broken porcelain in delivered pasta, no replacement sent

I ordered veg pasta arrabiatta from Pizza Hut in Janpath, and after a few bites discovered that there was a large (knuckle size) piece of porcelain in my pasta. I called Pizza Hut and they said they would send a replacement. Forty minutes later no food had arrived. So I called again and they said they couldn't trace my order. Shameful standards of service, I will never order from them again.

10% service charge

hey have charged me more tax on my bill.
My bill was:-
Sub total =632.00
Service Charge 10% =63.20
VAT @12 % =86.90
Total =782.00
They are charging high taxes from the customers.
kindly take some action on this issue ASAP....

Can Pizza Hut charge Service charge and Vat charges both?
My Bill :-
Sub Total 632.00
Service Charge @ 10% 63.20
VAT @ 12.50 % 86.90
Total =782.00
They are charging more from the customers.

Incorrect billing - double swipe credit card

It was May 18 2010we went to pizza hut in ashok nagar and had pizza with my friends it was my treat and i paid it via credit card for the amount of Rs.3414. after a week (27-May-2010) back i was quite a surprised by the online statement it was swiped twice (3414 x 2). Cheap Pizza delivered for higher price

I had ordered for a Veg Exotica Medium pizza from Pizza Hut Bangalore on 16 April 2010 evening. This is priced at 315 rupees plus tax. The item they delivered was Simply Veg medium, priced at 175 rupees. The delivery boy mentioned Veg Exotica and I didnt bother to open the box and check before he left. On 19/03/2010 we ordered vegetarian and non vegetarian pizza’s from Pizza Hut. The bill number was: 93755.

Cockroach in my pizza (Pizza Hut)

Was shocked to see a cockroach in my pizza (Pizza Hut). Don’t know how many I ate before I discovered the last one in their family. Immediately after I made a complaint call the same delivery guy knocked my door and this time he looked petrified. Gave him the box with the Pizza and Cockroach and took a snap.
The Cockroach in the Pizza may not be intentional. But negligence is also crime and punishable....
