gas cylinders are not fully filled

I Bharat Lal gupta R/O 358/43 beharipur saadatganj Lucknow-226003 lodge a complaint against commander gas service rajajipuram Lucknow. I want to complaint against shortage of 3 to 5 kg gas when I contacted him they said our cylinder always full fill if any mistake it would be IOC fault we notice that they filled water to recover the shortage.

Black marketing by gas agency

This Dikshit Gas Agency based at D-38 NAGAR MARKET,NEW DELHI,Delhi,Delhi,DEL has illegally stopped supply of gas cylinders for many homes and have not paid any heed even after multiple complaints as I doubt they have been doing black marketing of these cylinders. Force to buy accessories

Non delivery of cylinders
