I bought Scarlett 3 Seater Velvet Sofa in Berry Red Colour - Casacraft By pepper fry delivered on[protected]

I now find the goods have the following fault:

Stitching of sofa have started coming off after three days and finishing is not as per standard

For same we had raise complain and technical person came with sewing things but we had refused as we have paid money as per standard product if at all product starts faulty within 2-3 days it's not prepared as per standard so we are not at all satisfied with the product

I am trying call them daily and have been sending mails but not one is bothered to revert

I thinks it’s fraud company where there is no supervisor nor team manager
It’s not at all trustworthy company

    Ordered Sofa and Bed before one month Deepawli and was to be delivered before that. But delivery we got after deepawali that too daily reminding and making complaint almost daily. No body knows when delivery will take place. No advance intimation before delivery. Hopeless.

      I received the delivery on 22nd Oct. after lot of followup. on 23rd Oct I requested for return & replacement as product was damaged. Called customer care on 23rd Oct was informed that replacement will be done in two days. Nothing happened. I called again on 27th, was asked to wait for two days more. After several calls and email to cs I informed them to lift the damaged bed and refund the amount. i was promised that it will be picked up in two days and the refund will be initiated one day later. However, despite several calls and email, all I receive are SMSs stating pickup is scheduled on so and so days. But no one turns up. They also provide phone numbers of the person coming to collect. Today also I got a message and when I called the number he informs me that he is in Pepperfry but in located in Lucknow where as my place is in Pali, Maharashtra. Now customer care has stopped responding the my calls. Thomas

        I purchased a watch from pepper-fry but i got very low quality watch and rust in metal so i filed a return they simply denied and told it does not come under there return policy. Very bad service customer care talked very rudely.

          I ordered a wardrobe from pepperfry. The delivery date was 21st October. When I didn't receive the product, I enquired about the product. I was told the product has been delayed and new delivery date is 1st Nov, 2021. When I enquired again on 1st Nov, I was told I'll get before Diwali 4th Nov 2021. When I didn't get it by 5th Nov, I initiated a refund request. I was told to wait 48 hours. After 3 days when I enquired again, I was again told to wait 48 hours. After 2 days when I enquired again, I was again told to wait 48 hours. I am fed up with the service. I intend to complain against the company and take legal action.

            My wife and I ordered for a 3 seater sofa from Pepperfry on 26th Sep for INR 17, 000 with a promised delivery date of 18th October. The sofa was not delivered and neither was there any update on the app. Since then we have been trying to get updates from Pepperfry, but we rarely get any response from the customer service team.

            We were told there was an issue with the quality check, which as per the update on the app has been resolved long back. Post multiple follow ups, we received an update stating that the sofa would be delivered on October 27th. Again, no sofa was delivered. We subsequently received another update stating that we will receive the sofa on 1st November. Again, the sofa was not delivered. We have made multiple calls to the customer support number since then and no one has called back since.

            We now received an email that the sofa will be delivered on 24th November, stating that it has been rescheduled as per our request, when we had not asked for it to be rescheduled. We do not understand the reason for this ridiculous delay - especially considering that the merchant, warehouse and we are all in Bangalore.

            None of the people we have interacted with have been helpful and keep telling us that we will received an update in 24-48 hrs, but it never happens.

            We had returned our rental sofa on 28th October thinking the new sofa will come by then. We have now been without a sofa for close to a month and are not able to see any resolution in sight.

            We have already waited for a long time now and would prefer to have the sofa delivered to us in the next 7 days, as going for a refund would delay the receipt of a new sofa for us even further. However, if Pepperfry is still not able to address our issue, then we would like a full refund and a suitable compensation for the time we have been without a sofa at home.

            Update: We have finally received the sofa on 14th November after numerous follow ups. However, the sofa that we have received is not the same color we ordered. We did not want to return the sofa as we did not know when we would be receiving the correct one. So we have kept it for now. We would however, like for our original order to be fulfilled and the current sofa can be taken back once the correct item is delivered.

              Ordered on 25th Oct delivery was showing in 3 to 4 days, once order confirm it's delaying n delaying, zero customer service and also worst experience ever . As they don't revert or bother to response and not even cancelling the order even I have requested so many times, asking cancellation charges, how fair is this ? They all time keep on buying time n making me fool here I completely feel cheated ...

                I have purchased the Desktop table from this site.
                firstly they changed me 450 rs with the name of assembly fees, which is quite higher.
                and then after calling multiple times to there customer care ( 7-8 times I called and spoke with them) they refused to confirm to send me GST including bill/Invoice.

                  I and my brother rahul sati had order a sofa but we found poor quality so we requested to return the item on the same day but they refused to return but the next day sofa pillows changed by shape due to poor quality stuff, we raised a complaint again via email and chats we didn’t get response back yet ! We value our money and sofa is not worth it ! Customer care is not available on phone call! Chats are found useless, didn’t get reply on email yet! If you guys can see msg here then please help !

                        I ordered two item from pepperfry I.e of 28447, I cancel ed both, they rfund me double amount 55470, , I paid again 20999, total I paid them 49446, they refunded me half amount again they reverse transaction and take refunded amount back, I called them hundreds of time to cancel my order and give me my money back as I paid you
                        They are not responding well and transfer call one to another, they ruined my DIWALI, a girl name nikita do what she want, not even listen costumer, herself cancel some order, keep some order on hold, after that I want to cancel my order and request to refund, she refused to me
                        It was very bad experience

                          Hello,

                          I'm writing this in regards to my order of a queen-size bed (order ID[protected] from Pepperfry, dated 26th November, 2021.

                          I was initially promised delivery within a couple of days, and the bed did arrive. However, because of some missing parts, the bed had to be taken back to the warehouse.

                          I was then informed by Mr. Gautam (from the Resolutions Team) that I'd be receiving my bed in 3 days' time (i.e., 3rd November). However, I'm yet to receive my bed, and there has been no communication regarding the updated delivery after my last call with Pepperfry.

                          Kindly reach out to me and solve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll have to escalate the matter further, as I've already paid the amount for the bed in full, and have been expecting it to be delivered and assembled at the earliest.

                          Reached out to the customer service agent as well twice but no response. This is the saddest experience I have had with pepperfry. I will be posting this issue all over social media to show how unorganized your company is.

                            This is regarding the executive chair which I purchased from pepperfry few month back for work from home work. Sir, I would like to bring in following to your kind attention and expecting for a quicker resolution:

                            1. When chair was delivered and assembled for the first time, I could feel that Chair has some issues and when I pointed out to the technician, he told me to use it and see if problem persists.

                            2. After using for couple of month, I started feeling the pain on my back as chair was bending towards right side whenever I used to sit on it.

                            3. After multiple calls and reminder, technician/carpenter came and after looking at the chair he changed the screw and added padding on the right side. I immediately complained him that now chair is tilting on the left side but then he told me to test it and if problem exists then again talk to customer center. You need to note here - that because of adding padding (sort of washer!), technician has to use a long screw which was not even fitting in the screw grip and was left loose!

                            4. Immediately after this adjustment, I felt chair has become more problematic and hence called the pepperfy again and when I explained everything in details, another carpenter was sent after 4 weeks (after multiple follow-up) and this time when the carpenter saw the chair he told me this is manufacturing problem and cannot be repaired. He talked to his supervisor over the phone and has even taken the video/pics of chair.

                            5. Carpenter told me he is giving the feedback for replacement and I'll get a call within 24 hrs for the same. Today when I called after 3 days since this visit, I was told that feedback is that chair is defective because o[censored]sage and hence cannot be replaced. No details given and also this is opposite of what carpenter told me and also his supervisor in front of me.

                            6. Sir, would request you to please look into the case as I work from home and that's a reason I have purchased an costly executive chair. And how come such a costly branded chair will be defective because o[censored]sage in few months.

                            7. This is utter shamelessness from pepperfry that they intentionally delayed the service and after following up for few months they just called me to inform that they can't do anything even if I go to consumer forum. Right from their customer service to grievance officer - all have demonstrated a poor customer service and have shown very rigid behavior .

                            Pepperfry has totally disappointed with their service. Few days back 4th carpenter came and tried his best to repair the chair. As of now it looks fine but this has happened earlier also as chair started giving problem again after some times. Since its a manufacturing problem and chair is defective from day 1 and somehow pepperfry is trying all things (delay, repair, etc) to avoid taking action on replacement/refund. My escalation is for the REFUND and now I think pepperfry is not at all serious about customer issue and has a very poor after sales service.

                            Sorry looks like you have not read my earlier comments properly. Carpenter has already visited my place. Previous comment, I have written after the carpenter visit only. Now you need to take a call either to refund (my preference) or arrange a replacement. Hoping for a quick resolution of this 4 months long pending issue!!!

                                I ordered a "Multicolor Cotton Shade Traditional Floor Lamp with Black Base by New Era" using pepper fry app on 12th October with order no.[protected]LL1885844-S-PM16556.

                                The item was scheduled to be delivered on 20th October but it is still undelivered till date.

                                No update regarding the delivery of the product has been provided to me yet as for last 14 days it is showing "Unexpected error occured" while tracking the item in Delhivery site.

                                I EXPECTED TO GET IT DELIVERED BEFORE DIWALI BUT AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

                                  I ordered a sofa with pefferfry and the same was confirmed on 4th Oct with delivery date of 29th Oct.

                                  Now after waiting for all a month, today 28th Oct, a day before delivery date, I got the msg that your order is cancelled.. no apologies made by these fraudsters.

                                  I want this sofa before Diwali but now I have no way to get the sofa with Diwali just a week away. I am now waiting for the refund so that I can purchase from somewhere else.

                                    I ordered a single bedsheet which turned out to be poor in quality and also had a logo printed on it which was very much visible when we put it on bed. I raised a return request but no body came to pick it up, after a week i called so the customer care, so they simply denied the return stating some stupid return policies under which my return is not qualified. I am highly disappointed in how they treated such well aware customers, as if we are returning just because of the refund, as i also asked them if it is possible to pls take this one back and i can order another bedsheet with the same amount or by adding additional over and above it. They refused to negotiate with that too! Never will trust these guys again for any of my home decor needs.

                                      Two out of three products that I ordered were damaged and the third was damaging the wall because of the metal finish. Requested Pepperfry to take back all three items because of the poor quality. Also because I was conforming to the refund conditions outlined on their site.

                                      I had requested for refund before the second item was delivered. Took them enough time to go through all deliveries and make that a reason to not accept a return. Apparently metal products are subject to variations. Variations that can totally defy the purpose they are meant for!!!

                                      Need a full refund. Pepperfry, expected better support from your online support. Extremely bad customer experience.
