I request you to either make the payment to vaishnav or refund it to my bank.. Waiting for your reply.....

I am ritu deswal from rohtak. I used my uco bank atm to trasfer 19, 000 rupess in my paytm wallet. I tried to pay my lic installement using paytm app but the transaction was not procedded by me. I transfered back the amount of 17, 000 rupees back to my uco bank account on 19th december 2016 and also got a message from paytm on the registered mobile number. But to my surprise the money was not transfered into my account till...

Tickets was booked on 23rd dec. Didn't got tickets at theater. They contacted me that the refunds will be added to your wallet within 24 hours the send me money but failure was occurred by the merchandise.
And after that several times created tickets to contact them but no response or they didn't try to solve the problem.
They should tell when it will be processed....
