Floor, Sacred World Mall, Above Mc Donald, Wanowrie, Pune :- 411040, India
