    I made an order from pepperfry on the 23rd of December 2021 for a 6 seater sofa set in the green colour. The sofa was delivered on January 12th 2022 and immediately i realised that it wasn’t the colour that was advertised.

    The colour i ordered was a dark green (or so i thought) as it was the colour given in the product description. When the sofa was delivered, it turned out to be a very inferior and bright green colour which...

        Against my Order No[protected] INR 1349
        Pepperfry delivered a defective & dented product, the refund is still pending
        Secondly in my second order no[protected] the website display price post discount was 2563 INR but they charged me 2958 INR &auto deducted my wallet money ! The case involves cheating by not refunding against defective products, overcharging & deceiving price & without consumers consent deducting their money
        Aside I have written 7 emails & tried to contact them over social media & call but there has been no response, it’s been 7 days

          Your marketing gimmick is extremely attractive but your services are EXTREMELY PATHETIC.
          After being unheard on multipl platforms like providing multiple feedbacks on your website product and calls on your just-a-missedcall number, I have to take it up here on Facebook just hear back from you.
          I had purchased a dressing table from Pepperfry, it was delivered to me on 9th Jan. During purchase I was charged 449INR for assembly as the mirror of the dressing table needs to be fitted on the wall but Pepperfry didnot arrange any carpenter for the assembly within 24 hours. I had to call several times on the just a missed call number several times for almost 1 week and I had to put my complaint on consumer forum, then they managed to send a carpenter for assembly.
          But again this carpenter didnot have enough tools to carry out the assembly of the product. Since 11 days the product remains unassembled .
          Still there is no reply from the Pepperfry customer care. A carpenter owning a small shop is more professional than the fake-hyped companies like Pepperfry.
          It is very annoying and sheer waste of money to trust brands like Pepperfry. You pay no heed to the concerns of the customer and even donot adhere to the promised services which come along with the product and the huge cost that the customer pays.
          I would certainly discourage people to never go for a brand like Pepperfry.

                Not accepting the return of the prepaid product which I purchased online

                I purchased a carpet with order number[protected].
                The carpet was so thin and slippery.
                We were slipping off. It is not at all serving my purpose and hence planned to return it.
                But they are not ready to accept the return.
                How can we even judge a product by buying online, the material is so bad. What should I even do with the product of it's not serving my purpose ??

                I have got incomplete order delivered on 12th Jan against an order raised 26th December. The carpenter who came for installation has to say that item is missing to complete the installation. Since then I am following my making multiple calls and emails but it's ridiculous that the team does not bother to respond. hence decided to return this item and you have to pay the actual amount, not the discount amount.

                The carpenter Raghavendra has to say that he already posted the required details in the group but no response even he recieved.

                  Study table deliver by pepperfry against order number[protected] was incomplete and Pperfry is not respondi g on same.

                  I have raised the complaint on same day but they have still not closed the issue.

                  Purchase done on 16 Jan 22.

                    Since no carpenter service has been provided and it's more than 3 days also no response for the customer care calls other than automated voice notes, hence placed return request, I cannot waste my time running behind this. Even getting product from a local store will provide better service than pepperfry

                      Hi Team,

                      This is my second complaint on the same order. Earlier no assembly was provided by Pepperfry despite calling 4-5 times daily since 1 week. Now after one complaint they managed to send a carpenter for assembly but again the carpenter did not have enough tools to carry out the assembly. My order is lying without any use since 10 days.

                      Now when I called the carpenter he mentioned he does not have drilling machine available with him. On 16th Jan, he said he will come next day i.e. 17th Jan and now today on 17th Jan he says that his senior has said, leave it till we get a drilling machine available.

                      This is extremely bizarre and unexpected by a brand like Pepperfry. I would never recommended Pepperfry to any one for such poor services.

                      I would needed the assembly of the dressing table to be carried out today itself.

                        I had ordered a table on 21st December 2021. The shipping date was mentioned as 5th January 2022 and 11Jan was the supposed delivery date. When there was no shipping update till the 8TH Jan, I called customer care and they responded to me (over email) saying that product has been shipped but I was suspicious because no shipping detail was provided. Also my order status hadnt changed. I called again on 11th January and I was told that the product is ready and will be shipped in the next 24hrs, if not they would cancell my order and give me a refund. AFter this point, I got no correspondence from them and customer care has stopped responding to my calls or emails. Please help me get a refund, will be very grateful.                             No carpenter assembly even after charging 499 INR for assembly

                            Hi Team,

                            I ordered a dressing table worth rupees 35K from pepperfry. It was delivered on 09th Jan'22 but no carpenter has come for assembly yet. Inspite of calling multiple times on customer care number I have not received call back in 15 mins. Also pepperfry have charged 499 INR for carpenter assembly with in 24 hours of delivery but no one has yet come for the same.

                            Kindly send a carpenter as soon as possible....

                            I have registered an exchange for size of this mattress on 2 Jan 2022. I need a 78x72 size mattress. My case has been assigned to Sunish M and I got a reply from him on 5 Jan asking for images of the product. I replied to it immediately on the same day with all the relevant images as per his email. Since then I haven't got a single reply yet even after multiple reminders. The customer contact number is a "missed call only" number and I never get a call back after I have initiated the above product return. Seems like public naming and shaming on social media is the only way to get companies to respond and act on customer resolution.

                              With reference to order ID[protected] dated 06-Jan-2022. We have placed 3 products online at pepper fry and payment was done for the amount Rs. 5, 497. After payment we have received any order booking e-mail or reference invoice copy. While we track status of our product on 10th Jan we found that 1 product has got delivered at Kolkatta and 2nd product at Jaipur, 3rd product is yet to ship out. We are ontinously to reach customer care number [protected], but there is reply call back and while we try to connect pep messenger to register suggestion them also we don't get clear status as to how we can resolve the problem. Request to please take our complaint and let us know whether our product can be delivered at shipping address.

                              Hello Pepper Fry team, Is there any update to my complaint. Whether can I receive my wrong delivered product at my shipping bill. Today we discussed with Ekart and Ecom team and they suggest to discuss with pepperfry only since they delivered the product as per pepperfry instruction at Kolkatta and Jaipur instead of shipping address mentioned for delivery at Chennai. If possible I would request customer team to call at my mobile no for better clarification [protected].

                                I ordered a queen size bed from pepperfry. When i received it the wood quality is pathetic and the storage cover are of very low quality MDF wood. They have fixed it like particle board. The design at the backrest is misaligned.
                                I have been calling them but no repsonse. There carpenter visited and reported back to their office that product is in good condition.

                                There has been no response to my query. a60k they took for this product which is not worth even 22k.

                                  I ordered duke dining chairs on 21 Dec and received defective chairs on 5th Jan which I refused to accept. Since then it has been a horror story. The customer care is not responding to my calls/chats or emails. There is no update on the delivery status on Pepperfry app. I have no way of knowing whether I going to get these chairs or a refund. Have tried reaching out to their social media handles but got same standard apathetic response
