I have Applied 250rs coupen which i got from freecharge app of recharge of 50rs. coupen applied succesfully, but still the driver make a bill of 186rs of 11kms.i was thinking that coupen was not applied succefully. Suddenly, what i see my ride is free and drivers take invalid amount from me.i got a mail that you ride bill is 0rs.but driver takes 186rs from me.i want my money baCK

    I am Krunal Shah Mobile No :- [protected] with Complaint Number CRN69917078 had book Ola Cab on 23 March Afternoon around 3 PM for Lodha Splendora Thane West to Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal Airport Mumbai for 24th March 15 Morning 4 AM. I had bad experience with same Ola cab on 17 December 2014 where i had booked Ola Cab ( CRN NO :- CRN[protected] from Gurukul Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad Airport on 5 AM and Ola had ditched me on last moment around 4 AM stating they won’t be able to Provide cab as no driver available near my place. “ You have to take another option as Ola is unable to serve you this time. Continuing with Complaint Number CRN69917078 i had called Ola Customer care on Previous day i.e. 23 March 15 to confirm driver details as if anything goes wrong i won’t be able to get another option at 4 AM to Airport and i have to reach Mumbai Airport by 5 AM Anyhow otherwise i missed my Indigo flight Mumbai to New Delhi Flight Number 6E-184.But Ola Customer Care Executive very confidently said as per Ola Policy we only will able to Provide Driver details before 30 Minutes from Pick up. I said ok but please make sure driver reach in time otherwise i would be on very big trouble. But Ola Executive is very much confidant on his services. Finally Pick up day has come 24th Morning 3.25 AM i had called Ola Customer care for Driver details than I had received Driver No : [protected] Driver Name Sunil Car No :- MH 48 F 0687 White Tata Indica.When I had called Driver Mr Sunil on [protected] he is saying he was at Dahisar Check Naka and won’t be able to come Thane ( 10 KM from Pick Place ). I had called Ola Cab Customer Care and convey my concern he is saying he will give me another driver Cab Number and cancel my CRN No CRN69768482 and issue New CRN No CRN69917078. After this Ola Send me New Driver Details Amit Kumar Mobile No :- [protected] car no MH 06 J 9907 Swift Dzire. When I called Amit Kumar around 4 AM he was saying he need almost 1 Hour to reach my pick up point. Then Ola Customer care executive and Driver did conversion in Conference with me and finally informed me with No Courtesy that we won’t be able to arrange Cab you ll have to find other option. Where i had already confirmed i am staying at Ghodbunder Road Thane West On Highway and around 4 AM there would be no Public Vehical ( Auto / Taxi / Bus ) Available on this time. And its almost 4.30 AM and i have to reach by Mumbai Airport which is 35 KM from Pick up Point. I had called Ola Cab and complaint about my concern with Ola Customer Care Executive Mr. Ankit Rathod but he is least bother to understand my situation and i had ask him to take my complaint and let me know the revert as i am afraid that i will defiantly missed my Flight. I run almost 3 KM in the Morning around 4.30 to 4.50 and found 1 Auto who dropped me Kasimira Nr Mira Road and from there i had changed auto for Airport ( as due to RTO Rules some Auto cant cross their rout ).I reached Airport around 5.50 and as my worried come true as per airlines rules they won’t allow me to board the flight. I am highly disappointed due to non adherence and highly unprofessional behaviour from Ola Cabs. If Ola is unable to Manage their ground activity they should not commit and offer such services. I need my Flight Cancellation Compensation which I charged due to Ola Misappropriate Process and not capable Services Offered. Awaiting your Quick Revert. Krunal Shah Mobile No :- [protected]

      I am a regular customer of Ola for the last one year. I had booked an Ola cab on 25/3/2015 and it was confirmed (CRN[protected], but before 15 minutes prior to the specified time I was informed by SMS that my booking has been cancelled. I hope you (whoever it is in Ola company) would appreciate and understand the inconvenience caused to me for the last minute cancellation of the booking. I thought Ola is a reliable cab company.         Dear Sir / Madam, Monday I had logged a complaint against double payment done by Ola cabs for the above said CRN no., from Monday onwards am getting assurance that i will be getting money within 24 hrs. but now four days no updates, when I have contacted customer care they are not helpful & always a rude behavior towards the customer. Very pathetic service of Ola Cab, I will publish this issue on all social networks so that they will also come to know how you are cheating with customers.

          Hello, Since ola app is not working properly on my phone, so I thought o[censored]ninsall the app and again reinstall. But now it is not working, I am not even to login. Please resolve the issue. My OLA Login id is : prateek.j.[protected]@gmail.com Thank you.
          Ola doesnot provide Basic customer service, forget about getting good or best service, Booked Ola cab at 7:30 and got confirmation message as well and then driver dint turn up, He dint even pick up the call and when called customer service, they said driver is not even picking our call and sorry for inconvenience is what i hear and dint even booked alternate cab, Sadly i disconnected and then booked another cab at 9 pm, again no call of driver and at 9:30 i got a message cab is cancelled, without my information and i couldnot go anywhere..Pathetic Service!!Highly Disappointed..Donot trust Ola for any emergency.

            Dear sir, I booked cab with Freecharge coupon code (Ref : CRN[protected], The driver of the cab denied to pick me due to his personal reasons. His reply on the phone was so embracing. He argued about picking me up even he is in the vicinity of 1 km only. He asked me to Come to his convenient place ( National Highways) to take the ride. Being a Lady, I'm afraid to take the ride with that arrogant driver. So I cancelled the booking . I want nothing with this, nothing about the coupon cancelled. Please ensure Risk free rides for us.               respected sir/madam greeting of the day first i want to tell you to go consumer complains website and how you people are giving service to the costumer. i have a book a cab on 21/03/15 from ola cabs through ola app and i have apply free ride voucher no.FR05PH0C92XP0 for booking cab.the cab driver (kishan [protected]) called me ask the location to pickup when i was explain the address. he said that i didn't know the location please cancel the cab and rebook the cab any near to your area cab will pickup you.so, i call customer care for help said all the story to her. i did't tell her to cancel or book or any thing i just the driver is saying this what should i do.so she said can i put on hold for a while so i said yes and she book the cab and tell that your cab is book.she only done every thing and blaming me.she cancel the cab (kishan [protected]) (CRN[protected] and book another cab (mohd [protected]) (CRN[protected] but she didn't apply the free ride coupon code and i had pay the amount of Rs.176 from mallepally to talab katta 7.86 kms ride.when i had call her and said the driver asking for which is free ride for me she said you pay him we will credit in OLA in your account.they take three days and said that you have to tell that you have free ride coupon.and didn't refund my just ask the help that to she dint do.she have all the data regarding booking in her system.that's her mistake before booking she should see all the details.why she doing blindly work.In both ways i have lost the free ride and my money, i don't get any benefit there is one option with me the free voucher should they give or refund my money.so i request to your please refund my money as soon as possible thanking you

                  I AM ENCLOSING THE E MAIL WHICH I SEND TO THEM WHICH HAS ALL THE DETAILS Respected sir/madam, I booked a ride on 24 MARCH 7:48 PM for a cab from aashima mall to pick us up at 12:05 AM ON 25 MARCH(CRN[protected]. I hope you understand the fact that I booked it before 4 hours just to make sure that the cab will be available at that time and we won't be stranded in middle of the road at midnight. We actually went for a Malayalam movie (100 days of love) and it got over by 11:45PM. I got a message at 11:43 saying that my ride has been upgraded and i will be picked up at 12:05, but within a couple of minutes i got another message stating that my ride has been cancelled as you are unable to find a cab near my pickup location. YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT WE ARE NEW TO THIS PLACE AND WE DON'T KNOW HINDI, IT WAS 12 AM AND YOU GUYS JUST ABANDONED US IN AN UNKNOWN PLACE. I called your support number [protected] and the guy who picked up the phone was too arrogant. When I requested him to do the booking for another cab he said that no cabs are available in our area and he will not be able to provide any cabs. When I pleaded him to arrange for a cab he coldly replied it is not possible and disconnected the call. WE WERE STRANDED ON THE ROAD AT MIDNIGHT, THANKS TO THE EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY YOUR COMPANY. EVEN 4 HOURS DOESN'T SEEM TO BE SUFFICIENT FOR YOUR TOP CLASS SERVICE TO PROVIDE A CAB. Since we understood that we will not be getting any support from you, we started to look for private taxis or auto rickshaws to get back but we were not able to find any in the midnight. We kept on calling your call center and kept on trying for cab from your app and finally a guy from the call centre said he has made a booking for us CRN[protected] and within 3 minutes i got another message stating that CRN 70140796 has been cancelled as you are again unable to find a cab at our pick up location. We had no option other than to try again and finally we were able to make a booking through your app CRN70141887 and i got a message stating that the cab will pick us up at 12:50 AM and finally your cab arrived at 1:10AM I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO BRING TO YOUR KIND ATTENTION THE EXTREME INCONVENIENCE YOU CAUSED US AT SUCH AN ODD TIME. WHO WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WE BOOKED THE CAB BEFORE 4 HOURS JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WILL BE SAFE AND WILL GET A VEHICLE ON TIME. THERE WERE GIRLS TRAVELLING WITH US, IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THEM WOULD YOUR COMPANY TAKE UP THE RESPONSIBILITY. PLENTY O[censored]S ARE USING THIS APP AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE FAILED US. I HOPE YOU ARE ALSO AWARE OF THE FACT THAT OLACABS IS NOT THE ONLY TAXI SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR US THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS LIKE UBER, MERU CAB, TAXI FOR SURE etc. PUTTING OUR TRUST IN YOU PEOPLE WAS A BIG MISTAKE.WE WILL NOT REMAIN SILENT THIS TIME WE ARE GOING TO PUBLICIZE THIS AS MUCH AS WE CAN, TO MAKE SURE THAT NOBODY WILL BE TROUBLED BY YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE AGAIN. I WILL BE SENDING THIS E MAIL ALONG WITH THE PROOFS LIKE SCREENSHOTS OF MESSAGES I GOT, THE CALL RECORDINGS TO ALL THE MAGAZINES AND NEWSPAPERS AND OTHER CAB SERVICES.                     Dear Sir, on 24/3/2015evening i booked ola cab for next day morning(From 2q10 agora residency to kalhupur station) timing which was 5am on 25/3/3015.CRN70087137 but in the morning till 4.35 no msg received when i call to [protected] they send msg driver name and detail Mr.Bharat [protected] white indigo GJ01 CZ 9076 when i called him his no was switched off i waited till 5 am then again call to customer care and they hold my call again they send new msg and given driver name Suresh([protected]) white indigo RJ27A4502 When i spoen to him he said that he was at gandhinagar and can not pick again I called to your customer care they send again msg updated detail Kiran Kumar at 5:14am [protected] white maruti eecho gj18 ax 4613, when i called him he told that He was in kahupur station and he will reach within 30 min. My train booked already at 6 am so due to OLA i have mised my train. I want to ask question to higher authority is this your service provide to customer U cheated completely I hav message if I did nt satisfy reply from ola i will go consumer court and I do case against OLA.                     daily i receive a message that we have a flat fare of 29 for first 4 kms on ola auto but when i travel they always charge me the double fare. i am just fed up of sending emails and not getting a proper response from them. once they charged me 175 rs for just 4.7 kms and till today i have not got any refund nor any reply on email. they are totally doing fraud to customers. why should we pay extra always. why don't they improve their systems technically, if they cant do that they should just stop providing services. totally bakwas and pathetic service. they are the worst service provider now. totally fraud...

                        The day I booked my first ride with OLA cabs was the worst day for me. I faced several problems that day. Problem 1. I have booked it using app at around 2:30 PM, I have requested them that I need it at 3:00 PM but I received a call in 5 minutes. I have also informed the cab driver that I have requested it for 3:00 PM but they have charged me for waiting time. Problem 2. The AC was not working and when I asked driver about that, he informed me that he will run AC only after service not now. I complained about that to OLA during my journey but they have not done anything. Problem 3. My wife and my little kid were sitting on the back seat. We have most of our luggage in trunk but my brand new coat-pant (worth Rs. 11000) was on back dashboard. As soon as we reached our destination (New Delhi Railway Station) I paid him in the car. He rushes to the trunk and given me my luggage from trunk, meanwhile my wife and my kid also get down from the back. I was thinking that he will be returning the balance amount and that’s why he has gone back to his seat but he immediately run away from the spot. He has not allowed me to check whether I have missed anything. Problem 4. After applying the discount and adding the waiting charges the amount I need to pay was Rs. 158, I paid him Rs. 200. Instead of giving me balance he immediately runs away from the spot. I immediately complaint about that too OLA cabs. Due to my train timings I rush to platform to board my train. When I settled down in the train I realized that I left my Coat-Pant in cab itself. Now I can relate the events, why he immediately run away from the spot. I called him and he upfront told me that as I have complained about him he will not going to return my item. I also complaint about that to OLA and they assured me to resolve my issue. I am following this case with them from last 2 months but I have not received any resolution. I have all the details about my journey and complaints so now planning to go to consumer court for this issue. I would suggest you all to think twice before booking a cab from OLA cabs.                           The Ola cab Rs 250 free ride is a total scam..today I downlaoded their app and booked and availed their Rs 250 free offer..however just 30 mins before the scheduled travel I got a call from the customer care stating that the driver has cancelled the ride and they will not be able to cater to me..I lodged a complaint and they promised me to send a replacement cab..however when I tried to rebook their coupon was showing invalid..this is all a scam by Ola cab to get people to download their app.. they are all scamstars

                            Booked an Ola Mini app from home to B'lore International Airport. The site said - 10 Rs /km. The distance was 38kms but the bill added upto Rs706! The customer care executive say the rate for airport is different - Rs 540 for 30 kms & additional for 30+. This is outrageous! Nothing of the sort is mentioned on their website! A Meru sedan would've cost ~600. This is not how you fool customers. Not expected of Ola. Swapnika Nag IIM Bangalore

                              I hired a an ola from Dwarka to Gurgaon.as per the attached invoice, the total distance is approx 19 kilometer.The waiting charges are include for 35 minutes. Now lease understand this: Time of meter starting-10:09 am Time I received invoice IN my mailbox-10:45 am (assumed that the meter stops and then only the bill is generated) hence total journey time-36 minutes waiting charged for -35 minutes distance travelled -19 kms. SO POINT IS HOW DID THE CAB TRAVEL 19 KM IN ONE MINUTE.i HAVE ATATCHED THE BILL AND HIHLIGHTED THESE THINGS.tHIS IS A CASE OF FROGERY AND THEFT.

                                I have booked OLA cab(MINI) on18th March, 2015 through OLA cab application for pick up on 22nd March, 2015 at 7 am from Ramamurthy Nagar to kempegowda airport(Bagaluru).I have received mail confirmation with booking confirmation No. CRN68961787 at the same time. Complain No. 1: I had also used coupon code which is a value of Rs. 200/- wave off against this booking.Which was not redeemed from my bill which is enclosed herewith. Please find. Complain No. 2: I have received pick up car details/drver mob no. message from OLA Cab at 6:45 am on 22nd March'2015 but its really shameful for OLA cab transport that after prior confirmation also their car/vehicle unable to came for pick up at 7am and late come by another 15 mints.As per rule Cab should come at the pick up point minimum10 mints before as per customers knowledge. But how OLA cab is charging Rs. 66/- for waiting time(33mints) its really a new hike of wonder. Complain No.3: When my OLA cab not came to pickup me at 6:50 am, I was worried and called up again to OLA customer service and customer care representative has informed me that one cab is near to my pick up point and he has canceled my original request which was applied with coupon code and created a new request for the journey. Now my question is why people should booked OLA cab through OLA app(mobile/PC)...whether its no use or OLA is unable to provide minimum service at all???????? Complain No. 4: OLA cab service has to checked their all vehicles in condition its really disappointing that when I have asked driver to switch on Air conditioner(AC), he answered me that AC is not working...so what type of car OLA has used for their services and more of that what type of satisfaction a customer should get with this bogus service with this surfeit bill??????????????????? Complain No. 5: Driver has not paid any toll charge at toll gate and I believe no toll charges is there for sunday, because I have not seen not a single car paying anything at toll gate because at that morning time not a single coupon counter has been opened. So why that Rs. 75 toll charge has been added in my bill????????? Complain No.6: There is no where mentioned in bill Rs 200/- less from total amount after applying coupon code. Why So??????????????? When I have paid the amount for this journey, I was big surprised about the amount, diver never on the AC but the bill was Rs. 808/- and when I have asked driver why the bill amount is excessive he asked me to check my mail A/c to see the detail bill send by OLA cab to me in my mail A/c. I have received the bill receipt copy from OLA Cab with the break ups as mentioned below- Base fare for 30 kms: ₹540 Rate for 9.64 kms: ₹125.32 Wait time charge for 33 Min: ₹66.0 Peak time charge ₹0.0 Toll Charges ₹75 Total Payable Bill ₹808 Its my request to OLA cab kindly investigate the above matter and return me back my excess amount at the earliest as the amount which OLA(mini car) has received from me is Rs. 130 more against a normal bill which I've generally paid for the same distance(i.e. my residence at RamMurtthy Nagar to kempegowda airport).

                                  i hv booked a cab from safil guada to secunderabd staion and CRN number 69763933 at 9pm but your people are sms drver numbers and vichile numbers. your drvivres are cllaed me and distubed me a lot at nick of the movement and told we are far away and unable to pick you. i got sms from you list of drivers [protected] vichle no-TS 08 1693 narsing--[protected]--TS-07ub2670 srinivas-[protected]-Ap-28tv 4788 once confiremed my order OLA cabs is responsble for pik the customor in in time and reeach the disitnation as per the shedule .d this is 3rd time happened the same probelm

                                  Unfair pricing by ola cabs

                                  Yesterday olacabs charged Rs 206 for a distance of only 800 meters (0.8 km). This is unfair and unjustified. I will not use olacabs any more nor will ever recommend to anybody.

                                  50% cash back by ola money not received

                                  Yesterday i travelled through ola cab,
                                  The fare was 181, which was automatically paid through my ola money balance.
                                  I was supposed to get 50% cash back on my first payment to ola cab.
                                  But i didn't received the 50% cash back
                                  Please check it & arrange to credit the a mount of 50% cash back into my ola money account.

                                    On 21/3/15, I got an sms saying, Two Ola Auto rides worth Rs 50 Each free on first two rides. I booked an auto (KRN 5202599) to reach a destination on the same day and driver of Auto KA02AD796 asked me to pay the total fare + Rs 10 as convenience charges. Can some body inform is it a routine practice being followed?

                                      This complaint is in regard with the incident that I encountered on the morning of 23rd March, 2015 in Dehradun. I had booked an Ola cab for a pickup from ISBT Dehradun in the morning at 5:30am. Since i had booked the cab from the Ola Cab app, i was able to get all the driver details and his position immediately. The estimated pickup time was 13 mins when i had booked the cab. I called the driver after 15 mins of waiting. The driver very casually asked me to wait 15 mins more since he was far off even when his GPS location showed him at a distance of hardly 10 mins walking. Since i was accompanied by my sister, i decided to wait as it would be unsafe to travel by any other mode at that odd hour. Again i called the driver after 10 mins and scolded him for not moving from his location when the cab was already delayed by more than 30 mins to which the driver rudely suggested that if I wish i can cancel the cab. Since this was the height of my tolerance, i had to cancel the cab and had to take an Auto with my sister, at that odd hour which also costed me 500 rupees more than what the cab would have costed me since i had a promotional coupon and Ola money. What is the point of having such services if they hire such reckless and hostile drivers? I demand effective action asap along with adequate compensation since both my money, my comfort and my security was put to risk.
