Stool or hammock?

I bought the woven stool. Used it fir 2 times for not even 5 mins each. It looks like a hammock now!! The response from them-we can't do anything about it. Such poor quality, aweful customer service. I want it returned as it is useless for me now. No one can sit on it!!...

No refund Pickup for Wrong Product

Promotional credits issue

I was given a credit of 1001 Pepperfry wallet points under their promotions. I ordered a table for rs 1386 out of which 1001 got redeemed and rest I paid out of my pocket. Unfortunately the table received was broken from a corner and hence I raised a complaint for return. Order issues

I had placed an order on 6th Jan, after payment it is not showing the order details in my orders as well no email no message received. None of the agent is helping me they say they don't see the transaction but the bank has conformed payment and transaction details for the same. As per above I purchased a blue carpet from pepperfry as above. The product was low quailty and blue turned violet in some areas. The company rejected my return request saying photos look ok. At they should have compared the photos. Seems like catridge ran out while printing the carpet. Refund , overcharging & Fraud
