money deducted but ticket not generated

Hello
I tried to book a ticket of her airways from new delhi to chennai on 24/04/2018. The flight number was 9w 739and the departure date was 14/06/2018. The required money ₹3954 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or jet airways. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out.
P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue...

I have book fligh from mumbai to jaipur by ixigo app but still i'm not getting my ixigo offer money cashback... I booked flight on 1st april. A offer was showing on the screen... So i book the flights but i didn't found the money.. Please check it and send me the offer money.. My booking trip id is [protected] from mumbai to jaipur. I want to book one more ticket. But i'm unhappy with ixigo

    I booked ticket from ixigo the trip id[protected], on 27th april, i requested to reschedule the ticket for return journey on the same route with dates 3 june and 12 june which cost around 8000-/rupee and cost of my current ticket is 8650-/ so after cutting the convenience fee which is 2250, i need to pay almost 2-3 thousand rupees but no co-operation from these people. And they are demanding me to pay 10300-/ for rescheduling the ticket. What should i do now???

      Sir a day before yesterday iam booking a ticket from new delhi to amritsar of amritsar shatabdi train in executive class of rs. 1749/- which runs in evening 4.30pm from delhi to amritsar on a name of gurpreet singh but the amount deducted from my bank account and ticket is not booked so plz solve this problem as soon as u can plz reply iam waiting.

        I have booked 2 tickets from moradabad to haldwani in ndls kgm sht (12040) on 18th april 2018 for the journey date of 22nd april 2018. The money has been debited from my account though the tickets were not booked. Therefore i initiate a refund as mentioned that the refund will be made in 5 working days but still not received it. Id-ixitr[protected]. As mentioned in your reply that our complaint is short and chances are their that it can't be resolved so for that reason i am increasing my word limit. This was the first time i booked a ticket using this app because of which i am suffering so much so please see to it and try to resolve my problem instead of focusing on the number of words of complaint. Assuring you that not to repeat such kind of mistake.

            Respected sir,
            I've booked a train ticket from kannur to thrissur using ixigo train app on 14th of april 2018 sunday, order id ixitr[protected]. Due to some network issues the booking wasn't confirmed and the ticket charge was debited from my bank account. It was informed that the refund is on process and will be initiated in 5 working days. Now it's 22nd of april and so far i haven't received the refund. The ticket price was 290/- i hope you'll consider this complaint seriously and do the needfull.

                I have booke dthe ticket on monday (I, e on 16/4/2018) from arakonam to bangalore cantonment through online with the help of ixigo. The booking was not confirmed but the payment went through successfully the message has come stating money will be returned within 5 days almost 5 days over still money has not credited in my account please raise the complaint on this issue.

                              I had applied for refund request on 27 th march for canceling a flight ticket from hyderabad to chennai pnr no. Pfty5q. I got a mail from sasti on 27 th march 2018 that refund has been initiated. But still after 10 working days, refund is still pending.

                                But ticket booking was not confirmed and money is deducted from my account of rs 2175 and we got a email from your office that money will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days but unfortunately i didn't got it after 20 days

                                  I hve booked three tickets on 1/4/2018 from madras to allapuzha through ixigo app train no 22639 allapey express. My booking id no is ixitr[protected]. Amount was been deducted from my account but not refunded., message showing as payment successful booking pending.

                                  Please do the needful initiative at your earliest

                                    I haven't got refunded my money fater 5 days. I booked 4train tickets but payment was initiated but booking was unsuccessful the message says in ixigo app is that it will be refunded after 5 days
                                    I booked my ticket in 3/4/18 still not refunded after 7 days please make the refund status speedily otherwise i will make other necessary initiation and complaints about it

                                      I booked two tickets on 6/4/2018 from Kharagpur to Cuttack through ixigo app train no 12703 Falaknuma express. My booking id no is IXITR[protected] . amount was been deducted from my account but not refunded message showing as payment successful booking pending. Train already left

                                      Total 4 train tickets I had booked out of which I need to cancel 2 but there is no option in Ixigo app to cancel the ticket.

                                      Ixigo so big site and app but there are no customer contact number and mail id point to contact them.

                                      Suggesting government should not allow such app and site were there is no proper channel to reach the company.
