I did not receive any help regarding my concern from anyone, hence reaching out to you, please help me.

Dropping you this email after so much regrets that why i am part of PNB. I took education loan on 2015 and my father runs small shop, we do not have even annual income of 2 lac.

But bank did not inform us regarding subsidy scheme which is our right if our annual income is below 4 lac. I get to know about this last month only and when i contacted bank they said, there is no susbsidy scheme. When i contacted manager he said yes there is scheme and you will get it, then i came to know that Bank manager is about to transfer and he made my fool thinkingg that its not my matter as i am getting transferred.

I Contacted PO- NS Negi (PNB L.J road Rishikesh Branch) he was very unsupportive and was like ki "hum to sarkari admi h", he said koi subsidy nhi ati, i said manager has told me you should get subsidy as you falls in all eligibility criteria, he said ki "jo krna h krlo, ab kuch nhi ho skta". I said its not my fault, you should inform me, i will do your complaint from Zonal head and Dwarka office, he said "apke jaise kitne complaint krte hn, kuc nhi hota, apna time mt waste kro". Earlier he was not even aware of what subsidy scheme is actually is.

I raised complaint on PNB portal as well but close it without any action- ( [protected], [protected]).

Its not our fault, bank should have informed me about subsidy. Now they are closing complaint saying Income certificate is not mentioned. Tax return is already there. Whatever they asked me is there, they did not inform me about subsidy, and they did not ask for Income certificate then how i would have provided that. They did not follow the process of subsidy as they did not inform me and now they are saying, Income certificate is not present. This is my complaint, if they have not asked me about certificate how they expect it should be there.

I need subsidy, any how, its my right and want you to take hard action on PO- N S Negi and Bank PNB. PO N.S Negi talked very misbehavely and said "tum btaogi hme ky krna h", us time m ni ta, jo dusra PO rha hoga use btana chy ta, m ky kru ab", m sari complaint yahi bolkr close krunga ki Income certificate nhi h". These are his words.

If you are gov employee then you should be serving gov. Dont consider aam admi like trash.

Gov give us facilty but these gov employees harass us.

Please respond at earliest, i need quick action on my request and against N.S Negi.

      I purchased redmi 4 mobile phone ₹10449 from mi. on 19/06/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 19/06/2018 and now mi. is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75260826217009251374976 & charge auth code# 802225
      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
      Same behaviour by branch also.
      Don't know what to do

        Panjab national bank minto road (new delhi ) branch, there is no one to take responsibility about any concern i am continously call in the branch last 7 to 8 days but nobody pick the call, i am already visited many times now i am not able to visit in the branch, kindly instruct to bankers

          This is in regards to a refund of INR 4098/- initiated by Paytm to my PNB Debit card no. 6070xxxxxxxx0541 on 18 June 2016.
          My a/c no. is xxxx4241.

          According to Paytm, amount of Rs 4098 has been successfully processed to Punjab National bank .

          Paytm wallet/account belongs to my husband, Harvindar Chawla, linked to his mobile no. [protected]. He used my debit card to add funds to Paytm and make a payment but transaction was declined.

          He requested a refund of that amount to my PNB account on date[protected] . As confirmed by bank, reference number for proof of successful refund from Paytm is 30001081708168139026294.

          I have tried to contact my local branch several times and been asked to call Customer Care but no results. Their customer service has been pathetic. They asked me to send an email with details at [protected]@pnb.co.in. I did that too but haven't got any response.

          It has been a pain now because it's a big amount for me and a long wait.

            I bought items in myntra and cancelled it in 20th june (order no- 1081356716033342851801)and was about to receive a refund of rs. 497.95 in my bank account within 30th of june. But its 6th july but i still have not received the amount. They provided me with the bank ARN no(30001081748171129792190).PNB Bank is continuously saying they cannot do anything with this ARN NO. They also said that i have not received any refund and tild me to check baci with myntra inly. I have called myntra multiple times they are saying the same thing only that we have processed please contact with your bank. But i havenot received any refund. Plaese help me.

              I used my net banking for payment of electricity bill of Rs. 2612 in favour of Essel Vidyut Vitran Pvt. Ltd. Muzaffarpur Bihar on 24.06.18. The above amount got deducted from my account and a receipt was also generated on Essel's portal confirming successful payment. The same is enclosed. This deduction is shown on 25.06.18 on my Net Banking statement with reference as 'TECHPROCE/[protected]/[protected]/

              But till now the same is not reflected under the 'payment history' module of ESSEL's website.

              I have already requested PNB to please intimate me the reason for such failure. And if the above amount has not been credited to whom I paid the amount as electricity bill then where is this pending.

              Kindly resolve the issue and do the needful so that amount of Rs. 2612 can reach the appropriate place i.e back to my account bearing no. [protected] or to whom I actually made the payment i.e. ESSEL VIDYUT VITRAN PVT. LTD, MUZAFFARPUR, BIHAR.

              I had raised my complain using net banking twice. Last complain no. is [protected]. I was advised therein to refer the case to costomer care or to email at [protected]@pnb.co.in. Hence I proceeded. Costomer care did not responded.

                  I Mohd Qasim belong to nai basti naugawan sadat in my locality there are two ATM of PNB.
                  But both of the ATM are not working. One ATM is situated near by the Branch But it always closed. I complaint so many time in head office of PNB. But they are not responding and our problem is not solving. people in our locality are in much trouble.
                  Please take action against the ATM as soon as possible.

                    Myself Harinder Singh Saini is having saving account no. [protected] in Punjab national bank, Dhandari kalan, Ludhiana (Near Gaispura railway crossing) and using internet banking since many years.

                    On the morning of dated[protected] after reading debit messages received from bank on my registered mobile, I come to know that someone has done four transactions (5000, 5000, 5000 and 3200 (Total Rs. 18, 200/-) – bank statement and screen shot of messages received from bank attached herewith) in my account by using internet banking service in night from 11.40pm to 00.15am without receiving any OTP for these transactions at my registered mobile number. Complaints launched to bank and banking ombudsman are attached herewith for your reference, but still no action has been taken by the bank and banking ombudsman (Complaint number [protected], dated[protected].

                    I have been never shared my login and transaction password with anyone in the past. Now, I have been blocked my internet banking service with the help of PNB customer care and complaint sr. no. for the same is M[protected], Dated[protected].
                    Complaint Filling Response

                    1. Complaints launched to bank and banking ombudsman are attached herewith for your reference, but still no action has been taken by the bank and banking ombudsman (Complaint number [protected],[protected].
                    Office of the banking ombudsman against my complaint number 04/4614, 4615/[protected], dated 09 Feb., 2018, Mr. Sushil Chander Thippiyal CWIT0184 has given decision as under : Bank has replied that as card credentials were leaked, bank, on humanitarian ground compensating the complainant Rs.4000/- has been credited in to complainant account.
                    The bank and office of banking ombudsman has taken this decision individually with any consent of customer. They are giving only 22% compensation without any fault of customer. This is totally a lapse of banking system.
                    2. I have been never shared my login and transaction password with anyone in the past. Now, I have been blocked my internet banking service with the help of PNB customer care and complaint sr. no. for the same is M[protected], Dated[protected].
                    I have been harassed by bank since this period and I spent around Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on transportation, filing work, leaves from my duties, medicines taken etc. while this particular harassment. So, I request you that please help me to get the above said compensation from bank.

                    I have transferred my account to pnb branch narkatiyaganj west champaran bihar.I have submitted required paper for kyc and re-registeration of my mobile no.[protected] on 21june 2017. But they cannot do it till.
                    The behaviour of staff is worse.pl.take necessary action.

                      Bank has debit cheque return charges rs. 354 /- (Signature mismatch) instead of 150 which is normal charges of every bank,
                      Abm using arrogant language with customer, not getting proper support from bank.

                            I register myself on both pnb net banking and pnb mobile banking. After i registered i didn"t get all of the services of mobile or internet banking and it shows me only dashboard and mailing services.. I am unable to get all the services like fund transfer, bank statement, and all of like this... Please check it and solve my issue... And also i can"t get my mobile banking... Please solve it as soon as possible. And i attached a photo that which kind of problem i am facing right now.

                              Dear sir
                              This is to state that i am waiting for my commutation and pension from april, 2018
                              But the pension and commutation had not been released to me till now.

                              After enquiring the reason, i was told by hrd (Gaya) that your name in hrms is 'vijay' instead of 'bijay' and commutation and pension will not be released to me without the correction of name, which was a great surprise to me.
                              My name was feeded by head office when the office was being computerised with hrms.
                              At that time, i raised this issue in office but i was verbally told by mr. Minz (Hrd manager, gaya, of that time) that b and v is okay in your name and you will not be in trouble.
                              I've already submitted my original documents (Mark sheet, pan card, aadhar crd, my joining letter and my id card issued to me by pnb at 1984)
                              All the documents shows my name as 'bijay'
                              Even after 10 days, my name has not been corrected.
                              Even in my joining letter, it's 'bijay' so in hrms it shouldn't be mistyped or it shouldn't be considered as my unique identity that is pf number is there.

                              I have served pnb for more than 34 years and drew my salary in the name of 'bijay kumar ambastha' and had no problem with salary but now at the time of pension and commutation, this name issue has been raised and my work is being delayed.

                              So i request you to please resolve the issue as i've already submitted all the documents and nothing is left from my end.
                              My pension and commutation is awaited from long time.

                                  My account number is [protected]. I made a transaction of rs 8520 to irctc on 11th jan, 18 from which i have to receive refund of rs 2130 from irctc. My account is closed on 12th march and irctc has made refund rs 2130 on 22nd april, 18 and arn is 75503728112019475601535. I visit pnb jaipur, sitapura branch 15-20 times but their is not solution, even they have send email of this matter to these id's [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, but their is no solution.

                                  Please check pnb pool account or division account with this arn.

                                    I was booking a ticket through paytm of amount 1420/- due to slow netwok connection the transaction seems to be fail and my money got debited from the bank. I have talked to the paytm customer care they are saying we have revert the money to the bank. You talk to the bank for further refund. Please help me as soon as possible to refund.

                                      From last thursday 21 june we are visiting raisen pnb branch to open an current account in the name of society, but on wednesday after submitting all the documents manager refused to open it and misbehaved with us.
                                      after this we visited nearby pnb branch i.e of narvar there also manager is busy and saying i will do the inspection and all. it will take a lot of time. sir nobody is helping us to open an current account. please guide us how we can apply for it and where.

                                        My saving account is in ece branch new delhi. Wanted to transfer to bhopal branch. Every document is submitted online. Went to branch delhi and submitted documents physically also. Complaint to pnb wide srn no [protected]. Without resolving my complaint got message that my complaint is resolved.
