delay for account closing procedure.

I have an existing salary account in Indusind bank, kazhakuttom branch. I have submitted my check book along with my atm card inorder to close my account on jun 03 2014, but still now Jun 13 2014 nothing will happen. I think the employees are not capable for doing that job .I have made so many call with the bank and they told me that "Please wait for an hour" every time, But nothing will happen . Not given reversal

I've a current account and they had deducted some money saying service charge and non-maintenance of minimum balance and later they promised that it was their mistake hence the money will be reverted soon. I waited for 3 months and till date have received nothing but fake promises.
