my refund not initiated yet.

Greeting!

I have tried to book one ticket from new delhi to cuttack on 19/12/2018 via ixigo your ixitr booking i'd - (698*339) in bbs rajdhani exp (22823)
Timings:- around 4:45pm. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received any refund yet.

At last it shows booking failed. Hence, i therefore request you to please see to it on priority and refund...

time schedule changed but not informed

Dear sir,
I am very sorry to say but this is very unprofessional from your end that you could not even inform me about my changed schedule in my flight timing.
My flight no is sg-8912 and pnr no:rhd4re, during the time of booking it's departure time was 20:55 pm but according to changed schedule it departed at 20:25 pm and due to which i missed my flat very badly.
Kindly let know that who is going to give me explanation...

I have not received my tickets.

Hello sir/ma'am,
Greeting!

I have tried to book two tickets from agra to lucknow for 22/12/2018 via ixigo on upsrtc bus named janrath
Timings:- 1700 to 2300 hours
But the amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received any tickets.
I have booked tickets for two persons.
1) prakarsh srivastava
2) pradyumna kumar srivastava

At last it shows an error...

Dear team today i booked a flight tickets through your ixigo app but payment debited from my bank but i have not received a confirmation of flight tickets kindly check and revert me asap otherwise i have take legal action against you guys so called ixigo fraud merchant.

ixigo payment successful but could not login to, irctc account so booking is not successful

Today i booked a ticked for bnc to awy through your app and successfully made the payment.

However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the phone crashed and i colud not get my tickets. Now i am not able to acces that login section of booking.

When i checked with my irctc account, no booking is registered.

The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".br...

It is to bring to your kind notice that I was trying to book a train ticket from Mumbai Central to Surat for 21 december 2018 in Ahmedabad Passenger departing from Mumbai at 22:40 hrs. I was booking it through a third party app named ixigo and even payment was made through net banking which was successful as per the details confirmed by the bank. fraudulent way of ixigo during cancellation

This ticket was cancelled on 10 Dec, 2018 and they comitted to refund it within 4-5 days an amount of ₹670 but still they have not done. While emailing at [protected]@ixigo their support is worst and they send info about previous cancellation and no talking of this one. I'm attaching the screenshot of the details of cancellation. Kindly look into the matter. I want my money back.
They till now have acted in fraudulent way and never refund...

amount debited but booking not completed

I was booking a train ticket from falna to mumbai for 21 dec 2018 and i clicked on upi option...then proceeded with the payment on google pay.and then amount debited from account here is the message from my bank
Rs 1597.00 debited from a/c **0551 on 17-12-18 to VPA ixigo.[protected]@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report

And then i switch to ixigo app to continue the booking nut it showd...

I booked a train ticket from hatia to samastipur from ixigo today. The money was deducted from my account but ticket wasn't booked nor did i receive the ticket confirmation message. fraudulent behaviour

I tushar kumar booked ticket from dto to jbp on 13 dec 2018 but after getting directed for payment and money (₹888.49) deducted from my account i didn't receive any ticket and ixigo app redirected me to its home screen please provide me refund you are not even concern regarding your customers. It was my fault that i trusted your application i have seen many complains of yours plz provide refund. As soon as possible...

not providing correct status of train

Trim no 12562 scheduled to arrive jaynagar on 11-12-18 was late by 5 hours.. This train arrived jaynagar around 1:00 am on 12-12 but all the apps including ixigo was shown my that train has arrived at 12:30 am.
My parents were coming by that train and i was tensed that what happened to them that they are not yet arrived home.. I had noticed a lot of times this problem in this region.. Shameless.....

I have tried to book a train ticket from madgoan to calicut, the amount has deducted from the bank account but ticket confirmation page has not loaded. Finally there is no ticket history. money not refunded

I had booked railway ticket from sguj to rjpb (Siliguri to patna) on 3rd december but i cancelled it. However my transaction was complete and rs1892.49 was deducted from my account. The booking was failed but i was assured that my money would be refunded back to my account wiyhin 7 days. However the status is still processing and its the 8th day! Kindly take necessary steps to refund my money at the earliest since i urgently want it.
