atm debited money twice

From last one month i am hunting to get my money back. I debited 10000 rs through atm on 20 june 2018 at about 8:18 pm and got the money but. Again at around 8;24 pm same day i got another msg of deduction of 10000.
I only got 10000 rs but 20000 rs has been deducted from my account moreover funniest part is i was not thr in the atm when i got the second msg at around 8;24 pm.
Thrice i filed the complaint but of no use this...

refund for amazon

Sir i had cancelled an item that i paid online on amazon, they gave me a reference no-275314 and said that the refund has been iniated in my account but nothing has done so far, they told me that the reference no is generated by bank when your refund had process and contact your bank for further support but even my bank isnt replying with a satisfactory answer what do i do...

refund from paytm not received yet

I shopped from paytm on 14th july for 705rs.. the money got deducted but paytm did not receive the amount. When contacted they said bank will take 7-14days to refund it but i haven't received my money. Paytm said they never received the amount but the money was deducted from my account and it must be stuck in banking system. Please escalate my refund as soon as possible....

not filing of charge dispute

Dear sir, in my account rs 8980 is refund money of my purchasing is credited by amazon india at 11/07/2018 . Which should be reflect in my account 16/07/2018 . Many times i called customer services of punjab national with refund reference no[protected] but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file. cheque clearing

Pl send me rules for returning of cheque.
When the cheque is presented in clearing in the bank to be debited to certain a/c which has less balance at the time of presentation of cheque i.E. On 1.00pm
but at 2.00 pm that certain account is credited with sufficient funds to clear the cheque,
the official concerned at clearing desk return the cheque showing insufficient funds at 1.00 pm

balance deducted but not received

non issue of form 16 to customers

I am making telephonic and e-mail request to PNB GK2 repeatedly since June 15, 2018, but in vain. I live in Vasant Kunj, which is away from PNB, GK2 by 13 KM, still I made a personal visit spending Rs. 300 on taxi. I was told they have dispatched last week and will reach soon. non reflection of paid electricity bill on, the essel muzaffarpur bihar portal

I used my net banking for payment of electricity bill of Rs. 2612 in favour of Essel Vidyut Vitran Pvt. Ltd. Muzaffarpur Bihar on 24.06.18. The above amount got deducted from my account and a receipt was also generated on Essel's portal confirming successful payment. The same is enclosed. This deduction is shown on 25.06.18 on my Net Banking statement with reference as 'TECHPROCE/[protected]/[protected]/
