I had ordered a bouquet for my Aunt who was unwell on 14 th November and made the payment on the same day.I was assured same day delivery and no delivery charges . The bouquet hasn't been delivered even on 15th November and now they are asking for delivery charges of 250 which is against the law.There has been no response on call or text from their end.The customer support is unresponsive.

I dont have that much time to write but one line I wanted to say "DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AT ALL, INSTEAD OF SPOILING JOYFULL EVENT, NOT TO GIVE ANY THING"

NO PROPER CUSTOMER CARE, NO PROPER WEBSITE, PATHETIC PRODUCT DELIVERED, ORDERED SOMETHING DELIVERED SOME THING ELSE

I ordered a cake on 7 the Nov for my father's birthday.( Order Id 1718796). It was not delivered. Customer service people says they cannot refund. They will provide only coupon which we can use next time. I placed an order last time and they couldn't deliver. They refused to refund and gave coupon code. This was repeated 2 times and They couldn't deliver. This order also they couldn't deliver.What will I do with coupon if they cannot deliver the cake. I am asking for refund, but no response

Ordered Cake on march 2021 in indiacakes but not received till now November 2021. No response from this company. Totally they are fake. How government encouraging like this companies i don't know. Kindly ban these company and distribute money who all are affected.

Ordered cake from them which they didn’t deliver and denied refund as well. Frauds cheating people. Don’t order anything from them.

We have ordered cake through indiacakes.com 2 times due to payment(599+599) failed in Google pay. But unfortunately 2 time also payment got failed. Also, we didn't get any order I'd details.

So could you please check the status and refund the amount.

I ordered a cake the day before yesterday i.e. on 25 Oct 2021 and inquired several times and each time I was told that your order will get delivered before 9p.m. I was eagerly waiting for the order and next day I got a mail that your delivery address is far away and you need to pay 250 Rs extra...

I'm not ready for any further payment and if these was the case Indiacakes should have informed me on the same day. But whenever I contacted IndiaCakes everytime they told it will be delivered before 9 p.m. and now you're asking for further money sounds illogical.

And My friends birthday was day before yesterday and Because of IndiaCakes I couldn't send him cake on the same day!!

A very bad experience they're providing to customer.

Now It's my request to Refund The amount which I have paid i.e. 490.90 as soon as possible...

This is really the worst service experience I have faced in my online delivery. I placed an order on 17th Oct and received mail asking extra ₹250 on 18th Oct because the delivery place is outside. Cake was still not delivered on the delivery date which was 24th October.

When I called on the 25th your customer service said that it was not delivered because 24th being Sunday and the shop was closed. I was surprised to hear the answer because people can have their b'day on Sunday. I was told that it would be delivered on the 25th within a few hours.

To my surprise it was not even delivered today and the reason I was told that it was far. I was also told that you people don't place orders until the delivery date so location won't be known. Then what those extra service charges are for?

Now I am getting a coupon for the amount (₹ 545 + ₹ 250) which will be valid for 1 year. Means you spoiled someone's b'day and now you are just giving a coupon for your worst service. Who would want to use those coupons for your pathetic services?? Is this some kind of scam where you keep collecting money and then offer coupons??

Also the customer care lady was so rude, rather than understanding the issue she was arguing over best services and disconnected the call.

I asked refund but they are not giving despite of no delivery.

I ordered the cake with bunch of flowers on 24th October 2021, and paid the amount. The cake was not delivered on time and no proper response with them. Worst experience i ever had. They haven't refund the amount saying that they don't have the cancellation and refund policy. The service was very worst.

Ordered a cake and a bouquet of flowers from indiacakes having the worst experience of my life. They delivered it after 3 long days and ruined the occasion That was a planned surprise. The valet was lost and didn’t seem to understand anything. Most pathetic service ever. They deserve to be sued.

Yeh log fake hai...maine cake order kiya or payment bhi kiya but yeh log khene lage ki inke pass payment nhi aaya hai...maine screen shot bhi bheja tha usnhe but uske baad koi reply hi nhi diya mere message ka..or mere paise bhi refund nhi kiya..

I ordered a cake which was to be delivered next day. I paid for the cake when I ordered. Next day morning I receive an email that since location is far I need to pay extra 250 for delivery and until then order was on hold. I paid immediately and also spoke with the lady. She informed me that they have received payment and my order will be delivered.
I followed up on the order from 10:30 am until 7pm calling them at least 10 times and I was told order will be delivered by 7pm. when I last spoke with them at 6:58 pm the person told me that delivery is on the way. This was exactly the same thing I was told at 6pm.

These people are fraud. They have taken money and not delivered the cake. Please beware of such fraud and don't waste your money.

Placed order on 10sep for a cake, which they had failed to deliver. Also no support from customer service.
Request for refund still no reply.

Good evening, I have placed order for cake & gift for my wife on 2nd Oct 2021 for delivery date 11th Oct 2021 with order number 716280. Even they asked me to pay extra charges of INR 100 due to the location. And we paid by 2nd Oct itself. Since then I have asked multiple times with customer care for delivery and they assured me all the time that it will get delivered on time. Even till 11th Oct 2021 by 5.00 PM they were keep telling me thet it will be delivered before 7 PM. Suddenly they told me that location is so far that's why they are not able to deliver.
While placing the order, when I was submitting the Postal code 272190, they clearly said "We are able to deliver" but end of the moment they refused.
This is a clear fraud with the customer

India Cakes your service is not reliable, our order no:716770 was not delivered even after paying extra 250 rupees for the delivery. The customer care was saying that the cake will be delivered and we where waiting for the whole day and no delivery done at the end of the day.

They are refusing to refund the amount I paid for order saying that they don’t have cancellation policy. They are offering coupon instead which I’m sure I will never use because I don’t wish to be a customer for them in future ever. It is quite possible that they are fraud because they sent me link to pay immediately Rs 100 via email. This is highly suspicious and so I wished to cancel my order. They are refusing to refund the amount now. I want my money and no coupons. Please someone help me.

This is Scam. They took money and never deliver. Customer care man Rahul said he will deliver. But they didnt. Took money and no reply.
