I am extremely disappointed with your PureIt service. I had lodged a request for battery kit replacement (Rs. 365) on 11-Oct-2010.

After 3-4 days of continuous follow up, the service exec came to my house today at a time "convenient" to him (and not convenient for the customer). He had brought a battery kit for Rs. 510 as Rs. 365 was "out of stock".

i purchased a new pure it compact for rs 1000/-. the glass chamber got broken due to accidental fall, in 2 -3 days after purchase. it is more than 2 months, i complained to the local dealer, but till now , they say , the spare parts are not available, as it is a new introduction. i was asked to buy a bigger model for rs 2300/- ( rs 2000/- the cost of the new piece, plus 300/- for the cost of broken glass). i dont want to waste extra money...
