I ordered a shirt from Myntra and I received it yesterday evening.The colour of the shirt was a bit dull as compared to the description. So I decided to return the shirt and initiated a return request today morning. The delivery guy came and took the product by evening. My Refund put on hold by Myntra

Address: C-175 Aashiyana phase-1st Moradabad

I have ordered a dress from forever new, I received a wrong size I ordered XS small and received small size, Myntra delieverd me wrong size for the second time I already raised an issue for the same. Since I received the wrong size of the product, I immediately returned it and within an hour it was picked up. So, I don't understand why my refund has been put on hold when it was Myntra's mistake for sending me the wrong size of the order....

About my product being on hold.

I ordered a saree from myntra that was delivered to me on 25th of this month. Pathetic service from Myntra

My myntra account was deactivated without any notice. Everytime I try to reach out to them, they give me the same answer that they will resolve it in 48 hours. It's been 2 months now. One customer service agent told be that they sent me an email about it. I never received any email.
Funny enough, it says that the account is deactivated due to security reasons... And they don't specify anything.
I had myntra credit on account...

Not accepting return for old and dirty shoes

I have received a roadster white canvas from myntra on january 22, 2023 at 4:24 pm. I opened the product and the shoes were dirty and old, seemed like a used one. My return request is not being accepted. Ready to get the product verified from nike store

I placed a return request of nike casual shoes on myntra. My return got rejected stating that the product is used. They claimed that the product was delivered in an untampered box with proper quality check. But the box was slightly damaged from the top which clearly states that their claim is incorrect.
The product is unused, i have proper packing and box intact.

Delivered wrong product and refused to refund/return

I ordered - ADIDAS Women Grey Runesy Woven Design Running Shoes, Size: 8 (UK8) from myntra.com on 30th Dec 2022.
They delivered the wrong shoes and on complaining about the wrong product they took 15 days to process my complaint and finally refused to return/refund.
