I was booking 2 tickets, one from jharsuguda to cuttack in tapaswini express another from bhubneshwar to jharsuguda in bhubneshwar-rourkela intercity. The booking failed but the amount was deduct from a/c. Though the stimulated time is 5-7 working days, i need the money urgently. So please refund my money as soon as possible. Kindly refund rs 430 of tapaswini express and rs 500 for bhubneshwar-rourkela intercity express. The booking was done on 12.5.2018

31 mar, i tried using first time ixigo & 2 times but it failed. Cleartrip said will return money & they returned on 20th Apr 2018. But AED 65.07 per ticket is deducted...Why it is so...Give my money back

    I have been regularly booking irctc tickets through your esteemed app.

    Today i booked a ticked for new delhi to mumbai central through your app and successfully made the payment.

    However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

    The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

    Dear sir,
    I booked a train ticket from nasik rd station to csmt for sevagram express (Departing from nasik road station on 5th may) on 3rd may 2018. Unfortunately, the transaction was failure and i got the message that the refund process will be commenced in 5 working days. 5th may morning, i received another text that my refund process has been commenced and cash would be transferred to my bank account in 48 hrs. It's been a week since and i haven't yet got my refund. Kindly look into the matter soon as possible. I got the transactions id in case required which i would disclose in personal interaction.       I booked my ticket via ixigo trains app but the ticket was not booked but in app it shows as payment initiated and the if the money has been debited it will be refunded in your account with in five days even though after completion of five days also money is not credited to my account so please refund the debited amount to my account please kindly process my complaint

        I have booked the ticket from ixigo and the amount is deducted. I have received the payment confirmation mail along with transaction id, card number, mobile number, email id. I have contacted the booking provider i. E sasticket which says they did not receive the payment and they are asking to make another booking which is not convenient for me because the problem is not from my end.

        We request you to check the refund details with your bank by calling their customer care department and giving them the shared ARN (Acquired Reference Number) to trace the same.

        We would like to clarify that the ARN numbers provided are sufficient proof of the refund processed from our end. Beyond this, there is no other formality remaining from our side. We are sure you will understand that we do not have control over your bank or your account. So it would not be possible for us to credit your account. We process the refund to your bank and they are responsible to credit your account. It is now entirely up to your bank to locate the refund and credit your account with the reference numbers provided by us.

                I was trying to book bus ticket (On 08.05.2018 for journey on 08.05.2018) from bokaro (Jharkhand) to kolkata (West bengal) in royal cruiser bus (Departing from bokaro @ 10:45pm). After payment some error occurred and seat not booked but amount deducted from bank account.
                Refer transaction id [protected], inr 1977/- deducted from bank account while booking bus ticket through ixigo mobile app. But ticket not booked. Please confirm reversal of amount in bank.

                    I have booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Pune for 23rd May 2018. I have not received any confirmation. But I have received message from SBI net banking about successful payment to RazorPay (ecommerce)and money is deducted from my a/c. I had 750/ ixigo money in my wallet.Please refund my money back.

                    Hey what the kind of service you are providing.
                    I had booked a ticket through ixigo for which I was charged but the booking remain unsuccessful.
                    Said that payment will be refunded in 5 days but it's still under pending.

                            I had tried to book two flight ticket on 1st may 2018 in spicejet (Sg626) from kolkata to chennai (10th july 2018) through ixigo.com... When i tried to book... Payment get successful.. But ticket didn't booked... Money withdrawn from bank... But after payment get successful.. They (Ixigo.com) show session is out and no booking in my ixigo.com account. But booking is not done. I called to spicejet customer care and they told me to contact the ixigo.com becus they dont find any booking. So please immediately give my cash back

                            I am Mr.S.Kandaswamy, on 26th of april i was trying to book my train ticket from mumbai to tirunelveli through ixigo app.The transaction was rocessed but the ticket has been not booked.And till now i have not got any refund or normy ticket has been booked.

                              I had tried to book a ticket in tatkal in 28 th april 2018 in sach kand express from bhopal to chalisgaon... When i tried to book... Payment get successful.. But ticket didn't booked... Money withdrawn from bank... But after payment get successful.. They show go to irctc... Then booking get failed..... And i didn't get my money which was taken for successful booking.. But booking is not done... So please immediately give my cash back

                                Maine[protected] ko train ticket book karaya lekin ticket book nahi hua. Or account se 660rs. Kat gaye.
                                Message mila ki 660rs. Aapke account m
                                5-7 din m jama ho jayenge. Lekin abhi tak 660rs. Jama nahi huye, plz turant 660rs. Account m jama karave.

                                I try to reserve a train ticket from thrissur to kasargod on 14 April 2018 through this app.But ticket was not confirmed and amount deducted from my account. That amount is not refunded till this date. So please refund that amount.When reservation failed I received amessage from you that amount was refunded within 5 days but Ihad not received yet.

                                  maine 1 april ko raipur to indore ticket book ki.Booking id tha 3347203, indigo 6E 245 8.30 - 9.50 morning.Booking amount is 2351/- payment ixigo money se kiya tha maine.Status confirmed bata raha tha.pnr no. nahi tha.phir maine ixigo main call kiya lekin site main diye no. kisi hotel ke hain.sir maine 5 - 6 din intzar kiyaki pnr no. aajaye ga. lekin nahi aaya.Call na lagne par sir maine cheap ticket se contact kiya, cheap ticket ne bataya ki aap ki id no. 3347203 ki ticket ixigo ki taraf se failture ho gayi hai, aap ko fresh ticket leni hogi.sir maine fresh ticket leli jis ka id no. 3481464 hey.jis ka amount 3329/- maine paid kiya hai ixigo money se 07/04/2018 ko.sir mujhe 978/- extra paid karna pada ixigo ki galti karne par.sir main middle class family se belong karta hu, mujhe please mera amount refund kijiye.please reply as soon as possible.

                                  Sir, I have try to reserve a train ticket from Thrissur to Kasargod on April 14 2018.. through this app. But the reservation was failed and Rs 195 as fare debited from my account. Then I received a message from you as refund will be made within 5 days.But till this time the payment was not made. Please do the needful for refunding seriously.

                                    Anvt to rnc ticket booking करने के क्रम में मेरे account से balance काट लिया गया ।
                                    मगर टिकट हमारा book नही हुआ।
                                    Ixigo के तरफ से sms भी मिला कि आपका amount refund कर दिया जाएगा 5 days में
                                    मगर मुझे अभी तक कोई भी amount प्रप्त नहीं हुआ है।
