exchange order status

Firstly, ordered one sunglasses it was of medium size than exchange order placed by lenskart team itself, received the order but product was defective, returned order but yet received the status of exchange order.

I pay money but he says pending payment

I got a call from lenskart on the 16th and i ordered the contact lens on the phone then i did not like cash on delivery for delivery, then they sent the link to the e-mail then i pay money 603 rs on google pay. However, when they come to my massage e-mail that the payment is pending, make payment continuously and they have not even processed the order yet....

inappropriate size of frame

I was offered a frame which was not physically available with the salesman who came to my house. I ordered a bigger frame as per the size of my head, which was committed, however a smaller frame has been delivered. On requesting for a change, it is not getting picked up for 3 days now. I wnt a full refund of the same against the same. Else i will be compelled to move to appropriate authorities for a resolution....

executives of refractionist not coming home

Even after getting appointment to my pin code 560049 address, refractionists not coming to home for checking eyes saying this is village, it's showing some village etc.. Wasting my day.. Customer care called me for update thrice, instead they should update me.. Executives not working sincerely, very lazy.. Instead of wasting time on phone, they could've come & gone..

Sir,
I had ordered an item (Id:[protected]) but due to size issues, i returned it but refund hasn't been processed yet. Initially i ordered the different item (I'd:[protected]) but returned it due to size issues and got store credit, that i used for above mentioned order. refund request pending since 3 months

I had made an order for the amount of rs.4591 and cancelled after the amount was deducted. I have been requesting refund since 3 months and it has still not been processed.
I have been contacting customer service, they always tell me to give them 48 hours which is a week in their dictionary.
My tickets always get closed stating my refund has been processed but it does not reflect in my account.

got broken lens in the pack

I bought 3 pair of lens and i have used two pair of lens without any complaint, but when i opened the 3rd pair of lens, the left lens was broken and when i talk to the customer care of lenskart, they said that they can do nothing for that . I have also bought and used lens earlier, there was no problem at all . Lenskart should replace my left lens because without left, right lens will also of no use . It's been two month I am not getting my refund for your mistake, just getting the mail we will refund, sorry for inconvenience, and provide the bank details. Several times I had provided the bank details but still the sam. And whenever I call the customer care, the customer care people talk very arrogantly.

lens power issue

Today on 1-1/2020, i visited lv prasad eye institute for regular eye check-up. There upon diagnosis, doctor said that left eye glass has incorrect power than what is there in the prescription. I got a different no of speaks

issue in frame change- bad delivery time

I have given my spectacles for the frame change in lenskart.com kengeri satellite town. Initially he said 1 day then it's already 8 days passed and everyday i go to store and the people there tell me different reasons everyday. Not even refunding my amount and returning my spectacles back. I seriously fed up with those people and i am seriously suffering from headache without using specs. I just lost my trust and should take this issue seriously....

pathetic service from the lenskart, store westend mall pune

They don't even bother to call and tell what is the status of the delivery. very ugly service

Ordered a bifocal glass on 3rd dec 2019. Payment completed on the same day. They assured delivery on 15th dec. After 15th contacted to the support team. The person who attended the case, apologized and assured priority delivery on or before 20th dec. Even after 20th they didn't do anything on it. Again when i approached the support team, they repeated the usual apology. Then they cancelled the order and asked me to wait another 10-15 days...
