I ordered the phone on may 21 from amazon and this phone speakers does not work properly or i can say they are giving some screaming noise. I went motorola service center there i told my problem now the problem is this that this phone is in warranty period in bill it shows 21 may, means in warranty period but when information is taken out on computer in motorola site it shows 21 march, so please check this problem and kindly help me out from this problem. And i want that you please reply regarding this problem as fast as you can. Bill photo is downside.

    No wonder why this service centre is having such bad review...
    I gave my phone for the charging problem and they solved it but they returned it with patch on screen and the touch was not working at that place. However the next day i asked them to repair it but they put the blame on me and asked to pay another 4000 for the touch screen..

    The Motorola service centre at Bhagalpur said to me that they can't check the warranty of the product and when asked why they said like that then the answer was that ask the company why they have not given the right

      Hi team, This is with regard to my new condition mobile bought recently through Amazon india. On 17 March 2019. I got delivered in yavatmal with fault in front camera and it was not working at all.
      When I visited Motorola service centre the repairer saw my mobile and said me it will charge 1650 inr for camera replacement . I said tell me checking charges for mobile he charged 150 inr and I gave but the point with raises HIGH Escalation is he did not provide me bill for checking mobile and even fooled me by saying this furbished phone whereas bill clearly mentions new condition phone . He did not even provide me warranty for phone . Please help me and do the needful if not I would approach consumer complaints court about company not providing bill for services.

        Dear sir, i purchased my moto g5s plus mobile phone on 31st july 2018, it has been working amazing but today on 30 march 2019, the turbo charger came along with is not working and problem is surely with charger only as other charger are working with my mobile.           I purchased new moto G6 on 31 aug 2018.From 17 March 2019 the phone is not charging . i went to customer care 3 times till today. they are asking to get motherboard replaced without warranty. the charging cable is working but the phone is not getting charged.The customer care people are asking 7500rs for the new motherboard saying it is not in guarantee. The guarantee period is not expired till yet. So please get this issue fixed in the guarantee.

          service center is very poor custmer dealing not satisfied
          Clock fails to click beside battery and tower display, but not the clock wallpaper display. My mobile is MOTO C. My phone's clock beside battery indication displsyfrequently got hanged for many hours then spontaneously resumed to click but not screen clock display.

            Today i went to Motorola service centre in indore for changing charger socket they changed the socket by it is not turbo connecting and they charged me 850 rupees for that socket but then also it is not is the previous condition before it was initially and not connecting turbo charging And also it is charging too much slowly .. 5 hours are taking for full charging ... The service centre made my mobile worst then it was initially ...i want my Solution of my problem other wise i will file complaint in police station

              Sir,

              I had bought an motorola turbo power 15 universal micro usb charge with order no.[protected] on paytm mall app on 3rd june 2018. And after some month suddenly its adapter stops working and my phone is not getting charged hence the moto service center is not considering it for waranty service. When i contacted paytm mall customer services they are asking for service denial letter which the moto service center refuses to provide. Kindly help me.

              Battery of my phone not hold charge.it is off when 70% charging is available.when I connect in charging it starts from 0% and when on the mobile then it shows 55% or 70% on the same time.Battery is too much heating too much during charging.Battery swell.
              Touch screen not working.my mobile is under warranty.
              Very BAD mobile phone in my life.

                Dear support,

                Please be informed that i had handed over my motorola phone to iseri info solutions, indira nagar, bangalore. The issue i had was only with the speaker and mic. The appearance status was only that there was a scratch on the camera at the time i handed over my phone to the service agent. The phone was perfectly works ng and had no other issues at the same time. The receptionist mentioned the fault and the appearance status in their service order copy (Attached for your reference) and said that they will get back to me with a quote in 2 hours time and also collected inr 220 as inspection charges and gave me a receipt (Attached for your reference). They did not call me the same day and i received the call only the very next day. They informed me on 27/02/2019 that the cost to repair will be inr 1250. I agreed to the same and asked them to proceed. They said it will take only 2 hours time to repair and i will be notified for collection. I waited but i did not get a call the said day. The very other day dated 28/02/2019, i called them back in order to know if i could collect the phone from the outlet. Then they said that while heating the phone they had issues with the screen and screen got peeled off. And told me that i have to pay inr 6250 to replace the screen. Then i said not to replace any and return back the phone to me in the same condition i handed it over to them. And i walked into the outlet to get my phone and found that i can no more see the screen and the technician tells me that the phone gets switched off time to time. At the time i handed over the phone to the service agent the technician himself checked and tried to make calls from my phone to make sure of the issue and he confirmed that there was a problem with the speaker and mic only. If not how did he manage to make a call from my phone if the screen wasn't working. This kind of customer service is quite unprofessional and i see this as a scam to cheat money from the customers and force the customers to pay for something which has occurred from the service agents end. I would like to inform you that i have not collected the phone as it was not in the same condition while handing over the phone and having major technical issues caused by the technicians. Please help me out and see that the phone has to be given back to me the same way how it was handed over to them.

                The process and experience was just surprising. Please be informed that I have collected my device from the service center. Initially I had been told that the repair for speaker and mic was INR 1250 and I had also confirmed with Ms. Amritha Padhi from Motorola Office on the same when she gave me a call on 26/03/19 and she also confirmed the same to me. When I went to the service center to collect the same the technician and receptionist asked me to pay INR 3650 which I refused to pay and at the same time they connected me to Ms. Amritha and then I was surprised that she asked me to pay INR 2850. Just the very afternoon I confirmed with her on the phone that it was only INR 1250. Giving me three different amount on the same issue was quiet disturbing and surprising. At last the service agent asked me to pay they very first quoted amount INR 1250 but he grabbed the old screen from me which you said was replaced and did not return it back to me. The total experience even after your interference was very unprofessional and even you had difference in the information provided in the same issue. Very very disturbing approach from both your side and service centre side. I hope there is no further tampering done to my device due to non professionalism in both technical and customer service.

                Dear Support,

                Please be informed that I had received an email from [protected]@custhelp.com. Also i received a call from Lenovo and they were forcing me to close the case stating that they will only give me a 50% discount for the repair and i still have to bare the balance 50% for which Im not responsible. I informed them that Im ready to pay the cost for the repair of Mic and speaker which was INR 1250. Apart from that why do I have to pay for the screen which was spoiled due to the service agent. I informed the person that I will have to complain again as he was forcing me to close the complaint. He was telling me that I can do whatever I want. Just look at the arrogance factor of the customer service agents. That approach was totally unaccepatable for a reputed company like Lenovo Motorola. That was quite a surprise. Anyhow I will not close this case till I get justice and I will be reopening the case till it will be fixed.

                  Hello mam or sir... Few days before I have purchased Moto one power from Flipkart. After buying when I put my sim on slot and phone gets started but Volte is not working only LTE (recommend) is showing. That's the main reason net is too slow and it's very irritating. Please help me to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I called many times in customer care and even went to the service center also. But nothing has happened.                     Hi, i have purchased motorola one power mobile on 22 oct 2018. This mobile is supposed to have gorilla glass which doesn't break easily but yesterday a simple fall from bed of about 1 feet, the display got broken. My previous mobile were also moto but they never had any issue. This mobile doesn't have any gorilla glass. Its a normal glass which breaks easily.

                      I'm using moto e4 plus from 2017 & still not get a update i'm totally bored from nougats version. And very angry with motorola's consumer service it's not so good as other companies. I wish i got a new software update as soon as possible

                      Other companies like one plus, vivo, real me,
                      Mi, huwaie, gives every update on a right time, but motorola not doing this thing for it's user's.
                      And the camera performance and optimization of there camera's are so good rather than motorola handset's.
                      Skin saturation and display are also so good of those phones than motorola

                        I have some proximity sensor issue whenever i went to resolve the issue everytime they make some new problem along with old. First they software to repair proximity sensor then replace die cards then atlast they agree to change motherboard. After replacement of motherboard my handset speaker start making noise. Then again he replace die card then my phone sim network lost. Then again he open the phone phone sim network problem was resolved but the problem of speaker is still there. As i purchased this set in oct 18 and its opened serveral time due to negligence of their service center i ask them to replace my phone but now they are not responding to me. I call several times and send emails also. Service centre name is rs entreprises sangrur. I suggest everyone not to buy motorola products as their after sale service is very bad.

                        I went to the Motorola service center of Kota situated at ashoka colony, gumanpura with a Motorola earphone having problem in it is its one side earbud is not working. They told me that Motorola doesn't provide warranty on this but my earphone is in warranty period with 1 year. Please i request you to solve my problem

                          I am having a moto e 5 plus phone. Warranty of my phone accessories is going to complete on 11 january 2018. My charger is not working, my phone is working fine and getting charge with other turbo charger.
                          Yesterday (06 january 2018) i visited to service centre located at okhala phase 2 to replace my charger, they inspect over charger and said to me “come tomorrow we will replace your charger”.
                          Today (07 january 2018) i visited to service centre again they said to me that your charger has some dent over so we don't replace your charger.
                          What type of service you provide to customer? Really it’s very pathetic.

                              At the same time we want to update you of two more things committed by the service agent.

                              A) they have degraded our 4g original status into 3g which they have acknowledged too however they have not rectified it yet

                              B) they have changed our original imie status. Original imie: [protected] and imie 2: [protected]. The current imie after service is reading as follows, imie: [protected] and imie2: [protected]. Which means the service people seems to be robbing the original status of the mobile, which we want to bring it to your notice and we suggest for the strongest possible actions on the service center in order to safeguard the reputation of motorola company.

                                  We gave a moto e 2nd gen phone with 4g status for display repair to kumar electronics (Unit 2) tirunelveli, tamilnadu. Email id : kumarelectronics. [protected]@gmail.com on 18/12/2018. They messed up with it, that i have been encountering with it many new problems, one after the other. I took up the matter with them consistently till this date.
                                  As it is already time consuming, kindly advise the service center to attend to the problems at once and return the product to the costumer at the earliest.

It is in warranty but the service center is declining my warranty and give different reasons and not repairing my phone in warranty. They are charging me money. My phone is only 3 month old.                                       I have been relying on this brand since very long, so i bought moto g6 on 12th june 2018. Its been only 5 months and my phone started shutting down automatically, i visited customer care center as my phone was in warranty period, nisha took my phone and rohit diagnosed it, they said my phone's motherboard is sorting because some liquid was accumulated there through my charger jack. So replacement of motherboard wouldn't cover under warranty, i searched on google the sign on motherboard is a pink pigment which gets discoloured if any moisture enters, but both the pigments in my motherboard was pink, neither i exposed my cell to water ever. And also my phone was taking charge correctly when connected to the charger. They were charging me 10000 for motherboard replacement. After recieving my phone back the phone was unable to switch on even.. Which was earlier happening and the back case was also broken.

                                      I was very much disappointed by the service and how the support provider manipulate the customers. Earlier i used to suggest everyone for motorola now i myself switched to nokia and never i will suggest anyone for motorolla.

                                      Customer service are not for consumers instead they are for extra profit of the company. Motorola cheated me.

                                        this side Sumit Yadav, I had purchase Moto G5 S plus, For First 3 month its working perfectly, but after 3 month Issue accrued for Internet connective, It shown many time Connect but No internet, I had switch/test 3-4 wifi network but same issue exist with all Wifi network, even same issue also with Mobile internet also consult with my Mobile network operator, they told me from Our side we have no Issue with internet connectivity and also visit at Moto Authorized service center, they told me sir we have not found any issue right now. need to be replace/repair device.
