recently (1 st week of Sept) i ordered to change the battery of my water filter,but the water is having very bad smell i have complained several times but the company has sent a beautiful funny message that the 'ADDRESS IS NOT FOUND', the fact is for the last 2 years the company reprsentitive coming to my house to change the battery,now when i have lodged the complint my address is not found....

I even visited your local office at Sector-38, Chandigarh on 10/09/2010 and they promised me that I will get the same within 48 hours, I dont know when their 48 hours will complete.

PureIT are not able to deliver the refill cartridges on time. Sometimes you have to wait for more than 10 days. The service is very poor. No point in buying this product. I am going to check out the Eurka Forbes one now....

Local dealer is also not interested to help out..

at the same time we have complaint to your delivery man water is not useable which is coming from Pureit machine he told me that it is a new machine so after 2 days you will get good tasted water just like boiled
