My name is radhakrishnan, and i am from kerala. I had booked a train ticket through ixigo.com mobile app on 20th december 2018. But it got cancelled as i enter a wrong password. The cash was deducted but booking was not done. I got an sms from ixigo saying that my cash will be refunded within 7 days. But even after 45 days, they have not given my money back. I had contacted their customer care several times, but they are repeatedly saying that they have already processed my refund but never given me any proof for that. Their customer care people are very rude and disconnecting my calls without completing the conversation. Normally i book through paytm and their services has been excellent.in case of cancellation they used to give me refund immediately. Kindly do the needful to take action against them and get my refund. Thank you very much
