Sir,

Whenever we are booking the gas they are taking at least 10-15 days and not talking properly. They are asking us to hold our telephone and again asking us to telephone. They are simply harassing us in this way.

I would like to inform to your goodself that I had make request to M/s Palam Gas Agency, Palampur, Distt. Kangra for Transfer Consumer No.24101 vide Transfer Voucher No.[protected] Dated : 27.03.2010. Moreover, in this connection, i have made contact many times regarding above matter to M/s Palam Gas Agency, Palampur, Dist. Kangra but they have not issued the new cylinders and gas regulator till now. They always make excusses...

I booked for LPG cooking Gas on 20.3.10 and after repeated request. they came for delivery today on 09.4.10 with demand of Rs. 50 extra i.e. minimum Rs.370 for the cylinder. After misbehaving they dared take back the cylinder with warning that they would not take even one Rupee less than Rs. 370.
I want to know whether
1. I should have paid the extra money.
2. What action you are going to Take for compliance of zero...

The Expired medicines sold by Medicals which is danger for the single life.

But the expired cylinders sold by the IOC is danger to the family, as well as the entire street.

The expired cylinders has been approved by the Sales officer for another 5 years. Who have given permission to this. Already the cylinder looks like pappat.

Sir myself nitin I went on Karni Maa filling station Ioc petrol pump on 4-4-10 and i asked the salesman too deliver me 400 rs. diesel but he deliverd me the diesel for rs. 399 only and started abusing me when i asked him to deliver for one more rupee. then i told him that i will compaint it , he told me you do whatever you can do it. My living place is kodambakam,chennai and our nearest gas service agency is SRI GURUVAYURAPPAN SERVICES,KODAMBAKKAM,CHENNAI-24.Irregular gas suppplyt exist and delivery date in bill is 27-02-10 but they delivered me in 3-03-10 ,if i asked they keep mum, everytime they are doing like this.we are not able manage this.

Please consider our issue at the earliest....

Our Indian Oil Gas dealer Vandana Enterprises, Rajouri Garden, has been a regular culprit for late delivery of cylinders. The gas was last booked on March 23, 2010 and has until now not been delivered. It has been the regular feature from its side to deliver the cylinders late.

It is a big issue for us as we have to each and every time go to it personally to tell to deliver the cylinders. The phone lines are always nonfunctional...
