I got a call from lenskart on the 16th and i ordered the contact lens on the phone then i did not like cash on delivery for delivery, then they sent the link to the e-mail then i pay money 603 rs on google pay. However, when they come to my massage e-mail that the payment is pending, make payment continuously and they have not even processed the order yet.

    I was offered a frame which was not physically available with the salesman who came to my house. I ordered a bigger frame as per the size of my head, which was committed, however a smaller frame has been delivered. On requesting for a change, it is not getting picked up for 3 days now. I wnt a full refund of the same against the same. Else i will be compelled to move to appropriate authorities for a resolution.

        It is sorry to say that till date the issue has not been solved to the customer satisfaction. The details of incidences after the email registered by the customer are as under:
        1. An email sent on dated 06.02.2020 dated 10.42am explaining my grievance,
        2. A call received from [protected] lenzkart.com and mr mayank sharma listened to my grievance and assured for redressal.
        3. On dated 07.02.2020 i received my discount voucher through email.
        Gift voucher code: cbdiw19-[protected]-hk1gb amount 2102 rs
        4. On dated 10.02.2020, again customer experience team mr mayank sharma took me on conference call with local moga store employee to sort out the issue. But mr rakesh store employee told that manager is on leave and only he can help. On deliberation of the issue, he neither showed any apology nor was he interested in listening my complaint. Again i conveyed my displeasure to mr mayanak who also got to know about attitude of the employee over conference call. Mr mayank also assured to arrange a apology call from store manager.
        5.in the mean time on dated 08.02.2020, i received a text meassage from lenzkat stating that being a gold member i would get a 50% off on one pair of john jacobs and vincet chase

        6. On dated 13.02.2020, mr manjinder the store manager called from number [protected] at 10.33am and apologized for whatever happened. I again conveyed my whole experience with lenzkart. When i asked him about to use of both vouchers i. E. One diwali 50% discount voucher received through email on dated 07.02.2020 and another received through text message on dated 08.02.2020. He explained me as follows:
        If i buy any product of vincet chase or john jacobs suppose amounting rs 4000/- then through code received through text message i. E. 50% off till 15th feb then amount shall reduced to rs 2000. Now another diwali discount voucher 50% can be applied which will further reduce the amount to half i. E. Rs 2000 to rs 1000. But diwali voucher was amouting rs 2102 hence remaining amount i. E.[protected]Used as discount) shall be lapsed because it is one time use.
        So basically i would get rs 4000/- shopping in amount rs 1000 after application of both code.
        7. I got convinced and he confirmed the same calculation again to which i thanked him and told him that i would purchase something.
        8. On 13.02.2020 itself, my wife visited the at 3.00pm and showed mr anjay present at store both the codes. He again told that both code can not be applied on one product. She called me up and i called mr manjinder at 3.06 pm and 3.14pm to resolve the issue. Then he told me that both codes can not be applied to same product.
        9. I was again shocked that in the morning itself he confirmed about using both codes and also gave an example to make me understand. Within few hours he changed his statement. Also he misbehaved over phone with me and told "do whatever you want to do". I told him that on your calculation itself i told my wife to visit the store. She had to face such inconvenience in visiting the store, stayed there for half an hour in anticipation of resolution of matter but totally disappointed after store rejected to apply both codes at the same time. But in vain.
        10. So basically from where my grievance started, i am back to same point after a period of 7 days. Initially also store manager misguided and made fool out of me by saying that rs 2102 i. E amount of discount voucher can be fully used on any amount of shopping but later on told me that can be used fully only on shopping of double amount. I was trying to get away with the confusion created by store manager within these few days but i again i was misled my mr manjinder told that both codes can be applied on a single product but again store did not apply it.
        11. Earlier only i was harassed rather this tile my wife also became the victim of whole misunderstanding and has to waste her time and energy to visit the store in anticipation of some cheap shopping as promised by mr manjinder over phone.
        12. So this way i feel cheated and being manipulated by lenskart showroom. I made a purchase for the very first time through lenskart to begin my association in hoping of good future. But in the first time itself, lenskart such as big and renowned name has left its customer feel cheated and misguided. I being an educated youth of the country would not expect such unethical behavior. Since at the time of purchase they promised me the discount voucher, i opted for gold membership and even ordered two pair of glasses. If they would have guided me properly and with honesty, i would have only purchased a single pair of glasses and not have even opted for gold membership.

        13. I strongly condemn this type of action and would request to enquire the matter and punish the defaulters for misconduct and misguiding the customer again and again. I think mr manjinder himself is not aware of policies of company and misunderstanding the discounts options and is not able to handle the customer. That is basically ruining the image of company.

        14. As already on receiving call from customer experience team mr mayank, i kind of thought to just normalize the matter but again mr manjinder tried to dupe me and this time i would not forgive him and entire team if my concerns are not redressed immediately.

          I had ordered an item (Id:[protected]) but due to size issues, i returned it but refund hasn't been processed yet. Initially i ordered the different item (I'd:[protected]) but returned it due to size issues and got store credit, that i used for above mentioned order. I talked to customer care but no resolution was provided. Kindly look into the matter.

            I had made an order for the amount of rs.4591 and cancelled after the amount was deducted. I have been requesting refund since 3 months and it has still not been processed.
            I have been contacting customer service, they always tell me to give them 48 hours which is a week in their dictionary.
            My tickets always get closed stating my refund has been processed but it does not reflect in my account.

              Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As per their instruction, i have already given the product id selected from their product list which is still available on their website and the mobile app as well.
              As per their terms & conditions (20) return, refund or exchange policy
              The refund, return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above.
              As stated you could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, you could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
              They are not even ready to discuss the damage done by the wrong frame i am still wearing for the last 3 and a half months. Every day they send an mail which is almost a copy and paste of their previous mail. This is how they are dealing with customers.

                I bought 3 pair of lens and i have used two pair of lens without any complaint, but when i opened the 3rd pair of lens, the left lens was broken and when i talk to the customer care of lenskart, they said that they can do nothing for that . I have also bought and used lens earlier, there was no problem at all . Lenskart should replace my left lens because without left, right lens will also of no use . I hope that some actions would be taken by this complaint .

                    It's been two month I am not getting my refund for your mistake, just getting the mail we will refund, sorry for inconvenience, and provide the bank details. Several times I had provided the bank details but still the sam. And whenever I call the customer care, the customer care people talk very arrogantly.
                    The people looking into this is ajeet and priyanka dhiman. Very unprofessional work from this lenskart team

                      Today on 1-1/2020, i visited lv prasad eye institute for regular eye check-up. There upon diagnosis, doctor said that left eye glass has incorrect power than what is there in the prescription. It has sph -1.00 and axis 160, but the glass has sph:+0.50 and axis 75.                       I ordered 2 sets of spects from lenskart no. 1, gds complex, green circle, new katpadi road, vellore, tn, & paid rs. 14000/-. It took 17 days to deliver the articles and to my surprise the spects are giving blur vision & need to adjust my focus by moving the spects here & there / front or back. The earlier spects which i am still using does not have the same issue. I request to replace the spects as i am not able to use it if i use i get lot of stress in my eyes.

                          I have given my spectacles for the frame change in lenskart.com kengeri satellite town. Initially he said 1 day then it's already 8 days passed and everyday i go to store and the people there tell me different reasons everyday. Not even refunding my amount and returning my spectacles back. I seriously fed up with those people and i am seriously suffering from headache without using specs. I just lost my trust and should take this issue seriously. I don't want any others should suffer with same problems with lenskart so i am raising complaint towards them.

                            I had given my specs to change the glass/lens. It was told that i will get it in 3 to 4 days. Now 8 days passed i have not got my specs. They don't even bother to call and tell what is the status of the delivery. And when we try to contact the store first of all the have network issues they just keep saying hello hello and hello after that when you tell them the problem they will say we will get back to you in 2 mins and their 2 mins never come. This happened twice. They should understand people don't wear specs for show off they have some health issues that's why they spend so much money and buy the specs. Past 8 days i am having severe headache because of that. When we discuss this with the store people they say we can't do anything if you want to complain about us you can go ahead. Is this the response we get.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              On 10th december, when i was visiting your store in rajkot, i ordered two pairs of spectacles after speaking with your manager at your store in mumbai airport who assured me that they would be delivered to me at the international terminal on the morning of the 16th december. We received confirmation that the order was completed on 14th december but when i telephoned your store several times between 7am and 8am on 16th december, your staff member had been asleep and i woke him. He insisted that no order had been placed which was untrue but i had to return to the uk without my glasses. My relatives now tell me that you want to charge me courier fees for your mistake which is unnacceptable.

                                It is just a worst experience with lenskart that they just sell the product and doesn’t want to resolve the problem, if any customer is facing for around 3 months.
                                I have been escalating the same over phone and on email but in vain. They just reply a copy & paste mail, that’s it. They are just not willing to resolve my issue, but dragging.
                                Again, i am writing about my problem which is still pending to be resolved for 90 days.
                                The frame they have provided is not large as required for my face and due to the tight fitting, it is digging into my skull and leaving pressure marks both the sides of my head. These marks are getting deeper and darker day by day. I have share the photos as per their request on 28.11.2019 but they just don’t care.

                                Lenskart is just ignoring the issue of physical damage done by the wrong frame provided. I am wearing it for more than 3 months and now they are pressurizing me to take a refund for the frame which is not fitting on my face saying that they are not having the appropriate frame for me. As per their instruction, I have already given the product ID selected from their product list which is still available on their website and the mobile app as well.
                                As per their terms & conditions (20) RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
                                The refund, return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition as mentioned above.
                                As stated You could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If this is not applicable, You could exchange the purchased product for a different product of the same value or higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
                                They are not even ready to discuss the damage done by the wrong frame I am still wearing for the last 3 and a half months. Every day they send an mail which is almost a copy and paste of their previous mail. This is how they are dealing with customers.

                                  Ordered a bifocal glass on 3rd dec 2019. Payment completed on the same day. They assured delivery on 15th dec. After 15th contacted to the support team. The person who attended the case, apologized and assured priority delivery on or before 20th dec. Even after 20th they didn't do anything on it. Again when i approached the support team, they repeated the usual apology. Then they cancelled the order and asked me to wait another 10-15 days for the refund. I felt it very bad. Their approach was very rude and careless. Hate lenskart

                                    I visited lenskart store at mg road on 17th november along with my parents. To get eyes checked and get shades for them and spectacles for me.

                                    1. First we chose our frames and waited for eye test. The representatives were unprofessional and were laughing with each other, i get it that there might be something very funny but there is nothing so funny that you compromise with your customers that too when parents are present.

                                    2. After almost half hour of wait my mother was called for eye test. She went and waited at the door again. There was no management of first come first serve basis.

                                    3.in the meantime, one representative came to me and said the frames you selected are not on the offer that your are expecting. I asked her i picked from the section where the offer is valid. She said the frames got jumbled.
                                    I was amused, because i almost spent half hour to select the frame, just to end up choosing one more again?
                                    If the frames are jumbled then isn't it there responsibility to keep frames at there right place. If they were doing there job properly then this wouldn't have happened.

                                    4. I placed 2 orders.
                                    One pair of spectacles and one pair of shades.
                                    First they asked me if i want the receipt (Is this a question to be asked)?
                                    I said yes i want. They then went and printed my receipt, i checked they printed the receipt fir same order twice.
                                    I notified them. But at the same time power cut happened.
                                    She said you will have to wait for some more time. I left the store when she convinced me that i will get receipts for both orders on mail.

                                    5. I never got receipt for my second order. Even on dashboard i could see only one.
                                    I reported this issue to lenskart customer servivce on 23rd nov. They said some problem with site is there and you will see it shortly.

                                    6. Today i again contacted the customer help.
                                    What i get from his is. Please go to store.
                                    Why the hell would i go to store if the order is not ready.

                                    My only concern here is give me refund.
                                    I don't want my order.

                                    Its been more than one month and all they are saying is sorry sorry sorry.

                                    They are cheaters and liers.

                                      Proper lens/spectacles not provided for more than 11days inspire of taking complete payment by lenskart. They had sent specs which blurred my vision. I cud not read anything with the specs they sent to me and inspite of complaints they hv not yet rectified the lapse. They had taken away the faulty spectacles on the 17/12/2019 with a promise of returning, without fail, proper spectacles next day (18/12/2019) but they sent the same lense/specs thru their rep dilshad. When i contacted them today (19/12/2019) i got a reply that they will replace the faulty lens with the right ones and it could take another 4 to 5 working days. It's not acceptable as i am facing tremendous inconvinienced due to their mistakes.
