German Black Forest Cake

I ordered an eggless German Black forest cake(pic 1) worth INR 795+ INR 50 for eggless. But I have received a cheaper version - Black forest Treat from their website(pic 2) for INR 549 without knife and candles as promised and it wasn’t eggless. The customer support tried to reason with me saying that it is the same cake, just the icing is a bit different. I’m not sure what I was paying the extra money for then?...

Flower bouquet

I placed an order these year 2020 feb 14 valatines day.
my order was delayed, deliver after two days, we cancel the order within 24 hours. order id-629391.
but as per my request, they refunded as reedeem voucher u can use next if your ordering.
now i didnt use that voucher, icant claim.thats why i called customer care.they are collecting all deatils regrading and repleying in july 20th you order to some one u used that...

Delayed order, poor response

What a ### all service. They delivered the bouquet and cake after 8pm. I kept on requesting for a call back which i never received. They could not track and tell where the delivery boy was. Don't waste your time and money. Pathetic service. I used this for the first time. But lessons learnt...

Order not delivered also no call back

My order nunber is 649991 i ordered 1 week before but order is not delivered money has been paid in advance no one even bothered to inform where my order is.. Customer care number no one is picking from morning till evening.. I ordered for my friends birthday a week before.. Such a pathetic service and i complained 3 times for call back no call back received.....

non delivery of order

Placed order for a cake on 09th and it was assured for a delivery on 10th between 6 am to 9 pm and they did not deliver. Charged me INR 845 rupees.

There is no contact number nor do they respond to concerns raised.

A bunch o[censored]nprofessionals running shady business....

It’s been a month and still there is no refund of money or order, order was supposed delivered in february 14 and it’s totally spoiled the surprise and even 150 was charged extra but still such a poor service

I have placed a same day delivery order from myflowertree.com. I have also paid occasion surcharge as it was 14th feb but nobody from myflowertree team tried to even attempt a delivery till 17th feb.

non receipt of ordered gift despite paying for it
