Disconnection of telephone

Fault in connection

I registered a complaint about not getting internet feed around 12 days back I also told in local bathinda office that enggr should come after 5pm to attend the problem. Till now i m just hearing calls from ur local office regarding problem but nobody has come to attend the problem. Customer care is worst and not taking care of customers at all....

Misleading about the plan

Unsatisfactory service with daily connection loss
