I have lost my Headphone (Boat) in the seat pocket)

I was traveling in indigo 6E 283 (18:00 Hrs) from HYD to CCU (PNR LRVT6G) on 24th September 2023 in Seat no 30A Windo side. I have kept my Headphone in the front seat pocket. I have forgottem to take while unboarding due to my personal reason I was very tensed.

Payment deducted but No PNR or booking copy received

I purchased a ticket from IXA (Agartala) to BLR (Bengaluru) today. The date of the Fight is 10th October, 2023. The amount was deducted from my card. But I have not received any PNR or ticket copy. I have the transaction ID. I can provide it if you want.

On Saturday, 23rd Sept, I used the GoIndigo.In Website for booking flights from Pune to Jaipur (20nd Dec - 22nd Dec) for 4 adults. The total amount was charged to my credit card ending with *** *333. Subsequent to submission, I did not get any PNR number nor any communication regarding the confirmation of the charge / ticket itinerary.

Voucher issue

Here is the latest update on the issue I have with INDIGO AIRLINES
Indigo Airlines has issued Rs. 5000 worth 5 vouchers, total of Rs. 25000. But One vouchers can be used with one flight booking only. So Now I have to fly through Indigo Airline for 5 times within 6 month. It is clear that three of the vouchers will be expired because I will not be able to fly even two times in six month. Booking not confirmed after deduction of money.

I booked a one-way flight from Delhi to Kolkata, for the date 19/9/23 from IndiGo Airlines. They sent me an email with my transaction ID which said that I'll receive a booking confirmation within 20 minutes. I paid through UPI, and the ticket fair has been deducted. Unfair trade practices

I have an international flight and wanted to book additional 45 KGs of prepaid baggage from indigo. they allowed me to book an additional bag and 30 kgs in 1 go but now when I am trying to add another 15 kgs, they are not allowing me to do the same. customer care told me its there policy to allow only 30 kgs and charge for the remaining at airport rate. TSA lock missing from my Check-In baggage

I had a external TSA lock (not fixed with the bag). When I reached hotel and wanted to unpack found the lock to be missing. I raised this concern with the IndiGo team and they say, these checks are to be done at the airport itself and not later. Harassment given by ground staff at IGI Delhi airport

Ground staff stops and not allow boarding flight and taken me to a corner people look at me as a suspect. Reason return ticket was after visa validity date.
They simply don't know that a person can board a flight on the last date of visa expiry and upon landing in the destination country one can get 90 to 180 days stay as per visa issued.
Their customer care also so illetrate that harrassing more to change return journey ticket...
