My Consumer Number: 16401 for Indane Gas Agency.
I surrendered my connection on 04/08/08 including Cylinder, regulator and tube to M/s Fernandes Enterprises, Indance Gase Distributors, S.No.46/2, Ground Floor, Kharardi Road, Chandan Nagar, Pune - 14.

They provided me with transfer voucher to Indore with validity of 1 year. But as I was travelling abroad and within India, I could not get my Gas connection transferred...

I booked my cylinder on 8-Mar-2010 and they have not supplied till date(30-Mar-2010).
When I asked them why they didn’t supply, their reply: “we sent the gas, but nobody was at home.” All the time my parents and my wife remain at home. Instead of attending to the problem, they give such mindless excuses.

They book only after one month of last supply and then supply only after 15 days of booking. And this time...

The agency M/s Sheetlamata Gas Agency is not booking the gas prior to 21 days of last supply. They said that they have been directed by the Oil Company ie IOC ltd not to book the cylender before 21 days of past supply. It means that the consumer may not get the cooking gas as and wen needed by him. If there is such direction from the company these should be notified by the Gas agency on notice board for general public. The agency is also...

If you fill Petrol/ Diesel, @ Anjanadri Enterprises, 5th Main Road,
Chamarajpet, Bangalore -560018, ( Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Bunk) when the capacity of the car is 34 lts. he fill up to 37 - 38 ltrs of petrol / diesel. We have checked this several times & compared with other bunks.
