Kindly note that Rs 1000 via transaction ID -[protected] dated 19th Dec has been deducted from my paytm wallet ([protected]) whereas the same has not been added to payee's wallet ([protected])

I've reported this several times, however, unable to get any positive response despite multiple follow ups. This has certainly affected my faith on Paytm transactions because the support department seems to be inefficient...

Metro card recharge problem through Paytm

Wallet refund not credited

My transaction Id: [protected] an amount of Rs 2000 was requested to refund into my credit card account. Today it completed 11 days from the request and still it is not reflecting in my credit card account nor in Paytm wallet. The refund status shows as pending in Paytm. Whenever I raise a complaint I will get a reply after two days saying it will be credited within two working days and mail says they working on priority. But nothing happened...

Payment to bank not credited

Hello Team,

I have added the money to the paytm wallet and tried to transfer the amount to the bank today.

Money got deducted from the wallet, but not got credit to the bank account.
The status is showing as 'Pending' in passbook. Could you please revert it back to the wallet or send it to the bank.
