Undue delay in supply of gas refill

My consumer no is 47515. I am attached to M/s Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam. Chennai.88.
I booked for refill on 14th June 2011 and my booking serial no is 230621. I was informed while checking through the automated booking system on 24th June 2011 that cash memo has been prepared and the cash memo number is 13809. We have visited the gas agency personally and they informed us that we will get the gas 21 days after the cash memo preparation...

Sir, I have booked for cylinder refill on 27/06/2011 but even today i.e. 09/07/2011 I am unable to get cylinder from Triveni Gas Agency here at Katra, Allahabad. On visiting there I felt complete chaos and anarchy and nobody is bothered about consumers. Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with swar indane gas service, swar, tehsil swar, district rampur(u.p.) pin 244924 and my consumer number is 10640. I have booked for a refile on 25th june 2011 at swar office. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks that agency deliverd the cylender on date 09th july 2011. agency delivered the cylender me on 15 days...

they show the price rate of 14.2kg cylnder in Delhi is Rs.395.35, but actually the slip which is prepared by the gas leader is of Rs.399

non delivery refill lpg since 11.06.2011

Non delivery of refill

I am a resident of Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. My delivery agent is Captain gas service, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad.
My consumer no. is 688931. I booked for refill on 27.06.2011. I am not received yet any delivery. Today they told it he have no any booking of this consumer no. 688931. Please find attached booking snap shot file.
I have only one cylinder so please fix my problem as soon as possible....

I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi ,(2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.

Booking is getting cancelled after generating cash memo

and they cancelled it without any reason

Not Accepting my transfer Letter

Poor Services & Customer Cheating

M/s Tilakraj Agencies started newly in Chinchwad-Pune has not delivered cylinder from more than a month.They forcing customer to buy unauthorized gas lighter costed about 250/- (actual cost is 160 MRP) for quick delivery of cylinders.
M/s Guruprasad Indane Aundh has asked all chichwad customer to conatct above aganecy & all transfered customers are facing the problem from M/s Tilakraj. M/s Tilakraj agency is not even responding...

Misbehavior of employees of gas agency at Mansa in punjab

They insult the consumers and supply of the company is too late. They booked the cylinder after one month and then supplied it after a week or 10days. Gas cylinder leaking

We were supplied a leaking cylinder by Chahal Gas Co. (Indane), Mohali. The on line booking service says book your complaint on [protected] for complaints. It is impossible to register complaint on this line despite upto 45 mins of being kept waiting in a Q. We tried several times and gave up. Irregular delivery

Dear Sir ,I have a LPG connection (consumer no 399405) through the local distributor TECHNICO (distributor code-160106),Guwahati,Assam since last more than one year.The delivery of LPG is very irregular.Every time they deliver the LPG after 30-35 days from the date of booking.Even to get the LPG after one month ,I have to go to their counter minimum 3-4 times to remind them to deliver the LPG.Every time they says ,LPG have sent to your house...
