Dear concerned, i had booked 5 tickets from mangalore to bengaluru for the date of 31st march 2018. Train number: 16518, pnr: [protected]. Trwo tickets got rac and the rest 3 was not confirmed. I have not received a single penny as my refund nor i have received any notification regarding the refund. I would like to have my refund asap.

Please be informed in case where e-ticket issued for travel of more than one passenger, some
passengers have confirmed reservation and others are on RAC or waiting list, full refund of fare,
less clerkage, shall be admissible for confirmed passengers also subject to the condition that the
ticket shall be cancelled online or online TDR shall be filed for all the passengers upto thirty
minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.

That was not helpful... you gotta refund the money for the cancelled tickets ... straight and clear...

Money was not refunded till today we booked tickets on[protected]..but its transaction successful but tickets were not booked so we want our money back

    I was booking a train ticket in ananthapuri express for one adults in sleeper class train ticket amount us rs. 370 from nagercoil to chennai tambar, journey date 05/04/2018 after making payments i was redirected to irctc site where i put my irctc password again try password was wrong then i put forgot password then booking not confirmed then show payment success but booking failure.26/3/2018 failed booking now itself my money will not be refunded..

      Yesterday on 4/4/2018, i was booking a train ticket in kota patna express for two adults in 2nd ac amounting rs. 4282 from kota to patna, journey date 06/04/2018after making payments i was redirected to irctc site where i put my irctc password in the respective collum, but booking not confirmed. Again i repeated the same process & this time booking confirmed. But i have to pay twice. I. E. Rs. 4282 two times

      Dear concern

      I have booked 2 tickets from sc to ngp on dated april 01st with booking id - ixitr[protected], this tickets were not booked and amount of rs. 717/- was deducted from my bank account for which i had received a message that the amount will be refunded within 5 days. Please check this and refund this amount soon. I have also attached the screenshot of my booking details.in this fast digitalised world and competitive market, if you take this much time to process a refund then this is really very sad for your company's growth.

        Hi, This is Arun Rajan Dheer on 30 Mar i have booked 3AC train ticket through ixigo app and then it redirected me to irctc account.. i have booked for 3AC from HYDERABAD DECCAN (HYB) TO MUMBAI CSMT (CSTM) with waiting list 77 after preparation of the chart it remained waiting list... As per the railway rules travelling of e-ticket with waiting list is not allowed.. so i cancelled that ticket and filed TDR through ixigo app. Money refunded from irctc but still I didn't received yet. There is no helpline number of ixigo. I really wanna take action if possible. Thank you

          Actually i booked a train 4Time ticket one ticket13March and 3time icket 23 march but 2 ticket was cancelled and 3 tickets refund one ticket is pending. All transactions details is attached. Please help regarding this refund.

          Ixigo failed to refund my money, its been 10 days since booking. During booking money was deducted but the failed to confirm. Now its been 10 days and they assured refund within 3 working dayd. Highly disappointed.

            Hello.. I had booked irctc train ticket (Rs 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed tdr on[protected]. Tdr accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. Tdr result show status like "cr aproved". However money has not been refunded by ixigo. Please refund the money. Train ticket information showing about tdr approved is given in photo attached.

            See in the photo that shows tdr aproved. Kindly do confirm this with irctc and give me refund.

                I booked 3 tickets from chennai to kollam on 29th march 2018 but it had failed sue to some errors but 3633 inr has been deducted from my debit card.. I received a message saying that it will be refunded to my bank account within 5 days and i haven't got my refund amount yet.. Please resolve this asap...                     Pathetic app to book tickets. I have booked a ticket from ixigo where i have made mistake while booking. I unfortunately selected a wrong date not intentionally(made mistake with day, supposed to be on 3rd of may 2018 but wrongly seleted 26th april 2018 which coincedentally share the same day i. e thursday ) and got to know it after i saw the ticket. Immediately(within 15 minutes of booking) i called the ixigo customer care to reschedule that. But they didnt borther about the grievience and said they cant help on that. After which i called the jet airways customer care in which they said they could have helped me had i booked the ticket from their app. Jet airways said that in such cases they refund 100pcnt within 24hrs. Hearing that i again called the ixigo customee care again they now not only botgered but also misbehaved with me. Verh dissappointed to use the app. I lost rs 3500. Asking all not to install the app. Sharing ticket copy for the authentication.

Our service is absolutely free. We help you compare fares across multiple travel portals and your payment takes place on the portal selected by you. You can also check the merchant name in your bank statement. The cancellation charges are levied by the airline & your service provider. We also wish to inform you that we don't have a call center however, we are always reachable at FEEDBACK AT iXIGO DOT COM. That said, we checked with your service provider Cleartrip & Jet Airways but they have informed that airline penalty will be applicable if booking is cancelled or rescheduled. We're really sorry but unfortunately, we can't do much here & seek your understanding in this regard.                       I have booked 2 tickets to delhi from mangalore junction. The booking was done on the date 15th march and for the date 16th march which was worth rs.1685. Tickets booked were on waiting list. Cancellation was done on the same day and the cancellation message was sent to my number but not refunded message. It has been more than 10 days now and money is not refunded.

                        Cleartrip send numbers of messages regarding rs 552udf amount refund i talked so many times cleartrip but they assured so many times refund would be credit within 5days but refund not credit yet
                        I send bank statements of sbi to lake marg jaipur due to cleartrip told they release rs552 udf amount in my bank account but not credit neither bank not wallet

                          I tried to book a ticket from bargarh to visakhapatnam. First due to network issue canceled and got my refund of rs 540. But i tried again and money deducted and did not got the ticket. Order id - ixitr[protected] payment successful booking pending is showing. It will take 40min to confirm is showing. Its been a day.                               Hi i booked my ticket today from bhopal to bangalore . Transaction from my sbi acvount was done but during last stage of confirming with irictc login id and passwrd i could not enter the password when will i get a refund its a huge ammount of 8000 pls help i did it via your app

                                I have booked my train from valappadi ghlt (Vge)-chennai egmore (Ms) on 23.2.18 with booking id ixitr [protected].. U take the amount but not confirm my ticket.. You sent me that the amount of rs.210 will be refund within 10 working days.. But it was more than 20 days but my money still not refunded... If you can't confirm my ticket don't take money.. Atleast refund within the perion u said..

                                  Sir, i have generate a train ticket (From vadodara to new delhi, mumbai terminals) from ixigo train app but the ticket is not generate and my balanced is deducted my ixigo id ixitr [protected] so i[censored] really noticed this plss give my refund back.. I will be thankfull to u.. Its deduced balacom (1922 rs 3a) from a credit card when i check in atm there are not came my cash... And your web site say that its took 7-10 businesses day.. Sir plss get my refund back..

                                    I did not get any refund eventhough TDR accepted on IRCTC website. Ixigo has not refunded my money.

                                    Hello.. i had booked irctc train ticket (RS 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed TDR on[protected]. TDR accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. TDR result show status like "CR Registered". however money has not been refunded by ixigo. please refund the money. train ticket information is given in photo attached.

                                      My pnr no. Was [protected]. The ticket was in waiting list (Travel date 01-mar-2018, train no. 12810 hwh mumbai mail, from jalgaon to mumbai) which got cancelled since it was an e-ticket) after the chart was prepared. I got the mail from ixigo on 8th mar 2018 that they will refund me in next 5-7 business days.
                                      But yet not received the refund.
                                      Please do the needful.
