My name siva shankar i have A/c in punjab national bank pondycherry branch 4th may 2018 i went to take cash from atm 5000 R.S /- .But unfortunately cash not came on out side the M/C. but than bank deducted money from my account .then i rise the complaint pnb website at the same time pnb customer care now date is 19may2018 still not return back my money...

I am banmali niranjan, my a\c no [protected], i got sukha rahat subsidy in my present bank a/c but is is debited automatically without informing me to my another loan a/c, i did not sign any ecs form and slip for paying loan of another a/c,

I think no one is having right to deduct amount without my concern, i had raised complaint for the same to customer care, but they did not provided any appropriate solution saying...

Am using credit card of pnb regularly. From about 3 months, i am not receiving any statement neither by mail nor my post. I am facing much difficulties for making the statement as i could not acertain what i have purchased and what is my refunds. I purchased two moto g5s plus mobile phone back cover:-
1. Ziaon (Tm) rugged impact armor dated 02/05/2018 @rs 799 & order no[protected]
2. Ziain (Tm) heavy duty case dated 02/05/2018 @rs 599 & oder no[protected]

And i have done full payment thrugh debit card but order was cancelled after few days and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file...

I have purchased a product from amazon on 10th may 2018 and refund of rs.1148 has been processed successfully on 5/10/2018. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 352410. But my account not showing the amount. They are telling charge dispute but bank said they cannot do this. Wht should i do. Pls solve this prblm and get my money back....

On 3rd may i a product through flipkart worth rs.8199.00. The order was failed due to some errors but my bank account was debited with rs 8199.00. Till this day i i didn't received any message from the bank or flipkart regarding the refund. Kindly look forward to this problem and please initiate the refund.

I shri om mishra customer of pnb branch integral university dasauli lucknow having a/c no - [protected].
I withdrawal 10000 rs from pnb atm on[protected]:11 am
But i got 8500 rs (4 notes of 2000 rs and one note 500 rs total 8500 rs only) which is 1500 rs less than the entered amount and 10000 rs deducted from my account.

On 20/04/2018 (Friday) i access deenpur, najafgarh, delhi, pnb bank atm, for rs.10000/- withdraw before that i complete all the formalities which the atm formalities after that the machine not deliver the amount (Machine timeout) but amount debited from my account.
I complained to the pnb atm guard same time, he told me that no need to worry amount will be credit automatically in your account but after many...

Sir,
Generally the time of issuing of draft is 20 to 30 minutes. But here pnb branch munger is taken 6 hours. Pnb employer call the customer after 6 hr you can receive the draft. When customers come after 6 hours. Employers of pnb say that you will come tomorrow and talking way of employers to customers is very bad. So dear sir please resolve this difficulties....

Rs 3000 of mine got deduced and without dispensing of cash .
