Yesterday i.e 19th oct 2013 was my son's b'day celebration at your pizza hut mindspace, malad west, mumbai branch...what a horrible experience i should say... Right from the beginning to the end a very disorganised team...had no host to the party as promised...a very rude and arrogant floor manager, the decor that was provided by me, was happening alongwith the guests coming in...and the cleaning with a dirty mop kept to welcome...

Wong Information

Very poor service and dont value the customer. We went to Pizza hut at Kandivali thakur village with the offer pamphlet received us. We were standing to give our order for almost 20 minutes and when we gave our order with the offer mentioned in pamphlet they told us that this offer is not available with us and told us to call at 39883988 to avail that order. The company is making huge advertisement of the offer and they don't even coordinate...

I placed an order for delivery on 1st of oct 2013 at 8:15 P.M., but I didn't the delivery until 9:15 P.M...Later I called up the guys and came to know that my oder is not yet out for delivery...the guy then said that the Store Manager would call me in another 2 mins...Unfortunately no soul called me... My name is Prateek. i went to pizza hut, Ludhiana on 16 September 2013. they made a bill of Rs.2829. I paid my bill by my credit card. The bill was wrong. They had charged me extra. i talked to them. they again made my bill of Rs.2157. then they again asked me to pay my bill of Rs2157 saying that they will void my money of the first bill. so i again payed my second bill using my credit card. so they in total took Rs2829 + Rs.2157 from me....

Food Quality and the Bill Amount

I would like to share my experience with pizza hut services. We have opted for 3 non-veg 129/- weekday special 3 course meal,that comprises of:- 1 Pizza (Chicken) ,Garlic Bread and Cold Drink. The quality of the pizza was not upto the mark. It was hard to find a piece of chicken in the so called "chicken pizza". Poor home Delivery Services

The order is taken on phone at 8.02 pm on 15 sept .delivery promised at 8.30 pm.we had called on central no. Order no 8937. At 8.40 pm , we call up again ,promising to deliver in 5 min. Worst service and dumb persons at phone order booking
