Hi I purchased my first memory foam pillow on 30 Aug 2015, when we opened the cover, it was smelling very bad.. we complained to the store and store keeper asked to register a complaint with Kurlon and the pillow will be replaces within 2 days. i have complained on 10 Sep 15 complaint No. TN90270. its been 20 days, nobody called back or taken any action. really bad company and poor customer service....

This is kamal kumar, purchased a kurlon mettress in 2012 with 5 year warranty, after completion of 2 year stiches being opened automatically day by day, I called to customer care before 6 months and last month kurlon person visited at place and he told it is completely damaged, so he suggested me to take new one and for warranty he can arranged 10% discount on new one, I requested to repair the existing one, but he refused to do so....
