i had placed an order (Cid:31718) on the 11th of feb 2015 for an egg less dark chocolate cake to be delivered on the 14th of February 2015... the cake never got delivered and on top of it i mailed those guyz a 50 times...messaged them...called them a 1000 times minimum but no one even bothered picking up the phone or replying to mails or messages and i had called well with in the specified times... i shall ask them for a complete refund when they pick up the phone..
the company's name is cake delivery india and their numbers are [protected], [protected] ...never ever buy from their site

      Hi, My e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com On 22nd October I paid the money (> 23 USD) in cakedileveryindia.com to deliver a cake + flower bouquet + 6 inch small teddy ( COMBO) .(A 15 red roses Bunch specially made to express your boundless love to your loved one with 1/2 kg mouth watering Black Forest Cake and a small cute 6" Teddy) Since I am in USA I couldn't get in touch with the recipient, Initially I got to know that only flower bouquet is delivered. This is the kind of lame service they provide, I am truly disappointed. Anniversary is an occasion which comes once an year. Clearly these people cakedeliverindia.com have cheated me. May be they think that since the sender is USA it doesn't matter if they deliver or do not deliver the complete combo.

Customer service is completely irresponsible and I think I will not choose to order from your site in future. And definitely would not recommend any of my friends. Completely lost the faith from ordering the gift online from your site. Poor quality and Poor service...!!!

          I made 2 seperate orders - one for flowers and the other one for 2 cakes. I paid close to 60 dollars for the 2 orders. Please see the quality of cake that reached. The cakes were messed up. The message was wrong. And it tsted good enough to puke. This is whats being sold for 30 dollars. When my mom took it back for the quality she was told the cake makers only get 150 rupees. These guys are frauds and money suckers. To top it up my flower order never ever made it. Apparently I never even ordered it but my account was charged. Never order from this place. These guys should be taken into consumer court. Frauds. To top it up they dont respond to calls or email. These guys should be beaten up in public. This is how they represent india.

            I have had very very bad experience with not only Indiacakes service but also Indiacakes.com customer support. They are very very unprofessional.

                Hi, I am gayathri from Chennai, on Aug 27th I ordered cake and gift through online (indiacakes.com )to deliver to my would be. But they didnt deliver the cake and they execused as it is a Remote area. After a long conversation they gave me a coupon code for 1100rs but its valid only 750rs. Before that they had taken two payments from my account. Now they are not responding me properly and no proper response from the customer care. Cause of them I lost 2200rs.

                  HI All,

                  We have ordered a 1KG Pineapple cake from India Cakes (www.delhicakeshop.com) for a friend yesterday but the kind of services given by them is disgusting. Though the cake was delivered on time but the cake quality was pathetic. It had the smell of the box and was bitter in taste. I had mailed them stating the concerns :
                  I have placed an order (order # 12323) yesterday for a 1 KG pineapple cake to Delhi-Uttam Nagar. The cake was delivered before time and was kept in fridge right away but when it was opened @ 10 PM at night, the cake was having the smell of the box and it was bitter in taste.
                  Since I have paid so much i.e Rs. 900 for a 1KG cake as I have got good reviews about your site, I had expected the cake to be in a good condition.
                  We tried calling you up by 10 PM yesterday itself but the number : [protected] was switched off and [protected] was busy all the time.
                  Kindly take the necessary action ASAP and get the cake redelivered to the recipient's address, else reimburse the whole amount back.
                  WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED FROM THE KIND OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOU.

                  And this is the response that I have got :
                  Dear Customer,
                  Thanks for the order,
                  As per your admission, cake was delivered in morning which is well within normal free delivery schedule as there is no time guarantee and orders are delivered as per convenience of vendor.
                  Since cakes are Prepared by Fresh Cream, Same should be consumed immediately or should be kept under Refrigeration.since cake was not consumed immediately and was not kept in fridge, whole day it was kept in open, same was spoiled because of mishandling, under such condition, your complaint can not be entertained,

                  Support.

                  I seriously cannot understand how can they even assume that the cake was mishandled and was not kept in the fridge and "whole day it was kept in open, same was spoiled because of mishandling"
                  . This is ridiculous.Were they even there to see that it wasn't kept under refrigeration? They gave all stupid reasons for bad delivery of their order, no where in this whole world people consume the cake as soon as its delivered. It was meant to be cut @ 12:00 AM yesterday night due to a birthday occassion.

                  PLEASE DONOT ORDER ANY CAKES FROM DELHICAKESHOP/INDIACAKES and kindly spread the word.

                    Order Number:[protected] Delivery scheduled: Midnight, 23rd september, 2013. Location: Gurgaon I ordered a cake+flowers combo along with greeting card with the total cost of INR 1000 for my fiance. The delivery was scheduled at midnight (for which I paid extra INR 350 too, total INR 1350). At night the delivery boy did not reach the receiver where as the next morning, he bluntly told me that he couldnt find the address hence didnt go there. He didn't even bother to call and confirm. After continuous followup with Indiacakes, the order was finally delivered next day i.e 24th September 2013 at 4 P.M. I, being present there at the time of delivery, saw the flowers and tasted the cake. I can assure you that it was the worst cake I've ever had.. moreover the quality of flowers was also pathetic. This is a serious case of service failure at every point and I expect a brand like indiacakes to take a serious action to rectify what all has gone wrong. Also i have sent 6 mails regarding this to them, called their customer care no. but no response yet from their side. i want to take this forward now and want to take a legal action against this.

                      I have ordered one cake for mid night delivery on 1st august 2013 and it has not delivered yet. It is mentioned in your delivery policy that you will deliver it within night delivery slot. at least you should have called me if any delivery issues was there. Neither your delivery boy called my brother nor me. What kind of service is this ?
                      My Brother was waiting for B'day surprise and you spoiled it on his birthday :( . please return my money.

                        I placed an order on 20th May 2013 in indiacakes.com for Bharuch. I ordered half kg cake with flowers to Bharuch with delivery date I mentioned was 21st May 2013. But I received a mail with two different delivery dates. One was 21st May and other was 22nd May. I got confused and called their customer care on 21st May 2013 for confirmation. They said that the date which is mentioned on their side is 22nd and same will get delivered on 22nd and not prior to that. The customer care executive admitted that the date discrepancy was a technical fault from their side. So I asked them to correct the date to 21st and I want it to be delivered on 21st May itself. He said to drop a mail to [protected]@indiacakes.co.in and did that. They said that the delivery cant be done on 21st. So I ask them to cancel my order. They said we will cancel the order but 50% of amount will only be refunded. I insisted them that the fault was not from my side and I want my complete amount back and they replied saying the order can now be delivered. The time I got to know my order cannot be delivered on 21st I placed a new order to some one else on call and thus asked them to cancel this order. And they said it cannot be cancelled now as they have already sent the guy for delivery. And then there was a long mail chain going on and they end up the conversation saying no refund will be provided to me as the order was cancelled from my side. Cancellation was done due to their fault and they threw full blame on me. That was annoying. Request you to please help me resolving this issue. I have mail chain as proof with me. Complete conversation was done through mail. Please note my order number as INDC#16016.

                          I have placed an order to deliver Cake and Flowers on 15th May 2013 in the website named http://www.indiacakes.com/ on 12th May 2013, however, later on 14th May 2013, they have replied back that the requested cake is not available and upon my acceptance, they will deliver some other cake and will refund back my balance money. From that day till date, I have been sending several mails, phone calls to understand the status of my refund money. Every time they used to say hold the line and later hang up. Today again I gave them a call and twice they hanged up and on the third time a lady stated that she does not know the status of the refund as this is being done by some other department and the only option is to mail them as they do not have a contact number. I just cannot understand “Why there is no contact number for refund especially an organization dealing with such lots of customers”. I strongly feel Iam not gonna get my refund money.

                            I ordered for a 0.5kg egg-less black forest cake that was advertised on their website. After taking the payment they called and told that they don't have that cake. They gave me option for 1kg cake or cake with egg. I don't want either because 1kg is too big for 1 person and being vegetarians we don't want cake with egg.
                            They are refusing to refund the payment telling different stories. As far as I know, if they advertise an item and take payment, they are obligated to serve. If they don't have the item, they should not take payment. If they take payment, either they should deliver or refund.
                            This company is cheating the public in broad daylight and should be prosecuted, their website should be blacklisted so that innocent consumers are not cheated of their hard earned money. Soon this will be on the social media too.

                              I had ordered a cake to be delivered on 1st Jan, 2013. It was to be delivered before 5Pm in the evening as per my conversation with customer representative cos thr phone number is not reachable and even if it is reachable and even if it is reachable nobody picks up. And then again when i checked with them on 2nd Jan, 2012 , they tell me that they will deliver it now before 7:30 Pm. And When i dropped them a mail for cancellation of order they tell me that the order was ready and i cancelled it.They did not follow up with me any thing and now they say they will not do the refund. Now I want the refund and also the compensation amount.

                              This is the mail i wrote:
                              I am writing this mail to tell you people that your services are worst and would never buy from you again. I had ordered Ref No. IND#83064 to deliver cake on 1st Jan and your customer support representative very comfortably says on 2nd Jan that it will be delivered till 7:30 pm today. I hereby cancel the order and don’t want it to be delivered. I want my refund asap.

                              This is what they replied
                              ORDER WAS READY FOR DELIVERY,BUT YOU CANCELLED THE SAME,NO REFUND CAN BE ISSUED

                                This is regarding an order that I made on 7th Dec' 12, for a delivery at Bhopal on 12th Dec' 12. The order was placed to be delivered in the time slot of 8:00AM-2:00Pm, for which an extra charge of 350/- was also made.

                                The order was not delivered within the mentioned duration and the reason for the delay given by your employees was " The cake was heart shaped" but to my at most surprise the cake that was delivered was round-shaped instead of a heart-shaped cake. This comes to you as a complaint to get a refund of both time and wrong order violation.

                                Also, even after my multiple follow-ups at the consumer care throught both mails and telephonic conversations there has been no reply from their end. Each time I call I get a false committment of a prompt reply by EOD and trust me that EOD has never arived. It has been 2-3 weeks since I locked the complaint and still no reply fget about the refund.

                                This is highly dissatisfying.

                                Indiacakes.com — Delivery Timings

                                I had asked for the cake to be a surprise and delivered during office hours. They called me at 7:40 in the morning saying this is the only delivery time... ridiculous people. By the time anyone gets to the ofice the cake would have melted into the floor....

                                  I ordered a cake online through Indiacakes.com and transferred the money to their account online to their Account No.[protected] with Bank Name - ICICI Bank,Branch - Kolhapur, Branch: Vasant Plaza, Rajaram road, Rajarampuri, Kolhapur- 416 001

                                  Date of payment : 14/12/2011.
                                  They did not deliver the cake and also confirmed the same that they were not able to deliver it on their customer centre no.[protected]

                                  But they do not reply to any email i send to them and also most of the time their customer no. is switched off.

                                  Pls help me to get my money back.

                                    I had placed the ordered cake on 11 Aug 2012 at 13:38 to be delivered to Jamshedpur but at my surprise the cake was not delivered to the address it was a complete disaster. I had ordered it for my parents marriage anniversary.

                                    I had requested that the cake be delivered by 6 PM on 11 Aug 2012 the same day for which I had even paid Rs.100/- extra but all in vain.

                                    Initially I had the issue because my bank had not done the payment but later it was paid. However, when I contacted the customer care to confirm it, it was confirmed by them saying that they have received the payment through email also they said that the cake would not be delivered by 6 PM as requested but it would be delivered by 8 PM for which I had to agree.

                                    The delivery policy of the http://www.indiacakes.com/ site is something like:

                                    I had e-mailed them yesterday because the cake was not delivered to the address even at 22:00 hrs asking for the details but no reply because of which I even today i.e., 12 Aug 2012 tried to e-mail them but again there is no update, then I also tried contacting the customer care they then tried to defend themselves saying that it is delivered but then when I said that it is not delivered then they said they will get back to me but I do not have any update from them till now and also I dont think they will even udpate anything. So, I thought of coming to you for justice.

                                      I am very unhappy for the cake delivery made by IndiaCakes.com. Firstly the cake which i ordered (PineApple cake) was not fresh. It was very sour in taste, the cream was not fresh at all. Secondly, while i was placing the order online, it was mentioned on the website that the cake would be delivered by the shop BAKER'S HUB in Chandigarh, however it was delivered by some other shop in Panchkula.

                                      It shows that they are putting all wrong information on your website and fooling the customer.

                                        Hello,
                                        I guess we have to be little cautious when we buy things using internet services. I had ordered a cake (thruogh India cakes) on 24th April to be delivered in Delhi (paid using internet debit card). It did reached but the top of the cake was spoilt. I brought this to the notice of indiacakes the very next day via their facebook page. They promised that they will deliver the cake again in proper condition. Since then i have sent them mails and called their customer service too..but now they are refusing to resend the cake. I belive if there is a problem like this, the employer should make sure that they amend their mistakes. I am very unhappy with their services.

                                        Cake Delivery India — Worst service you can ever get

                                        These are the worst people you want to deal with. They do not process your complete order and do not even refund your money. They make all the possible reasons top not refund your money. Not only that after a while their operator (Sarika) stop replying to your messages and calls.

                                        I placed an order for Sep 8 with them and it is October 11 today, no response, nothing done

                                        DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER WITH THEM......
