Refund not recieved from ixigo

Hello sir, i booked a flight from mum to delhi on 13th june for 22nd june through ixigo. i cancelled it with the parent airline that is akasa air, and they processed my refund to the third party ixigo, but i have not recieved that refund from ixigo which akasa air gave them. please look into this.

Booked a train ticket with TRIP ID IXITRS[protected]. Ticket was booked on 1 June 2024 and the same was cancelled on 2 June 2024 due to failed booking. The money was not refunded to the bank account whereas it showed that refund is initiated and is completed.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had booked flight ticket from pune to ahmedabad akasa flight no QP1509, PNR C95K3A on 13th may 2024.
    I ticket issued by ixigo showed seat 16 E alloted to me. While web checkin there was no seat alloted to me, I contacted both akasa and ixigo customer care, my seat number 16 E was reflected in ixigo system but not in akasa. I had to pay extra Rs. 1200 for the seat. Had been seat shown in my ticket I would have booked other free seat, but due to error from ixigo I had to pay extra amount.
    Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Additional charges for rescheduling

      A booking for flight from Kochi to Bangalore was done yesterday (29/04/2024) for two people under emergency circumstances and due to changes in events following the book the flight needed to be rescheduled to 05/05/2024. The website on rescheduling showed that the final amount to be paid for rescheduling as rs 996 considering both airline service and Ixigo service however the portal was experiencing certain failure.           Free cancellation charges wrongly treated

          I have booked tickets ahmedabad to delhi rajdhani and i paid rs 1300 for free cancellation, total amount paid 7872 include free cancellation charges, while on cancellation i got refund 6320-/ only. on asking customer care they replied this charges like insurance you will not get any refund, if this charges not opted only 240rs suppose to deduct, they are telling that 1300 charges are for non deducting 240 rs, it is totally fraud practice,...

          Payment deducted but ticket didn't booked

          I was booking train ticket and money was deducted from my account but did not showed up in ixigo. neither it showing payment failed nor payment successful. Please refund my money as soon as possible .

          Payment complete but Booking failed.

          Hi Team,

          Date of incident - 6March 2024.

          Description - I book two tickets from Chandigarh to Meerut but one transection is failed. Due to this I make third payment of 305 rupees. Second payment was failed. You can check my transection history in given screenshot.

          Resolution - Please refund my 305 rupees due to failed transection.

          Refund not credited to the source account

          Booking ID IF[protected] Ticket NO K4DQRE Booked ON 24.11.2023
          Same was cancelled on 21.02.2024
          So far the money has not been credited to the source account.
          Mail sent and reply received stating that refund has been done. But it has not been credited.

          Flight ticket cancellation problem

          I booked my ticket on 30.01.2024 and the boarding was on 5th of march, 2024.

          later on due to circumstances, i wanted to cancel my ticket.

          I opened the ixigo flight app and then went on my trips but couldn't find my ticket.

          I put my pnr on another website and found out that you can't cancel the ticket and only ixigo can. It is a shame to know that i can't even apply for cancellation on the website...

          I made a booking through ixigo for a trip from Mumbai to Bangkok departing on March 3rd and returning on March 9th. The payment was deducted from my account, but the ticket has not been confirmed yet .Flight booking - IF[protected].

          find this situation unacceptable. During my call with ixigo team, I was informed to wait for 2 hours for my ticket to be confirmed. However, now they're telling me to wait for 24 hours.

            I had booked a ticket vis ixigo app PNR Y81LFQ, Susheel Kumar Bhandari.
            I had paid extra for full refund but due to personal circumstances I did not board the flight and I had called the airlines and took a no show refund but instead of refunding the whole tax amount they had only refunded 767/- to the booking agent i.e ixigo but then ixigo is not refunding the amount and is saying they will deduct cancellation charges (I had paid extra for cancellation while buying the ticket), they will deduct the convenience fees (it's paid seperately while booking) and discount given at the time of booking (that was deducted on the base fare not on the taxes). Ixigo is cheating with PPL it is our right to get the tax collected if we don't fly. Please help getting the rightful refund.

            Hi there, a refund was not applicable since the amount was paid after a discount of INR 400 which had to be adjusted from the refund from airline along with ixigo cancellation fee. We have exceptionally credited the amount INR 767 to your ixigo money max account. You can use the same to make a new booking or initiate the transfer to your bank account from your app.

              Was booking tickets from kota to vadodara as my payment transaction was done but suddenly the server shows again to may the money to book tickets on ixigo application. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction.
              As i contact to ixigo customer care they say your money will be refunded me in 5 business days. But they are not raising complaints ticket.

              Please refund the full amount of rs 1887 asap.
              I am also sharing screenshot of the transaction.

                Please refer IXIGO booking number IF[protected], PNR 6QA5ZI.
                Immediately after booking the ticket, I noticed passport issue date of Abha Rainal incorrect and informed IXIGO. The title of Abha is shown as MR which is wrong and correct is MRS.
                I have made innumerable complaints through telephone and email to rectify the above complaints and everytime I am being assured that you will get a revert in next one/two hours. Backend team is doing on priority. Airline has to do it.
                The airline is refusing to accept any correspondence from me as the ticket has been done through travel agency. I am suffering badly and my phone recordings with your customer care representatives will show the agony and torture I am going through. I have to further plan my trip and also apply for transit visa to Embassy of Japan where the tickets are required to be attached.
                KINDLY HAVE THE CORRECTIONS MADE at the earliest.

                    I booked one return ticket from mumbai to sindhudurg and back on 16th jan 2024 the flight was scheduled on 23rd jan 2024 from mumbai to sindhudurg and the return ticket was on 25 th jan 2024 from sindhudurg to mumbai . Now when i called the airline(alliance air )for just checking if my booking is confirmed or not. To my surprise the ixigo took my money and have made only one flight booking from mumbai to sindhudurg and they didnt even booked my return ticket and gave me a fake return ticket which leads to nowhere it has fake pnr number .even after taking my full money for both the fights it iss a complete fraudd they took my money and they didnt book my ticket and now when i called the customer care of ixigo they are just giving me false deadlines of 24 hrs and i get no call back from them in the given timeline it has been 4 days i am calling them and its the same they are just giving me deadlines
                    IXIGO Is a FRAUD company ill never ever book from this and also i want my ticket done or i want my full refund and also compensation for my inconvenience

                      Ixigo fraud

                      I am sharing my concern about ixigo app, they are doing fraud and not arranging call for failed transaction of payment, my transaction was successful but ticket are not booked, but ixigo customer care was denied, and reply GOL-MAAL type answer.

                      I was booking a train ticket and I paid through google pay. My money was debited but my ticket wasn’t booked.
                      It’s not even being shown in failed transactions as well.
