I placed order on 20th Jan for a dressing table which was supposed to be delivered between 6th to 8th of feb. However as per the tracking detail the order is still lying in bangalore wharehouse from 27th of January. They gave me two reasons for not delivering the product. 1. manpower issues. 2. elections. Both reasons are so absurd and pathetic.

However I have been talking to their executive every now and then and nobody has a clue where is the product not they are following up on the same. one of the executive even threatened me telling that if I need product in one piece without any breakage then I need to wait for it.

other executive told me that the product will be shipped in 2to 3 days but still not shipped. nobody is bothered or following up with me. I have sent many emails regarding the same. and when they call me they are very rude to me and they dont give a resolution.

Please help me to get this order it was supposed to be gift for my mother.

      I had selected three items and was told the prices will be stable till 27th jan. When I went to give the cheque, the prices were up by Rs5, 000/-. I had to get back to my office (as it is on company account) and get my cheque amount revised, which took 10 days. Yesterday, when I went back to Pepperfry to hand over the cheque, I was told that the prices have further gone up by Rs 4000/-. My bill is already Rs. 85, 000/- and the my office is not going to revise the amount one more time. Please consider my request and consider the earlier rates.

        I am yet to receive this order worth Rs.5000 from Pepperfry. I have followed up with customer care at least 11 times in the past one month. The customer care reps are saying there has been repeated attempts at delivery, and they haven't been able to reach me. This is completely false as I received an SMS only once for delivery of 1 of 5 products I place an order for. I was unable to take delivery that day. Since then I have followed up 11 times and always been promised delivery within 48 hours. Everytime I call they give me a different reason, address is not right, Bangalore warehouse is having issues. I want to go to consumer court now

        I am giving one star for them as I am not able to give less than that, these guys are pathetic. There was no information given on estimated shipping time until you pay the money, once you paid then the screen comes out and says 40 days. In this fast world you take 40 days to deliver a product. Guys please spread the word in social media I have already started the campaign about these bogus online shopping sites.

          Please refrain yourself from buying products from pepperfry.
          I have bought 4 different furniture from pepperfry. Out of the 4 product one was absolutely wrongly delivered with order id as[protected]. During the time of delivery it was behaving like one of the best online companies. Their services were very good an on time. But when I asked for the refund for the wrongly delivered product they were performing several negotiations with me. But I have no choice the delivered furniture was not going with my decor.

          They agreed with the fact that it was a wrongly delivered product. They were providing me several dates of taking the product back but was not actually doing. Then after 1 month of waiting they finally took my product back. But when then returned me the money back they provided me a meager amount of money which was much less than my purchase price. But when I again ordered for the product I had to pay actually much higher for the product. I called several times to the helpline number but they did not provide me any explanation why I got lesser amount of money but they said we will respond within 24 hours but the call never came to me. Still awaiting for their response since 20 days. They embarrassed me a lot.

          The customer care agent are very polite but is ineffective. Commits several things but does nothing. Currently the product which I ordered again is costing me 5000 Rs more than the previous one due to their fault. Shame on pepperfry for cheating people like this.

            I have booked the clock with Order number is #[protected]
            The clock given to me is in complete shabby condition. It have spot marks all over the clock. It is not new clock. There was no packing done during supply. we have not received the original cover of clock.
            This is my first experience to trade with pepperfry and I am sorry to say that experience was quite horrible.
            I have registered complaint to pepperfry but no rsponse received till date.

              I purchased a double king bed and dining table from pepperfry. Since 19th Jan, 2016 I am getting call about delivery of the product but nothing got delivered till today.I scheduled delivery atleast 10 times, i was promised atlest 10 times that next day it is going to be delivered but no use. They do not deliver before 10 am. they do not deliver after 6 pm. They do not deliver on scheduled date/weekend/holidays. So basically once you order, you have to quit your job and sit at home because they will not come at scheduled time and they make sure to show up when you inform that you are not available so that they can say that they already attempted 2-3 times. There is no escalation matrix. Customer care is rude and make false promises. I dont know what to do. Please advise if asny legal action can be taken against pepperfry for spoiling my time/money as they are not going to refund any interest on the payment done.My mail id is purn.[protected]@gmail.com. Please help.

              I have already escalated this issue many time still no update. (EC[protected]EC-422662)
              I am still waiting for any action form pepperfry. It is very sad that even after posting complaint over here no actual benefit.only fake promises from pepperfry.
              My Bed is still not delivered. Pepperfry has pathetic service and customer care. People from CEO office are also same.
              No use of escalation/ complaint. They give fake timelines and never follow it. My suggestion is that never use pepperfry. I have never seen such useless people. I posted this complaint long back but seems like they dont care about it.

                Refer my order number[protected]. Ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa, paid nearly a lakh rupee 45 days back. 2 seater delivered 2-3 weeks ago. 3 seater was dispatched from Mumbai 21 days back and as per pepperfry it is still not reached chennai

                Lie 1; 2 days back pepperfry custoemr care confirmed material reached chennai 5 days ago. So now it is 1 week since material is lying in chennal as on today

                I callled pepperfry customer care 10 days ago and they promised they shall try delivery by january 25th .

                I again called pepperfry on January 2nd and they said material is lying in chennnai but we cannot deliver for some reasons (though i paid full money 45 days back). they promised to call back and update

                meanwhile i send mails to pepperfry, no calls from them, no answers

                today called pepperfry again. A Rude guy answered and he said promised delivery date is after 5 days. So even if material has reached chennai, or even at my door step, they are not obliged to deliver it in my house as they still have 5 more days to keep the item with them. The Funny rude guy said upon asking that there are no senior people in pepperfry with whom i can raise my issue with.

                1. ON the one hand, they put an extended delivery date even after taking advance cash
                2. even after putting an extended delivery date, they still cannot live up to delighting a customer
                3.Arrogance displayed by their ""Customer disservice"" team is unbelievable. Instead of sorting issues and gaining customer confidence, they were rude and arrogant

                And the best thing is i placed a similar order on urban ladder on the same day, urban ladder gave me COD, they delivered items 2 weeks back, they dont even give such extended delivery dates as well. The comparison is as clear as broad day light

                  I have ordered a book case which cost 4700 from pepperfry on Jan 6, 2016. They have assured delivery before Jan 27, 2016. Now its Feb 3 and still they say it will be delivered soon. Pathetic costumer service and there is no toll free number for this site. Every time they put u on hold and give the same response. I am fed up with this people and writing complaint.

                    I have purchased one dinning set from pepperfry. at the time of delivery there were fine cracks all over the table. i was a fool that i had fallen in trap of their manager. i was sent a carpentor. he did some polishing after which table appeared fine. so i didnot return it. fool im. no doubt. now after just few months the tablle developed huge cracks all over. the wood everywhere is tearing apart. so many cracks that its irrepairable. called customer care they said they cant do anything as i have crossed 30 days return period. the product is in warranty period but still they said they cant do anything now. then what is gthe meaning of warranty. very poor services. selling such poor quality products. sure pepperfry will close one day. it doesnt deserve customers at all. they are earning by foolinf customers.

                        I placed an order for the above product with the online shopping (marketplace) pepperfry.com on 08/10/2015. For which I have an email and sms confirmation. On 10th I received a message by sms stating the product will be delivered by Mr. Prahlad Khandagle mentioning his contact. Evening when I reached home from office i found out that the product delivered was an incorrect product, it was 9.00 pm I called up customer service and briefed him about the same, he refused taking the complaint stating that the complaint has to be through mail and he would require the images of the product received This was on 10th Oct Saturday. Monday I mailed the complaint on [protected]@pepperfry.com with a cc to [protected]@pepperfry.com along with images. I did not receive a reply, the next day evening I was forced to call the customer service, who bluntly declined of receiving any such complaint. After a couple of communication, today I received a final reply from them stating they will not deliver the order I have placed for and they are giving me 2 options (1) either take what I have received and difference amount they will refund (2) they will collect already delivered product in 3 days time, and within 8-10 days time they will credit the amount into my account Till date i have not received any reply on the above, moreover; The EMI with interest is already being deducted from my bank account. The wrong product which they have delivered is still lying at our home, which since two month, every day we clean house, the same has to shifted, being heavy, my wife has already strained her back. The shelf which should have been received before Diwali Festival, so that we could place our TV, is still kept on the floor, as we are not sure.

                          This is with utter frustration that i am writing this that my first experience with pepperfry has been pathetic. Even after waiting patiently for multiple times when I was promised that a new airway bill number will be shared it has not been done so.The customer service center is so hopeless that they do not allow to speak to a senior person. I have placed the order on 21st Dec 15 and was issued a wrong airway bill number. To my astonishment the product is being shown as delivered on 31st Dec 15..although the customer service center have been confirming that the product is not delivered and i should be ignoring the status. The complaint number 01105250 has been lodged for so many days but the pathetic response time and no different approach being taken by unprofessional staff has not done anything to resolve except for writing mails to a department which never responds. This is totally unprofessional and I demand the damages. I would be forced to go to consumer court now if i do not get the resolution.

                            Pepperfry has been delaying the refund of my money for the return raised for one of their items purchased by me. As per their policy, the refund process should be initiated within 24 hours of the customer raising the request, however it has been 2 weeks now and still they are not initiating the process. Every-time I speak to them through phone, chat and email, they revert by stating that the return has not been initiated by me as there is no such order no. mentioned in their return queue. I further sent them the screenshot of the return raised by me and the photo of the product, even so they still revert stating that I need to follow the steps required to raise the return. I am unable to follow the steps on their website again as the return link has been greyed out, that happens when the return is raised by the customer first time. The screenshot clearly shows that. I have sent those emails but chatted with them and every time after I prove that I have followed the steps, the chat representative commits that they will initiate the return process, however nothing happens and have to prove and make them understand in every chat on daily basis. The reason for returning the product is the fact that it is little different than what is shown on the website, stitching is unclean, shabby looking, difficulty in using it and no finesse at all.

                            Some one working under CEO called me on 30th Dec and gave me commitment that within 3 working days the product will be picked and then the refund will be initiated. I have been following up with them since then however they have not picked up the product and my money is still blocked with them.
                            Their Pick-up guys called me at 10 PM at night on 2nd Jan asking if they can pick-up the product. When I informed them that if I get another call at late night, I will report to the police (as this was the second time their guys were calling me late night), then it stopped. I informed them that the pick-up has to be done before 12.00 PM afternoon as no-one is available after that, however the guys call me everyday in the evening asking if they can pick-up then.


                            I have sent email to the guy who said that he works under the CEO however I do not see any efforts by Pepperfry to return my money even after committing to it.

                            Pepperfry should keep their apologies as I don't need rather I need my money back at the earliest.

                              They promised delivery at least 5 times and we came back from office. Then nobody turned up. Even after raising a request for delivery after 6 pm they come at 10 and call saying we reached. We are not sure what will happen if there is some issue with the bed..

                                Pepperfry provides one year warranty on the product. When called pepperfry for service, they sent a carpenter and who confirmed that the sofa cannot be repaired as it is a single piece sofa. After that there is no response from pepperfry. The say "if the product cannot be repaired they cannot do anything" even if is falling under warranty ? Then what about the warranty they advertise. i have the phone conversation saved . Please help to resolve this complaint.

                                    Hi From Pepperfry.com, We bought a " Crescent Queen-size Bed with Box Storage in Dark Acasia Finish by Spacewood " for Rs.14, 000 something during last September. It was fixed by their carpenter only. It was good for first month and after days pass, it started making sounds evenif we move during sleep. Actually We had a double bed. We bought this new bed for extra space, for our new born little girl. Whenever the bed makes sound, she wakes and cries. This new bought product is now making sound like 50 years old bed. Every night I heartfuly scold this pepperfry.com . It's not fit for the word, " Happy Furniture to you ". I just want to raise a complaint against this fake product sellers.

                                      Hi, This is about order no[protected] of a pepperfry order that had two items one a bed another a wardrobe .The wardrobe was cancelled due to delay in delivery.But still thr order arrived at the doorstep.Pepperfry is not taking back the product.As the amount is prepaid i need it to be cancelled and emaining amount refunded to my account Regards Ratheesh Parassery

                                        Dear All, Peppefry throws pepper in your eye, and makes you cry They provide a six-month warranty, which they do not honor. They provided substandard sofa which has started giving way in 3 months. When I contacted their customer care, they said they can't do anything about it. If you want take a 50% refund or find a sofa repair shop, and get the repair amount reimbursed
