Hi, My order number #[protected], wherein I ordered a k27 Barbeque station on 19th October 2015 and the delivery was suppose to happen on 27th october 2015. Till date the material has not been delivered, I must have called 30 times to the customer care to know the whereabout of the product but did not get a proper response. Now When I asked for a refund, they say the product was delivered in Delhi by Gati and they are waiting for a proof of delivery before they can start a refund. The interesting thing is I stay in Gurgaon and the delivery address was also of Gurgaon yet Gati delivered the product in Delhi !!. It seems like pepper fry is making a fool of customer. Every time we call they say they will get back in 48 hours but nobody calls. Also they say they don't have an escalation matrix and cannot share their superiors mail IDs. I request the forum to help me with the reply from pepper fry team and also a refund Vinu vinu.[protected]@gmail.com

      I ordered bedroom set on 4th October-order no:[protected], whenever i will try to contact customer service they always tell within 24 to 48 hrs you will get the update, thats all.Same answer on every day.They don't give the money.Their idea is first collect the money and then invested on other business, customers are ...Actually this is very big trap!!

      After one month i requested to refund my money, same reply from them.

      We are sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this and please be informed our team is following up with the Warehouse team on this however we are awaiting an update with details of the delay. We have notified the relevant team of the same and you will get an update from our end within 24 to 48 hours.

      One person called me on morning and told that he is calling from Pepperfry and he will arrange the money refund through ATM transfer.After that i was contact the pepperfry and they told that no one called from there.So people please be carefull some persons trying to misuse this situation.

        We have ordered one king size bed Name - Hawana king size vide order id no;[protected] dtd 12.10.2015 and paid Rs 31462.00
        we reminded on 26th oct 2015 for delivery and got a massage from papperfry customer care that the bed got damaged and complete amount will be refunded in one week time.
        we called today to customer care again getting same answer.

          Whenever I called pepperfry customer care at their number[protected], their reply (after the date of 28th October 2015, the original date of delivery) they kept asking me for two more days or 48 hrs. with the result the product remains undelivered till now. I have taken all original papers and even while talking to pepperfry on their above number TODAY i.e. 12th November 2015, their idiotic response was that because of a holiday today (for a private company!!! very surprising), today only being Govardhan Pooja, they cannot deliver the product to me. They conveniently sidestepped their responsibility of all the working days they had till yesterday i.e. 11th Nov. 2015 - which was Deepavali day which I can accept as being a holiday and do not expect them to work on that major holiday. But what about rest of the working days. I work in Central Govt. and we have restricted holidays like today (in which staff are only free to take leave, but it is a working day like all other normal working days), but the excuse being given that they cannot deliver it today is not acceptable, for they are a private company and do not work like the Government offices. I am preparing to take pepperfry to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum.

            First of all i am not in a mood to type good words. My order is to keep something on the product i ordered, but i could keep that product inside my office bag. So i have called for return, but they are asking whether the product is damaged and they declined the return. I have spoken with customer care who is not responding properly with customer. I asked them to take product back without money back. After that also they are saying "it will cost courier charge better you give as gift to someone". Damn sure the site will be closed soon on irrelevant product providing on their site. Don't go to the site!!!:(

              MY ORDER ID[protected]

              I booked one Cloth Dryer on 23rd October 2015 which is scheduled to be delivered by 4th Nov 2015. After getting no updates on shipment/ready to shipped I asked customer care about delivery status on 2nd Nov. I was informed it has reached my city and will be delivered on or before 4th Nov. Since then I have made atleast 5-7 calls and getting same story everyday "Our person will get back to you in 48 hours". I called up SafeExpress to check actual status, and came to know the product will not reach me before 19th Nov 2015.

              ITS A TOTAL CASE OF FAILING TO DELIVER PRODUCT ON TIME, ALSO THEY ARE GIVING FALSE INFORMATION BY SAYING PRODUCT HAS ALREADY REACHED MY CITY.

                This is for your kind information, I had placed an First time order from Pepperfry App.

                For me its a very bad experience.
                I really regret the pepperfry services.

                While placing the order it shows that order shall be delivered by 9th Nov. But, after confirmation of order date change to 11th Nov.
                Now, when we are tracking it is showing the new delivery date as 14 Nov.

                We had asked the Customer Service for the same. There is very poor response.

                As per schedule delivery it has to dispatched by 5th Nov.
                But, it is showing as QC completed and packaging by 6th Nov.
                Today is 9th Nov, still it is not ship.
                Schedule shipping date was 5th Nov.

                Please look into the matter and dispatch the ordered item to have an on time delivery by 11th Nov.

                  I had ordered a whole set of furniture's through pepper fry vide order no[protected] except for one product all the balance products had complaints and now initiated a cash back for 4 products i need to wait for another 10 days for cash back and not able to procure the items due to no immediate cash back one of the order was totally different shown in picture - coffee table i had asked the team to look into supply vendor and no feedback on the same The team needs to understand we order for festival and amount of calls i have made and explained over and over again is taxing why should we go for online and why is the quality not maintained i have spent my time and money in calling the customer care and after repetitive reminders they call back with no proper justification why cant the team look into this seriously, i would not recommend anyone for pepper fry

                      I had an order with Pepperfry for a shoe cabinet and a three door wardrobe. Before placing the order, I had confirmed with their team about delivery of the products post 7.30 pm, since that is when I return from work and nobody else is available at the place in the meantime. After the above mentioned confirmation, I had made the order and delivery was scheduled for both items before 25th Oct. However, on request they changed it to 26th Oct. However, the delivery was delayed by 1 whole week, because they refused to make delivery on weekdays after 7 pm. Morever, I agreed for the delivery n weekends, since their problem seemed genuine. But they failed to deliver the products on the weekend too. Finally, I had to inconvenience my Houseowner to come and open the house for them to deliver it according to their convenience. After the delivery, I ordered an assembly request immediately for the next day for both the products which was again confirmed. However, they failed to deliver on their commitment again for 2 straight days. And assembly was done only on Friday. To top it all, during assembly, I found out that the lock the of the wardrobe was missing and hence assembly could not be completed. I then had to call and request for repair again. This was my first time experience with pepperfry and it was horrible. I would not recommend this for costumers who are in urgency or who have specific time requirements for delivery. I would suggest the pepperfry team to improve their services, or they will lose a lot of potential costumers extremely fast in today's high competitive market.

                        I have ordered 4 items from pepperfry on 18th October i have received 3 items (that also after chasing them) but still waiting for one item-shoe rack. After chasing them almost 2-3 weeks i decided to cancel the product and i did so on 3rd November and as per pepperfry i should have got a update/confirmation in 24 hrs but 3 days has gone and i am still waiting for any update or progress on cancellation request. Each time i will call them they will give me a different update and today on 4th November when i called them they said that they haven't got any update from there warehouse whether the product has returned to warehouse ..are you serious you are saying that the product is out somewhere but not in warehouse and as i can track it online its showing Reached @ Distribution Center on 24th October 2015. First i have to chase them because they cant deliver the product on time now again i have to chase them for refund because the product is not in warehouse. Kindly do the needful.                           I placed half a dozen orders with Pepperfry, however I am shocked to see the utter disregard for decency towards customers.The Fablooms PVC boxes were nothing but bags made of paper thin cheap plastic which tore the first time I picked it up.I also ordered for 2 wardrobes of 2 and 3 doors vide order nos.[protected] and[protected] and paid upfront while ordering.After nearly 2 weeks the shipment consisting of 6 huge boxes were delivered to me and I asked them to leave it in my backyard as it cannot be possibly kept indoors due to the large volume.Despite numerous calls and mails Pepperfry did not send anyone to assemble the said order despite promising before the order was placed.To add to this sheer harassment they have not had the decency to return my calls or acknowledge my mails .I have asked for return of the order which is of no use to me but again they don't seem to care and refuse to reply.In today's times how can such a fraudulent company exist.

                          Broken furniture delivered by you cannot be assembled even by your own carpenter.Sheer waste of money, energy and time dealing with such a horrible company.Please clear all the pieces of broken furniture from my home and refund my money with interest for the time u used it.Wish your company doesn't see the lights of the next Diwali after fooling customers big time.
                          What assembly is possible on a badly damaged product ? Your carpenter opened the sealed boxes and found many parts damaged.Ordering on Pepperfry means inviting trouble big time.So now I have my hard earned money lying in the form of broken pieces of wood in my house.HAPPY DIWALI TO ME !!!

                              With great pain, we are writing this email for exposing this pepperfry.com pathetic customer care and delivery system as they are continuously running advertisement so there will be many others people also like us who would have become trapped and going to become in future. we ordered through order no.[protected] a tv cabinet however followed them continuously by phone & email but first they said that it's in mumbai warehouse which should take hardly few hours or 1 day to deliver pune however after continuous follow up to their customer care, we got mentioned below email on 30th October that they will refund our money back if they will be unable to deliver till 31st October but still till today there is again they are just promising to deliver our order instead of refunding our money. and only promise, no mentioning of delivery schedule or anything related to it... we just moved to new residence and kept tv on floor as waiting for tv cabinet to use. It's not only the money we paid but the harassment going through as we need to follow them by phone calls and emails continuously and most of the time their customer care put us on hold for long time and then come up with same message that our order is lying in mumbai warehouse. we now feel that they are playing with us and not serious to take care the customer or not having the capacity to handle such a delivery system. we only wish to spread awareness and expose their approach to people who might be going to buy their product online and then suffered like us. trialling emails: herewith also pls go through trialling email with pepperfry customer care and our order detail as a proof. regards, Lata / Deepak Sundrani Cell: [protected] / [protected] PUNE.                                   We ordered a mintwud cupboard a week ago.
                                  The carpenters came in today.
                                  The package came safely.
                                  However, the so called carpenters totally totally screwed the cuipboard.
                                  Planks were joined in opposite directions.
                                  Planks were nailed and then torn out to refix correctly.
                                  Screws were slipped.
                                  The quality and knowledge of their work was absolutely poor!!!
                                  What a shame pepperfry!!! Sad! It should call itself bhejafry.

                                    I ordered on Pepperfry on 20th Oct 2015. Received the product of low quality and not complying to specifications.
                                    Their executives deny any return of the product. Have initiated return of the product online but there is no information from them though they boast that you will get a call in 24 Hours.
                                    Horrifying experience.. will take further.

                                      My Order No.[protected] and i received this order on12 August within one month wardrobe plywood is broken. The screws are loose and faling apart. Door allignment is lost and they do not close. I never expected such poor quality of work from pepperfry. they are selling cheap and poor quality product in website.

                                        I had ordered a console table on 29th sept which after some 100 follow up calls was delivered on 31st oct.. Order number is[protected]. Around mid October I was told that the colour I ordered is not there and a different vendor can give it in a different colour if I want...to which I said NO. Next day I get a call and told that the colour I ordered is available now and I will get it in the same colour I ordered.

                                        Upon delivery I have noticed that:
                                        1. The colour of the table is not the same which I ordered. This means that I was lied to when they said the colour I ordered is available and they actually sent the different colour which they were referring to.
                                        2. On the website it's written that primary material of the table is mango wood and weight of the table is 55 kg. when I weighed it at my end, it's found that the weight is 18.9 kgs. This clearly means that it's made of really really cheap quality.

                                        Pepperfry has clearly cheated me. I really want to take legal action against them. They made a joke of the order.
