Order not deliver money is taken fraud site

Order number 1728528 placed on 16th march.

We all are waiting for the cake but it has not been delievered yet.

Trying to reach all out to customer service number to your chat box but there is no response, have raised everywhere.

Please advise would it be refunded or cake would be delievered today?

Madar chod mera paisa khaaa gyaa harami saala I placed a cake for my sister birthday in early morning but they won't delivered the cakes and they are taking extra charges for delivery madarindia

Online order no.1728328, dated.12.03.2022 placed for one cake for delivery of said item at Sadanka Sekhar Dash, Wr. No.c/583, Koelnagar, Rourkela, Pin.769014 on 12.03.2022 for marriage anniversary on Indoa Cakes portal (www.indiacakes.com) and i have also made payment of Rs.726/- (Rs.576+150) yowards purchase of cake through googlepay.
India cakes failed to deliver cake to the desination place.
It may not be out of place to mention that as per Yerms & Conditions of India Cakes Pvt. Ltd. they are to refund full amount of order value in case they fail to deliver the ordered item.
NOTE: If my issue is not resolved by india cakes i will take legal action against the India Cakes Pvt. Ltd.

Keeping our country name as a website and doing scam on people money which should be zero tolerance, i have all the proofs on the scam they did for the order we have placed and not only to me to many people the issue has been happened, i don't want they make use of our country name on these scams, please take a action on this.

Cake not delivered. No refund. Fraud site. They ask extra money after order is placed as delivery charges but the site says free delivery.

I had placed an order on October 6, 2021, 11:51:10 AM (Order no. 716622) and did not receive it. I also wrote email regarding the same to company but my complaint could not be resolved. For reference i am attaching an image containing order details.

I placed an order for 15th feb 2022 with an additional night delivery charge as the option was available but the order was no delivered and when asked the customer support people were so rude and later one of them said its a non serviceable area so the order will be cancelled (but while placing i checked for serviceability and went through for that area) and a coupon code will be refunded. I requested for cash refund as its not my fault and am not gonna place any further orders from their site, they agreed to it and i also dropped mails to them regarding the same.

A week later i got a mail for the coupon code refund inspite of agreeing for cash refund. Later when called multiple times to discuss on this the support team just hung up on me, nobody responded properly and were super rude. At last one of them asked me to again drop a mail and they will discuss with the payment team and get it done but its been days and i haven’t received any updates from their end. This is really annoying and such a time waste for me. I am asking for my money back and this is how these people do.

On March 2, I ordered a cake from india cakes(order num:1727696) to be delivered on 5 March. On March 3 i got another mail telling me to send Rs 200 more to deliver that order, which is not acceptable as this was not mentioned at the time of the payment. Then I requested your support to cancel the order on that same day and refund the money to my account. I have waited and kept on calling your customer care and i get the same reply that i will receive a mail tomorrow. That tomorrow has not arrived till date. I want the refund ASAP to my bank account as the cancellation of the order is because of your poor customer service and I no longer require your services.
I'm extremely disappointed that I keep getting told the same thing over and over and my refund is still pending. I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK as soon as possible .

I would like an explanation AND my money back.

I have ordered cake yesterday evening and selected delivery date 5th still I have not received. Even I am unable to track my order. Today morning I got message for 250rs extra payment I don't know why this payment is asking. I have faced worst experience

I placed an order for a 1/2kg cake to be delivered to my native place. I also received the order and payment confirmation of the same. Later after an hour I receive an email and message to pay extra 800rs. because only 1kg cake be delivered . When called the bad support team the agent said he cannot do anything and refund will be done in the form of coupon only.
I want my refund of the full amount paid to my account because I definitely do not wish to do any kind of transaction with Indiacakes in future

When I placed an order, they showed delivery charges as zero. Later they send me an email asking for more money for delivery. When I called their Customer Care, the lady started misbehaving and refused to cancel my order and asked to send an email. When I wrote to them I got no response. I called again and I think this time some senior lady was there. She started shouting when I asked to refund my amount in Credit Card back as I never wanted an voucher which could be used later as this I have no trust in them now. They say that delivery charges are mentioned on the site but if you see the screenshot, at the time of checkout, there were no delivery charges.

Pathetic customer experience.

In reference to the order number, below is my complaint for your kind review and to be looked into -

1. Charged for time of delivery however not delivered on time
2. Charged for delivery but delivery not done
3. Customer care service was pathetic...people were rude and in no way understood the requirement
4. Had to call many times seeking their support for the order but they hanged the phone all time
5. Continually harassed the recipient for checking on the address and even the delivery person was rude in talking
6. Order was for Rajasthan, the delivery boy was in Patna (have his location tracked which he sent to the order recipient on whatsapp)
7. Even the senior person at customer care was not supportive and rude
No humility shown by the vendor accepting their mistake but charged/harassed for every single move wherein they were not even knowing where to deliver (as per delivery boy location)

With all added, this was a complete unprofessional deal for which they charged me in advance and traumatized and wasted mine and recipient's time since yesterday.

Finally my cake was not delivered which was a sentiment for a special day which got ruined due to unprofessional behaviour of the vendor.

I have requested my refund from the vendor but would like to get this matter investigated on a serious note and action be taken appropriately.

On 13 february I ordered a cake from india cakes(order num:1726230). I saw an offer that day which said, on the same day itself you will deliver if i finish the payment within 2 minutes. I did the payment and later i got another mail telling me to send 250 rs more to deliver that order, which cannot be acceptable as you didn't mention that at the time of the payment. Then I requested your support to cancel the order on that same day and refund the money to my account. I have waited for the next seven working days and got some kind of coupon for that money which cannot be accepted at any cost as the cancellation of the order is because of your poor customer service and I no longer require your services.
I'm extremely disappointed that I keep getting told the same thing over and over and my refund is still pending. I find this unacceptable that I have had to wait 7 business days so far. Lucky it's not $50k - imagine the interest you would have been making on it AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK as soon as possible that too not by some coupons.
The disappointing thing is, that when I put the order in, the order was processed so quickly.
I would like an explanation AND my money.

I have ordered cake on ur website n u PPL sent me a mail asking for extra payment of 250 as area is out of town ...I have sent extra payment too. But didn't deliver cake ordered n didn't respond for mails too, we didn't recieve any refund either, do needful, if this goes on ...no one will believe ur services

I have ordering cake yesterday, you guys have not delivered I opted for normal delivery and when I am tried connecting with agents they are worst agents I ever seen in life they told that they will be delivering n not wvern delivered today as well refund my money or else I'll file a case on you guys

Its a scam company. All these good reviews are definitely are fake. These India Cakes people don't even know what is customer service. I ordered Cakes and Flowers (costed Rs 999) for my sister who recently went to Kodaikanal (order number 1726390). Didnt deliver it to them. India cakes instead asked me to pay an extra Rs250 after 8 hours of me making the order. They are leaving the place in another 4 hours. I said I would better cancel my order or redirect to a different location. No reply received to my emails or my phone calls. They are fake and scam. Legal action must be taken on this bunch of stealing people who plays around stealing people money and dont respond to calls or emails.

My husband placed two orders (Order ids 1725382 and 1725383) on the 4th of February to be delivered at Trivandrum and Thuravoor, Cherthalai respective for two different occasions in the family.
The cakes were to be delivered on 6th February, Sunday. the Indiacakes team was not contactable on 6th.
On 7th Monday, when contacted, the uncouth, rude staff said they would do so on the 8th.
On 8th the cheats said they cannot deliver the order and we could take a coupon valid for the next 1 year.
After such an unpleasant experience there was no way we would want to have any further interaction with Indiacakes. We made it very clear to refund the money . we kept reminding them about the refund on mail as they do not pick our call. on the 11th of feb they again shamelessly and stubbornly came up with the coupon offer.
This time again we insisted on getting a refund only.
In spite of repeated reminders, there is no response from their end.
Pls help get our money refunded.

I have book cake on 11th Feb 2022 for my office friend my order number is 1725982 . After placing order they ask me for extra 250Rs to pay for the location because it's far as per they mention about location. The cake is not delivered and they are not giving cake and also not providing me money back. Totally fraud company just taking money from people

Yesterday I have ordered cake order no 1726533, they sent me a mail to pay extra 100 as it is outskirts delivery which I have also done and when called yesterday one of the customer support mentioned it will be delivered yesterday before 9 but that did not happen. Then when I started following up today thrice my call was disconnected by their support executives since they did not want hear me. They are not a professional company
