Amount deducted from PayTM wallet, but Zomato showing failed transaction

I had paid Zomato Rs.1116.95 dated on 25th December 8:14pm vide Paytm Ref No: [protected] and Zomato Ref No. 13805670. Amount have been deducted from wallet, but Zomato is showing failed transaction. I asked Zomato for refund and they confirmed refund to Paytm on the same day via TrackID: ZTW16C5028706B7C4F. But the amount is not showing in Paytm Wallet passbook balance. Money not recieved in my bank account

Dear paytm team i am a customer of your mobile wallet service . I have transfered my wallet money of 1000 rupees order id is [protected] and of 600 rupees oder id [protected] on 11th of December but the money had not reached to my bank account although it has been deducted from my paytm wallet
so its my request to you to kindly solve my problem and send my money either to my bank account or my paytm wallet...

Money deducted from bank but not successful order failed shows on paytm,

Dear sir i am using paytm account. Which are [protected]. 2000 deducted from bank and balance not added to wallet and Also shows order are failed. I have mail paytm care many times they are not helped me. It's been more than 5 days, the amount had been deducted from my bank account and they had confirmed it via mail on the registered ID.
They told me that they have refunded the deducted amount to my bank account but i have not received...

No intentions to refund money

Its more than 72 hours im following up for my refund of bill payment and still they replying the same BS on mail you will get a refund in 48hours!..
I had to pay the due date charges as i jad expected to b solved as per their ETRs.
Called up their customer care as well never got call bck...
They r big time fraud.

Untraceable of money transferred to bank from Paytm.

It is to inform you that I have made a transaction of ₹4000 from my paytm account to my linked bank account on 16th December 2016 at 6:14PM with bank txn. Id.[protected] and Paytm wallet txn.Id.[protected]. But it is to inform you that till date I didn't received the amount in my bank account nor it is returned back to my Paytm account. Please let me know the exact status of the amount and when it will be credited to any of my accounts...

Transaction failed but amount get deducted

On nov 9, i paid my mts mblaze [protected] datacard bill rs 863 through paytm. Initially the transaction was declined and tried again, but the bill amount was deducted twice. I raised a request but no proper response and amount was not refunded yet. Its been almost 21 days.

Money debited from bank not credited in Paytm account

On 22nd Dec 2016 Rs 500.oo were transferred by net banking to my paytm account .
I thought to use it and tranfered mony using HDFC net banking debit card.

THe bank transferred the money and debited Rs.500.00 from my account.
I was informed that after some time money would be credited to my Pattm account.

However, till now nothing has bee done by Paytm to credit this amount to paytm or back credit...

Paytm balance nil

I have recd. Rs.9000 from my customer on 24.12.2016. By mistake i have press the button send to bank on 26.12.2016 and my paytm balance show zero balance although i have not registered my bank detail in paytm. How can it happened i surprised. On 24 december I sent 4500rs to my bank account. But I am not receive my amount. I create more than 20 tickets but there is no one cantact me regarding this. I want my money back. Please I request you to help me. I call to my bank but everything is right with your account.This is paytm fault.Worst thing is customer call no there is only computer voice no one there to solve people's problem. My amount of Rs 5000 is not transferred to bank and it is still showing pending and I m in very much in need of that money and I m not getting any response from paytm side as I logged complaint 10 times and it is very irritating and mentally torturing
