I have booked two tickets from ahmedabad to mumbai for 27th march 2018, they have deducted my money and not received any email or response from them.

Tried to contract both ixigo and clear trip but there is no response. There is no contact detail for ixigo available online and cleartrip ask for booking id which is still not generated.

This is frequent activity from such kind of websites

              Today on 4th january 2018 in morning around 9.15 am. I was booking train tickets for 03 adults in 19322- rjpb-indore exp for 4th may 2018 from jaunpur to indore jn. Altough the money i.                     I booked a train ticket for my journey from secundrabad (Sc) to manchiryal (Mci) on dated 02/01/2018 by telangana express (Train no. 12723) by ixigo apps, my journey date on 02/01/2018, unfortunately my train was late more then 8 hours. I want to try cancel my ticket on irctc site a message is reflecting that this ticket has not been booked through irctc site. I am also try to contact with ixigo customer care no. So many time no any reply...

Whole amount of 3518 is deducted through net banking but there is no proof of ticket, no ticket is generate i check my irctc account sir please give my money back otherwise i complaint this shameful act in consumer court.

Altough the money i. E. An amount of rs 510/- was deducted 2 times as i booked tickets for 2 times recurringly but no booking occured. It showed that money will be refunded in 10 days. Kindly ensure an early return of money plz.

                                    Actually i booked a train ticket from bangalore to coimbatore through kcvl ypr ac express on (12.12.2017) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. Saying it would be credited in 10 working days. It's already been 10 days and i have not received it when enquired they say it have been initiated to the bank and when checked i have not received it i want help regarding this refund...
