I wasn't satisfied with the service, my internet never worked. Whenever i raised the complaints they always says they will send someone to help but nothing happened. The vandors of connect broadband calling me as a fake lawyers and continuous messaging me on daily basis approximate 3-4 messages daily that they will file a case against me due to non-payment of bill and harassing me on call when i am calling them. I used the connect brandboard. The person who comes to take documents and giving router gives wrong informations about plans etc. After a month they make a bill of 1850. Hi,

I have been committed that i will get 3 free anti virus keys every month. It's been more than 6 months i have not got any key. I requested them to reimburse me the money as they were not able to deliver what they committed and ask for disconnection.

I clearly mentioned in my emails and call requests that i need the reimbursement settlement before disconnection. However they disconnect without reimbursement...

I had a Connect internet connection after so many calls from connect executive. She told me many benefits as mentioned belw:
1. I will get Modem/ Telephone handset
2. I will get 10 GB additional data
3. I will get 1st month free service
but none of above is fulfilled.

I am using connect internet broadband connection, The company is sending me regular disturbing sms's regarding payment pick up, payment due bill date is coming, As we are aware about our duties & there is no need to disturb through msgs. sent on my mobile no. however the staff of your company keep calling me repeatedly and tried to intimidate me to opt for some other suitable plan of broadband but i kept refusing as i was not interested in it.
