I booked my flight from Indore to Nagpur on 18th December 2023. The PNR was GZBGVQ. I checked into the airport well before an hour. My bag was 14 kg and despite my ticket mentioning 15 kg allowed in check in bag, I was refused check in as the Indigo staff mentioned that ATR aircraft only allowed smaller bags with lower weight limits. Despite multiple requests, I was not offered any assistance from the staff and was not allowed to board the flight. I would request a full refund and severe penalty due to gross negligence and unprofessional behaviour from the staff.

    I am a senior citizen along with my wife travelling to Singapore from Bhubaneswar on 16/12/2023 by indigo flight no 6E 1479.
    The web check in never happens and all the time shows seats are booked.
    Now they have assigned different seat 20D and 30C to both o[censored]s for single Pnr.
    Complete fraud on senior citizens like us.

      This is Ghiat Djamel Eddine, I booked a one way flight from Hyderabad to Hanoi on the 30th of December using the indigo app, flight numbers as follows 6E 428 and 6E 1631. Money was deducted from my account but no PNR or confirmation was generated. Please find attached evidence of that. Meanwhile, can you please help me get my ticket against the payment I made?

        Landed in Delhi from the UK via Istanbul on 7th December
        Airline staff at Istanbul suggested putting hand luggage in the hold as flight was full and that the 2 pieces of luggage would be on the belt at Delhi airport on arrival
        Reached Delhi and only 1 bag arrived
        The missing bag was the bag with OCI visa and some ££
        Filed a report and after 10 hours at Immigration - being questioned like a criminal was granted a temporary visa for 72 hours
        Applied for a extension visa immediately and now waiting for an exit visa which is taking time and I need to leave in 2 days!
        IndiGo are taking absolutely no responsibility, have not even communicated and it has been 8 days!!!
        Appauling customer service and airline never known anything like it.
        I am hoping there is someone that is going to be able to help as I have 24 hours to find my bag with my OCI!!!

            I wanted to reschedule my flight from kanpur to mumbai from 26th to 25th Dec. I went to the payment page to pay the rechedule charges. I clicked on review booking to confirm. The page automatically directed to home page to enter the details again. when i entered the PNR - CTNIUW, it shows that i have cancelled my return flight on 30th dec and flight from kanpur to mumbai is rescheduled on 25th. I contacted the customer care but they are saying its not posssible and made me wait for more than 30 mins to be on hold to talk to a senior executive and still he did not responded. I have a call recording for this. Your app was not working for that time as i wanted to change another ticket and i have a screen recording for that too. Resolve this matter today as I am a school teacher and my students have to participate at an event in mumbai anyhow.

              I have travelled on[protected] from Patna to Bengaluru vide PNR No. CNFMFY. While doing web check-in, i made payment of Rs.400/- for seat selection charges vide Phone pe UPI transaction. The first payment was not debited from my account but i did not get confirmation from Indigo. Hence after waiting for a considerable time, i made another attempt and paid Rs.400/- through credit card ending 7264. The second payment was successful and i got confirmation of seat selection. Kindly refund Rs.400/-

                MY self Shiny Suresh Kumar traveled from Mumbai to Dharamshala on 10 th Nov having PNR- HVM4QA ( Fligt no- 6E7485)with my family members.
                The flight got cancelled because of bad weather and the money have been refunded to booking agency Balmer lawrie, but i didn't get refund yet from
                the agency. As I reached the agency they have asked me to get a mail from Indigo flight agency regarding the cancellation of the flight from Delhi to Dharamshala. So requesting you to kindly mail me to ' [protected]@barc.gov.in ' theregarding the cancellation of Delhi to Dharamsala flight.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                  Today 6th December 2023 at 1.55am - A Payment was initiated to book tickets for Indigo flight that departs at 6.25am from Chatrapati Shivaji terminus Mumbai to Cochin International airport [arrival time 11.20am]. The flight had a layover at Hyderabad airport. But as far as the itinerary is concerned, I have not received any confirmation for the tickets booked while the payment was deducted for the amount of 34214 [Indian rupee]. I got the mail from indigo citing the payment is initiated [attaching proof of mail, transaction history for reference]. Also, around 8.30 am I received another message for boarding the flight at Hyderabad [attaching proof for the same]. Since there was no confirmation of itinerary from Mumbai to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to cochin as per the flight booked then why there is a miscommunication regarding the flight boarding point. Also, as per the mail sent by indigo regarding payment initiation for refund of the amount, I solemnly request the senior official concerned with sorting consumer complaint to look into the matter and do the needful as the amount deducted is also huge amount. Attaching proof of all receipts, mails and messages for further course of action. Also, providing email and contact details for discussing any steps need to be followed from my end as indigo customer care is not responding on call to raise the above issue.

                    My son was travelling from Ahmedabad to Indore from 11.00 am flight 3 rd dec . Attaching herein boarding pass for your reference … he was going to play a cricker match there … it’s been 5 years that he has been going for school matches n never it has been charged . This time they demanded 1500 as sporting equipment charges which was nevertheless paid ..but then cricket kit didn’t reach Indore … he has match at 4 pm n without his bat how will he play .., they are saying that bat will reach him by night from next flight from Ahmedabad to Indore …
                    It will be a sheer wastage of my sending him there without his cricket kit
                    Have been following with the staff n customer care to get it delievery by 4pm .. he has his gloves n everything there in kit
                    If kit can’t reach by 4
                    Provide me compensation for it

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,
                        On 18 Nov 2023 I tried to book flight 6E246 Ahmedabad to Delhi for a journey date 23 Nov 2023. I tried to pay using UPI (paytm), but It hanged and never generated a ticket. After waiting for some time I booked again using online banking for payment. Second time it materialised and I got a ticket with PNR UUQ49T.
                        ₹5214/- got debited from my bank account. I request you to refund ₹5214/- ( as it did not produce any ticket).
                        I am enclosing my bank statement for your reference.

                          I booked air ticket vide PNR No. H18KSK(BLR-AMD) in the name of Kirit Ubhadia. As payment could not be made it was showing on hold & flight timing departure : 16.55. Hence I ignored it and went to book flesh ticket for departure at 13.35 from Bangalore. I append the message I received from Indigo.
                          "Hello Mr Ubhadia, Thank you for choosing IndiGo. Your reservation under PNR H18K5K is on hold till[protected]:46:25 hours. Click here https://gi9.in/I7lfle for a hassle-free payment experience. For any assistance chat with Dottie at https://gi9.in/is6sUd Regards, Team IndiGo.

                          When I went to website to see the itinerary I was amazed to see that H18KSK was confirmed and new ticket LQISSP was for 13.35 departure was also confirmed.

                          I rang customer care number of Indigo and explained the situation. The lady informed me that as I am cancelling ticket within 24 hours I will get full refund as per DGCA Rules.

                          However I got only Rs. 2919/- instead of Rs. 6169/-.

                          You are requested to please refund balance Rs. 3250/- immediately. As same person can not fly on same day on same route at 13.35 and 16.55.

                              Delayed Baggage yet to be received

                              I flew in from JFK to Doha by Qatar and from Doha to Hyderabad by Indigo Airlines (operated as Qatar). One of my suitcases never arrived from Doha. After travelling 30 hrs from my home to Hyderabad, a few o[censored]s that didn't receive baggage had to stand and fill out a form and wasted another 2 hrs as there were only 2 people filling out forms. I had seen some senior officers watching cricket match. We were promised that our bags would arrive...

                              Myself Rajesh Gandhi, I forget my ipod case on my seat 1D while travelling from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 29/10/2023 flight number 6E 2338. When I cam came out and seat in my car, I notice that my earphone case was forgot in aircraft. My PNR no. is V1MM5K. Please let me know how I can get the same .

                                I've successfully paid for my ticket online via GPay through goindigo.in for my flight from Kolkata to Thiruvananthapuram (connecting flight via Mumbai) - and even though the money has been deducted from my bank account, even though GPay has confirmed it as a successful transaction, and my bank has confirmed it as a successful transaction - IndiGo officials refuse to accept the Google Transaction ID for proof of pay, and IndiGo officials refuse to accept the general UPI Transaction ID as proof of pay either.

                                Instead they keep repeating, "Call Bank Sirrrr... Call Bank Sirrrr..." like a broken record and in my last attempt to call them about 15 minutes ago, they heard my grievance and THEN HUNG UP saying that their supervisor or their financial team is unavailable.

                                They are obnoxiously rude and then they expect respect from us... *smh*

                                I hope my issue gets a resolution because so far I've felt like I'm talking to a brick wall when it comes to talking to their consumer care representatives because they're of absolutely no help.

                                Attached are the screenshots of my payment proof and of the fact that they payment DID INDEED go through.

                                  I, Jatinderpal Singh Sajjan, had travelled from Chandigarh to Visakhapatnam on 27 Oct 23 via indigo flight 6E6634 and 6E6366. I collected my baggage at Visakhapatnam and when I reached home and checked, I found It was broken. It’s an American tourister bag made of fibre and will not break easily. Only way it can break is if it is handled very badly. I request you to compensate for the damage and take action against the concerned.
