Amount deducted from my paytm wallet but not done my electricity bill payment.

I had done bill payment of the msedcl but when i checked bill payment history on mahavitaran website they shows your bill payment not received yet. So i'm calling to mahavitaran customer care and asked about my payment they told me that your bill payment is not paid.
O please help me.

Complaint to paytm

I have returned money from my paytm wallet 15000/_21 dec 2016 but I have not received in bank account I complainted to paytm care many times but the customer care given only one answer that wait 2 day or 3 days but I have been waiting since 8 days but no response and not received amount .please resolve this issue

My account shows 0.0 balance instead of 1800

Dear sir,
I have 1800 rupees in my paytm account. I recharge my mobile number on 22nd dec. 2016 but i don't because i shows session is expired then i login my account but it shows wrong password and then it shows your account is temporarily locked then after 2 hrs i again login then i shows nil 0.0 balance instead of 1800 rupee.
It is first time i am seeing this kind of thing still using paytm ( last 2yrs).

Recharge in Paytm Wallet

I attempted to recharge my Paytm Wallet with a sum of ₹700, by transferring money from my Bank Account on 24th December, 2016. Although the money got deducted from my Bank Account it has not yet been reflected in my Paytm Wallet. The 24×7 Customer Care of Paytm that the money would get credited within 48hrs, but it's been around 3days, still no money has been reflected in my Paytm Wallet. Please see to it that my issue gets resolved asap....

Payment not credited

For your information, one of my bill payment of electricity department Rs 4294/- done on 19th of December vide order no [protected] thorugh Paytm but till date the same not credited to electricity department and electricity department visited my home for disconnect the electricity connection.

Regarding this also lodged 3-4 complaints also via mobile app or via mail but till date no response from Paytm team. even customer care...
