Ground staff stops and not allow boarding flight and taken me to a corner people look at me as a suspect. Reason return ticket was after visa validity date.
They simply don't know that a person can board a flight on the last date of visa expiry and upon landing in the destination country one can get 90 to 180 days stay as per visa issued.
Their customer care also so illetrate that harrassing more to change return journey ticket while passengers are in the queue of boarding flight.
Even they click pictures on their personal cell phone of my vis astamp which is a very personal information.
Helpless feeling at that time, lot of harrassment 2 times by Indigo.
We were just promoting our domestic carrier.
Earlier we travelled through Swiss and Lufthansa, it was a delight.
Next time will not board IndiGo and even I am warning others for the same issue.
Pathetic experience.

    Please change the Indigo flight timings from Dammam to Hyderabad as before. Departure from Dammam 1:00am and Arriving Hyderabad at 7:15am and Departure from Hyderabad is 9:00 pm and Arriving at Dammam at 1:30 am.

          Boarding denied for me and my child with international connections

          I was supposed to travel to Boston from Hyderabad (via Delhi, Istanbul) with my 8 year old child on the morning of 9th August (PNR: QT6NFG). The whole problem started at the check in counters. There was a huge queue for Indigo check in (single queue for domestic and international) with only 3 counters operational, and hardly anyone to manage the queue line as a result of which travellers kept dashing into check in counters without actually...

          This is Siddharth soni, I had fly with your indigo flight 6E 1478 on 13 august 2023. PNR- AW1I3P,
          I have carried 50 in LED TV from Dubai to Ahmedabad, but before carrying I have discussed with your boarding team for safely handling so they have promised me that our service is safely with caring for such product, and they have charged me 210 AED for handling and airport service charge, but I have seen thru airplane that your carrier guy throw my TV at loading time, as result I have got Broken TV in the end and I m very disappointed, that is very bad service and I will never gonna fly with Indigo, I have paid a lot of money carry this TV to India but I have lost my money, TV, effort. The TV model is TCL -50P618
          I have paid 650 AED for the TV + 210 AED handling charges + duty 112 AED( 2530 INR at India) so total AED 972 I want refund, otherwise I will take legal action for fake promising, mishandling, careless handling,

            I am Sanjana. Since yesterday (07.08.23) I have been trying to book a return flight from Goa to Kolkata. But every time I am entering the card details it is showing payment declined by bank, which worked perfectly fine for the last booking done a few minutes back for flight from Kolkata to Goa. I tried using another card but got the same response. Today I contacted the bank and they said they have no issue from their end. I would request you to kindly look into the matter.

              I booked a flight to India with IndiGo, and the cost has been taken from my bank account. However, I have never received a confirmation email and not even a confirmation page on the website after booking. What can I do? Thanks

                I was traveling by indigo flight 6E 6549 on 5th Aug from 7.20 am to 8:50 am. I lost my black colored bolt headphones. I placed it on the area where magazines are kept in front of the seat please return the same if found. Seat was 36B I changed my original seat 37c with 36B

                    Didn't receive booking confirmation, but amount was deducted from bank account

                    Self Ms Shweta Parkar with PNR SRM7HZ, flight no. 6E 229 from SRX - BOM on 27/07/2023 post landing in Mumbai while collecting my baggage noticed that one of my grey colour bag wheel was broken and untracable, hence official complaint was lodged with staff on duty Ms Shivani S who has issued a complaint receipt and the same is attached herewith along with a photo of the bag.

                      I took a flight from kolkata to tvm via bombay on 23rd July (Flight no:6E5013 and 6E5114).We were three passengers and had three baggages .But the baggages were soaked in rain and damaged, even boxes iniside one was heavily shattered.Please consider my complaint and take immediate action and do the needful compensation.

                        I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent flight from Srinagar to Hyderabad on July 26, 2023, with ticket number BZ6D38 and flight number 6E 609.
                        Regrettably, upon reaching my destination, I discovered that my valuable earbuds, worth INR 4000, were missing from my backpack. I had securely placed them inside my backpack before boarding the flight, and their absence was only noticed upon unpacking at my destination. I am certain that the earbuds were stolen during the course of the flight.
                        I am truly disheartened by this incident, as I have always trusted IndiGo for providing safe and reliable travel experiences. This unfortunate event has left me feeling uneasy and concerned about the security measures in place during the flight.

                        I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to determine how such an incident could have taken place onboard your flight.

                                  I travelled from Oslo - Doha - Delhi on Qatar/Indigo on 19.07.23 (PNR) and in one of my bags multiple blade cut marks and a hole were observed while taking the delivery of bag at delhi airport. Please see attached picture and Property Irregularity Report from Indigo staff at the airport.

                                  I was given a Property Irregularity Report with Airport staff marking the damage as Minor, though in no way the damage was minor, airport staff asked me to write an email highlighted in PIR and explain the nature of problem.

                                  When i reached out to customer relations email, in less than 10minute of sending my email with all attachments and pictures, the case was closed siting the condition of carriage and Indigo not liable for wear and tear of the bag.

                                  I want to highilght to the forum that multiple fresh cut marks in the bag with a deep hole, is by no means a normal wear and tear and is bad handling of the bag by airline staff resulting in the damage.
