Regarding non compliance with insurance service

This time my car verna fluidic was hit in a ditch at 6pm of 24/6/17 (Saturday) in evening on amritsar bathinda highway which is under construction from last three years. My car engine was hit and i knew it after my car stopped by itself after it went for 10-12 kilometers. I got help from local mechanic in village harike. But my car didn't work...

Renewed without break till date when all were healthy. Enhanced the limit from 1 Lac to 2 Lacs 3 years before and reported Diabatics and BP in the proposal. There was no claim for all two years. Improper working schedule of branch

The new india assurance.co. Ltd portal office at mukkam, kozhikode is not working on proper schedule. Usual working hour starts at 10 am but here it's depends on the workers decision. Its not happening first time many customers facing same issues. So please make any step to solve the issue. Otherwise we are force to change the company.

Unsatisfactory services
